Very convenient for the airport which was a 15 minute straight forward, flat walkway. The room was clean with a mini balcony. Breakfast was very reasonable and set us up for the day. My only criticism is the drains in the en-suite. The smell was overpowering and we had to keep the door closed overnight. Perhaps we caught it at a bad time, but it could have been a health hazard.

Very convenient for airport
The B & B was in an excellent location for the airport. Don’t expect a breakfast if you have an early flight as there’s nothing before 8 am. Coffee machine but only takes 50 cents so make sure you have some. The stairs are a nightmare, 4 flights with two 23 kilo suitcases is not ideal. Having said all the above, shower was good, beds very comfortable and the lady host was lovely. For the £110 it was excellent value for money all considered.

Free parking on-site is advertised, this is not the case. Paid lot is about a 7 minute walk in a sketchy neighborhood. All amenities listed were very disappointing.

We wanted accommodation near the airport for one night in Pisa. We had one room for a family of six.
Very clean accommodation and care taker very obliging, providing milk for baby and even left an early morning breakfast the night before as our flight was early. No frills but comfortable and handy. No lift which may be a nuisance for other travellers.

Close to the train station. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing to take note is that there is no lift. I didn't have much problem because I only had a small suitcase. But it might be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

We reached the address mentioned on the website and had to wait for 20 minutes (after multiple calls) for someone to finally meet us at the property. Then, the person (caretaker of the hotel) told us that we the apt where is staying is not in that address and told us that our apt is about 2 buildings away, but it was almost half km away!
We walk in and she shows us the three bed apt that we had chosen and first impression is not that the apt is quite ok. We leave our bags and quickly head out to catch Pisa tower in the twilight hours. To our horror, on returning find that there are two other families leaving in the other rooms. Came as a total surprise and a shock to us, as this was not told to us by the lady who checked us in, and this is not what we had paid for!!
Even worse than this horror surprise was that the room we were given us stinking with cigarette smoke. Both us parents and both our kids felt miserable the whole night. The only saving grace was that we had decided to stay only for a night in this horrible hell house.

Heater not working, no staff at BB, had to call and wait in the very cold rain, once very nice young lady got there very apologetic, but that does not negate the fact we waiting in the very cold rain, heater did not work, in the very cold Pisa winter. Not recommend BB.

Very basic accommodation - no lift with the room five flights up and the free car parking is quite hard to get to and a bit of a walk. Poor sound insulation so you can hear everything in other rooms and the corridor. Staff were friendly.

Perfect for a one night stop-over
Used the hotel for a one night stay to see Pisa before heading down to Florence, walking distance from the airport and to the train station the next day. Perfect although a little more coffee at breakfast would have been nice.

Paulo was wonderful and was always reachable. The area was clean, safe, peaceful. Just a quick metro ride to any tourist destination. Only issue was the a/c stopped working, we were only there for a short stay so we couldn't be bothered to mention it but I'm sure if we said something ahead of time Paulo would have been right on it.

Airport Stopover Pisa?
Great cheap place for parents and 4 teenagers to stay before early morning flight from Pisa airport. Comfortable clean beds, very clean bathroom, air con and wifi. Breakfast even left for us early for 5am checkout! 10 min easy walk to departures at Pisa airport. Also easy walk into city to see sights and eat. Only problem was the kids thought we should have a pillow fight as we were all in one big room!

We called to say we would be coming in late. Border was closed for quite a while. Person said they would not wait or leave the key somewhere. It we could not get there in time, too bad. We had paid for this room ahead of time so there was no reason they needed to give us any leeway. They already had our money. We had to get another room.

Book on the Expedia app while eating dinner at a restaurant... finished dinner and drove over to check in, but there was no one there! The hotel was dark, windows closed/boarded up. Rang the bell, but there was no answer. It looked more like an abandoned apartment building than a hotel/B&B. Had to find another place to stay for the night, with all of our tired kids.

Entry was dark, empty, no lights. Then had to climb 8 flights of stairs with no assistance. No amenities, including toilet paper, soap, glass for water. Beds were rock hard. Not worth one euro, much less 100 euros.

Clean and comfortable stay for 2 nights. Despite one bathroom for 4 rooms it was kept clean and we didn't feel we had to keep waiting to use it. Our room was nice and big for 2 people we had 2 single beds and a double bed! We found it quiet at night (think we were lucky with the other residents). The only thing we found is it was a bit cold in our room as it is mid October and the floors are tiled and bed only had sheets and blankets so we found we had to wear extra layers to stay warm at night. We didn't mind the walk or getting a bus to the main tourist areas. The b&b was well located for the train station and airport. I would just recommend light bags and being moderately fit as there's lots of stairs up to the b&b entrance (4 flights of steps)! Overall a simple place to stay at a great price.

There was no one there to let us in! The building was not the hotel! They are 3 rooms on the top floor only! You have to go up 8 flights of stairs! The building looks like an abandoned building! They have bed bugs! We all had bits on us in the morning!! The neighborhood didn't look safe at all!! Would not recommend this hotel at all!!

It is quite exciting feeling when you stand outside at 10pm, no one answers doorbell or mobile numbers. Nice stay but we didn't get what we paid
We paid double bed and breakfast. First when we came zo check in we waited about half an hour because nobody was working then one man in the building offered to call this reception lady so she can come. When she arrived she showed us room with 2 separate beds and I showed her my itinerary which says double room (i paid extra for double bed and breakfast) and she said that they don't have double bed even if she just closed the room with double bed right in front of my eyes!!!! Then she showed me the fridge which had one milk and juice (for 4 rooms!) and a bowl with cereals and that is breakfast!!! No bread no nothing! This is what we paid extra?! I would never go back... This just isn't the way how xou treat your guests.

We stayed 4 nights in July, the aircon in the room was lovely and much needed. Basic breakfast but plenty. Serena,the lady who looks after the guests was lovely and funny and very helpful.Excellent location, 10 minutes from the train station and you can walk to the centre or to the tower as well, plus there is a Coop nearby. You can use the kitchen too to cook. Recommended place to stay at.

Nina la anfitriona excelente, muy amable. Nos informó de todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía. El hotel queda cerca del aeropuerto (12 minutos caminando). Sales a la calle principal y caminas en línea recta hasta el aeropuerto. El único detalle es que el baño privado queda al frente de la habitación.

Nous avons aimé la réactivité de l’hôtesse d’accueil qui est venue en 5 minutes alors que nous avions une heure d’avance. Très bon anglais et facile de compréhension. Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Alles sehr modern. Bahnhof u Flughafen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einziges Negativum war ein Stromausfall in der 2. Nacht, obwohl die restl. Straße bereits nach wenigen Minuten wieder Strom hatte, dauerte es in unserer Wohnung bis zum nächsten Tag.

Malgrado abbia telefonato il giorno prima per accertarmi della disponibilità, giunte in struttura solo dopo più di mezz'ora di dibattimento si è avuta, miracolosamente, la disponibilità della stanza con le caratteristiche specificate nella mail di conferma.

Biorąc pod uwagę niską cenę jest to wspaniałe miejsce. Pokoje są duże, wygodne i czyste, śniadanie wykracza poza typowo włoskie i składa się z chleba tostowego, do którego jest żółty ser, wędliny, dżem, nutella, miód, a oprócz tego płatki i mleko, słodkie dodatki paczkowane (ciasteczka, rogaliki), jogurt naturalny, świeże owoce, kawa, herbata i sok. Z lotniska można dojść główną ulicą w ok. 10 min., tyle samo zajmuje dojście do dworca kolejowego. Do Krzywej Wieży jest dalej, ale także dystans możliwy do pokonania pieszo. Passamos apenas uma noite, pois tínhamos um voo cedo saindo de Pisa. O hotel é realmente muito perto do aeroporto, estávamos de carro, mas pode ir caminhando. Não há uma recepção, nem placa. Demoramos a identificar o local, apertamos o interfone e esperamos alguns minutos até alguém aparecer. Bom custo benefício para quem quer passar apenas uma noite. Não tem elevador, portanto não recomendo para idosos ou cadeirantes.

Come da titolo, una grande pecca è la mancanza del bidet nel bagno oltre che le pulizie dello stesso alla “meno peggio”.
