Very clean, good location and friendly. The door automation worked well too

The room was clean and tidy, which we appreciated. However, there was a shared washroom outside our room that others also used frequently, so there was a lot of noise and activity that sometimes made it hard to rest. Then since 4 am, a persistent beeping noise coming from their office disrupted our sleep, making it difficult to get a peaceful night’s rest. There was no issue with the room, but it can be noisy for some people.

3 minute walk to main station. 20min stroll through walkable blocks to main Pisa Tower. Well maintained and perfect for a sleepover if in transit between cities.

It’s a very interesting system of self check in. In order to check in a few days prior you have to scan in your passport and a picture of you with your passport, fill out all your information and then you will be checked in by email. When you show up at the property they give you a link in the email which takes you to a separate page where you can click some buttons and it would unlock the door to the outside of the building, you then have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the elevator. You can then click open the next door, which allows you to get into a reception area with several rooms. Then finally, you would use your Link to click open your own hotel room door. It was easier than we thought it would be. The decor of this facility is very interesting. We felt like we were sleeping in a museum. The air conditioning is not very powerful so it took several hours to cool the room down. in the morning the breakfast is on the fifth floor, but it is not included. You pay five euros per person. Breakfast was OK nothing to write home about.

The property was easy to access and great for one night however the bathroom was terrible and there was quite a bit of noise from the road. The bathroom has a window into the bedroom without any curtains or blinds so you have no privacy when using the toilet and the bath has a high pressure shower head that would be great if there was anything to stop it from splashing all over the room as you try to use it. For one night to see the tower it is an ok place to stay but I wouldn't want to stay more than one night.

Atrocious. We asked online if we could check in early and were told yes, no problem, and were given the entrance codes and room number. Upon entry, we were literally screamed at NO by an old woman behind reception who we hadn’t seen. She had zero English but treated us like we were scum of the earth.

When we checked in, we saw that our room was at best, kitsch, at worst, untouched since the 70s. Our bed was thin and wiry, but at least we didn’t have bedbugs, as others have reported.
The walls were paper thin and the old woman’s bathroom was right next to ours, so we had little privacy. The AC didn’t work, and there was a weird hose shoved through a hole in the wall near our door.
The locks on the doors were complicated, and we attracted the attention of the old lady when we were trying to practice using them, who pushed us aside to do it for us with a look of disgust at our idiocy.
We skipped breakfast to avoid further contact.
We couldn’t wait to get the hell out of there. Pisa was wonderful, but don’t stay here for the love of God.

No one speaks any English so check in was difficult. I had paid on line but they wanted 29 euros more. I offered my credits card but the machine was broken. The lady got upset and didn’t charge me anything. I left money for

This was a great spot for us in Pisa. It’s a few floors up in the building, but there is a lift. It’s run by an Italian woman who speaks little English, but kind of loved that and we were still able to communicate fine and thought everything was really comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t until 9am, but we decided to stay for it and really enjoyed it. We would recommend it!

We had only one night at Christian B&B and found the location a great asset, only a short walk from the station, with no train noise heard. A 3 pm check in is perhaps a little late, and although we were allowed into the room early, we still had to wait an hour before we could access the room. There is a variety of goods available for breakfast and our room was spacious and clean. There is a lift available to hotel check in and breakfast room on the 5th floor but our room was located on the 3 floor. Unusual decor to spark the senses!

Close to train station but area is a bit shady. You must keep mindful. It is a secure lodging with several locked doors to get through before you get into your room. I had asked for walking directions which were good but it took several attempts ringing the bell to get in the street door. I was given access by gal who lives in the building. Woman who checked me in speaks little English but she tried and was helpful. I paid extra for room with private bathroom. I left early for airport so no idea about the breakfast. It could be walkable to airport, if you have gps, is daytime and not in a hurry.

Was told check in was 3 pm. showed up, called and buzzed the building for 30 minutes. no answer. luckily someone else was leaving the building and let us in, told us the B&B was on the 5th floor. went up and buzzed door. Voice from inside asked what I wanted. Told her I had a room and she let me in. Don't recommend.

Except for the shared bathroom we were happy with our stay at the hotel.It was just a few minutes walk to the train station. The room was large and clean.internet access was very good. And the breakfast was very good with many items to choose from. Would recommend the hotel for short term stay if you could get a private bathroom.

My family stayed only one night at this B&B. The room was clean and spacious with A/C. Just not used to sharing the bathroom with others. Breakfast was very nice. Fresh coffee and baked goods. Plenty to eat. They held the luggage for us while we were out sightseeing during the day. conveniently located near the train station and the bus station. Fair rate for the service received.

We stayed here because it was really convenient to the train station, the reception/check in is on floor 5. There is a lift. We couldn’t check in before 3pm which was a nuisance. There was 2 bathrooms shared between the rooms on the 5th floor, there seemed to be rooms on the 3rd floor as well. The leaning tower was about 15mins walk. We had an early flight and thus we didn’t have breakfast

The property was very close to the train station, was clean, and easy to get to. The space was fun as the decorations were so eclectic! The staff were gracious and the breakfast was wonderful. Had great company with other guests from all over, we had such a great conversation that we didn't want to leave!

We needed help to find it, but the bed and breakfast was wonderfully located, a block from the train station, and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Very clean, good breakfast, kind staff. The B&B was excellent overall. Although was tricky to locate but you just have to read the sign at the door. Location is perfect! Shout out to the nice senior lady -probably la mama of the B&B- who’s I forgot to ask the name, she waited for us to check in until passed midnight to give us a very warm welcome! Very nice place, the owners are very nice people, they make you feel welcome, they help you with any question you may have, the breakfast is outstanding, the hotel is 2 minutes away from the train terminal and like 15 minutes walking to the Pisa Tower, we highly recommended and we definitely will comeback

On our train travels around Italy, our main consideration for accommodation is closeness to the train station. So we are not pulling our suitcases far. This place was only a block away and the room was the nicest we have had in our entire trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good room - excellent value for money. We were able to check in early on a Sunday afternoon and they were happy to look after our cases for three hours on Monday morning whilst we completed our walking tour of the city and before our flight back to the UK. Kein Duschvorhang…(natürlich schimmelt es überall)
Auch die Toilette ist in keinem schönen Zustand.
Das Lobby ist atemberaubend schön und Detailreich, dafür ist das Zimmer kahl, ohne auch nur ein Bild – sehr lieblos, ich wurde auch das Gefühl nicht los, dass ich in einem Damenhaus wohne, ich würde hier kein zweites Mal verbleiben. Wenigstens waren Handtuch und Bettwäsche sauber.. Allerdings waren Kissen und Matratze sehr unbequem, nach 4 Nächten wollte ich eigentlich nur noch nach Hause…
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist immer dasselbe: Toast, Schinken, Käse, Ei, fertiges Kuchen und Veoissant sowie Nougatcreme, Honig und Butter. Leider keine Tomate oder Gurke dazu und auch keine Abwechslung. Aber wenigstens preiswert, wer es nicht bereits bei der Buchung hat, zahlt nur 5€ pro Person & Frühstück.
