The stay was very satisfying. The staff was very professional and friendly. They went above expectations - and it showed. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with nice decorations and furniture in good condition . The ONE item that did not make the grade was the indoor pool. The water was clear - but the bottom was dirty and slimey. Dirt and hair clumps covered the bottom.

Beds were very tall difficult to climb for seniors. Stall was friendly. If you bought from the market place transaction were credit card only no cash and nothing can brr charge to your room. Water bottles were 4 dollars and every else seems to be 4 dollars.
No drinking fountain nor complementary water

Overall, I would give this hotel a 3 or maybe a 4 out of 10, mainly because the staff was so nice and friendly. The moment I walked in, I probably should have turned around because there was a very strange smell throughout the building. It wasn’t a fresh scent at all. However, after driving nearly seven hours, I was exhausted and just wanted to rest. The check-in process was quick and easy.When we got to our room, my kids immediately said they didn’t want to sleep there. There were stains all over the walls, holes in the lampshades, sticky floors, and it looked like there had been a leak at some point because parts of the wall were cracked and poorly patched. The bathtub was also very unpleasant. I went back to the front desk and requested another room. Once again, the staff was helpful and made the process easy. The second room was better, but it still didn’t meet my expectations. At that point, I decided to make the best of it. Later, I took the kids to the pool, but that area was also very dingy, and the water did not appear clean. The rooms are not soundproof at all. My room was next door to a kids’ baseball team, and the noise carried right through the walls. It was very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The one bright spot besides the staff was the breakfast, which was actually very good.Unfortunately, despite the friendly employees and decent breakfast, I would not stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast options were great. However, my experience at check-in was disappointing due to the interaction I had with one staff member.

I was charged a second time for my stay, despite repeatedly explaining that I had already paid in full online. When I brought this to her attention, she responded, “Well, it will eventually get refunded back to you. I’m just doing what I was told to do and collect money,” accompanied by what felt like a dismissive attitude. At no point did she apologize for the inconvenience or show any concern regarding the situation.

As a customer, having an unexpected additional charge placed on my account is stressful. Not everyone has extra funds readily available, and being told to simply wait for a refund without any empathy was frustrating.

I asked when a manager would be available, and was informed that he would not be back for approximately a month. Fortunately, the employee who came on shift afterward was extremely helpful and professional. She immediately reviewed the account, identified that I had indeed been charged twice, and explained that the transaction had been processed incorrectly.

I completely understand that mistakes happen. My concern is not the mistake itself, but rather the lack of ownership, professionalism, and customer care shown when the issue was brought to the employee’s attention.

As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service. Friendly, compassionate staff

Over all we were very disappointed in our stay here. The staff was absolutely excellent, but the room was very disappointing. The TV was not connected when we got there and I had to connect the HDMI cable myself to get it to work, and once I did the picture quality was horrible- you could tell the TV was dated. The AC did not work well and left the room feeling very humid and stuffy, and the bathroom door was not level and you had to drag it over the floor with a good amount of force to get it to close.
Overall we were very disappointed and would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

My room had bugs on the bed. At 10 pm I had to repack and move to another room. Clerk made me come down stairs and exchange keys. No apology or compensation. The third floor ice maker did not work. The breakfast bar was not good. Apple Juice was empty and clerk did not refill when asked. Many cars parked in handicapped without plates or placards. Desk says she had no control of it.

Just an overall bad stay. Horrible customer service. When I get to the hotel I get there and they gave my room to another person with the same last name. Not the same fist name same last name! Waited 2 hours to finally get my room. Then they charge me for the other person stay and mine. Since it was all under my card!!! When I go ask to speak to the manager they tell me he’s out of town for the next month. She tells me, Can’t do anything about it! Then she literally, says “next”!!! While I was there!! Do not stay here!! To make things worse it is not clean!

I booked three rooms. The other two had no issues. The one I stayed in had a terrible smell. The windows did not open and we were unable air it out. My husband ended up having to put on the AC. It helped a little. Other than this, everything else was great. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and there was variety. We were able to park near the entrance. There was no fee to park.

parking was easy. My shower drain was clogged i went to the receptionist let her know she said they would fix it and they never did. I showered for 4 days standing in dirty water. The walls/paint had cracks in them the carpet was not clean stains everywhere. Towles were not very clean i used my own . Will not be staying here next time.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is on a service road and you have to be careful merging on the service road. If you go to one of the restaurants across the freeway you will do a u-return on the service road. When you go back to the hotel you have to make sure you're in the correct lane to make a left.

the last night of my stay was more than horrible! The new room that i checked into on the 17th, room 207 had no working shower and toilet didn’t flush properly. to make matters worse, the people above my room kept me up all night moving furniture around, playing. I’m not sure what all they were doing but i didn’t get to sleep until after 4:30-5 am. I was a complete zombie the next morning at work! The 2cnd front desk lady I complained to told me the guests were heard having loud sex in their room. I should’ve been moved to another room or the last night should’ve been comped or at least i should’ve received credit for a free stay for a different day!

We stayed at the La Quinta Inn by Wyndham in Duncanville, Texas on March 12th to March 13th, 2026. The stay was horrible because we saw roaches during our stay. The hotel room wasn’t quite the feel that the pictures portrayed on the internet. We stayed on the second floor and our rooms flooring didn’t meet up with the wall and had gaps throughout the entire room and restroom. I saw roaches coming in and out of these gaps in the room and the restroom as well. I killed a few of the roaches and we didn’t feel comfortable in our room during our visit. I was very disappointed in our stay because of roaches and we couldn’t even sleep that well because of being uncomfortable. I was at least looking forward to the warm morning breakfast; unfortunately that didn’t go well either. The eggs were shaped like a thick round patty and the sausage had a greasy film on it. I took a little piece of one egg and it was horrible. Then I tried a little piece of the sausage and quickly spit it out because it was terrible and nasty. I ended up getting two strawberry yogurts and left. I couldn’t believe that was even called a breakfast. I would not recommend booking this hotel on the basis of having roaches in their rooms and not having a presentable breakfast. This was my worst stay in any hotel and I’ve stayed at La Quintas and Wyndham’s before.

I called Wyndham Corp, they gave me a ref # and 13 days later no one has contacted me back or emailed me to follow up. NEVER will book here again!!!

Our stay was nice and quiet. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to many attractions, and the price was reasonable. Parking was easy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The only minor issue was the squeaky bed in our room. Even small movements or adjusting pillows made some noisy, rusty sounds. The first night it made it a bit tricky to sleep, especially with my 10-year-old tossing and turning. By the second night, we were so tired we barely noticed it.

Pros-The staff were all friendly and the lobby area was inviting. Our special request for a pack and play was accommodated as well.

Everything we put in the refrigerator froze solid. The top of the soda can swollen. Lucky it didn't explode. Had to run water about 5 minutes or more to get hot water. Gave up and washed my face in cold water the first night. The next night I left it running and read for a few minutes to wait for it to get hot and finally it did. Bed was comfortable and we weren't bothered by noisy guests.

Water was not hot, so it was a cold shower or no shower. I opted for no shower. Told front desk attendant about it on checkout. She responded with a half-hearted \"Sorry 'bout that\" and made no effort to remedy the situation or offer any sort of compensation for our inconvenience. Also, she told us our stay would automatically be added to our rewards account, but it was not.

Great location for our needs. In close proximity to the event space of our conference and various dining options. Disappointed in the workout center. None of the electronic equipment worked; treadmills, elliptical, etc. I walked the outside of the building one day, but weather prevented me from doing that again. This area needs improvement.

The shampoo dispensers were disgusting. The furniture looked damaged and rusty. The bag for the hair dryer looked like something you didn’t want to touch. All toiletry products offered were extremely low quality.
