Quite clean and very easy access to everywhere ….a coin laundry just cross the road~easy check in and nice staff. Not every room but my room’s window probably not very soundproof, I could hear the streets and raining dropping from surrounding. If you are a sound sleeper then you are good, or you can ask them to give you a backstreets room!

Very good for its low price. It is a simple hotel with complementary coffee and snacks in the lobby. Also, it is reasonably centrally located, a nice plus. As with many places in Hualien, a taxi is necessary at times, but we had no difficulty using Line to call one from the hotel.

Love the amenities and how the hotel had many food stalls nearby. It definitely was not very near to the hualien station, but there’s a bus that takes you near the hotel and its a 1-2 min walk from the bus stop. We could take a 10-15 min walk to the known night market there. We liked how it was clean and comfortable!

Smelly Rooms

The smell from the room is horrendous. Changed 3 rooms (different floors) but they are all smelly. Excuses given from the courteous staff was that we've booked rooms without window. They suggested to switch on the air-conditioned for some time hoping the smell will go away. But no! The smell was not due to the stuffy room, it was actually from the toilet. In fact, the smell didn't go away even when we check-out.

Good hotel with a few significant caveats.

Rooms generally clean, staff generally nice, breakfast was hearty and good. Beds were never made and sheets were not changed. We had to ask before empty soap was replaced. The window in our room was very small, although other rooms appeared to have more natural light. Beware of booking a car with a driver at the front desk as you have to pay upfront and the route they are willing to take you on is very restricted (they ask for additional charges if you want to go on your own route). Also try and exchange your money in the airport in Taipei where there are posted rates.

花蓮住宿經驗

10月8號入住的房間發現是飯店建築聯通到隔壁公寓3樓的房間（非飯店本棟），短暫停留發現排風系統聲音過大，經工務檢視後幫我們換到2樓相同位置的房間（公寓最邊間），聲音還是有但沒那麼明顯，但天花板可能是地震關係都裂了。個人覺得連假花平日5倍價卻入住到隔音非常差，格局設計不良，洗臉檯還沒熱水，及非常普通的床墊（睡起來腰酸背痛），而且還不是飯店本棟的建築，深深覺得花這樣的費用卻得不到應有的品質，下次不會在入住這裡。

가성비로 접근한다면 매우 매력적인 숙소 입니다.

창문있는 더블룸에 숙박을 하였고, 주차장 쪽으로 창문이 나있어 매우 조용했습니다.

욕실에는 욕조도 있었으며, 어메니티도 충분히 제공 되었습니다.

방음은 조금 아쉬웠지만 숙박비를 생각해보면 모든것이 훌륭했습니다.

隔音真的很差

不佳的住宿經驗：入住後房間漏水，被迫搬入比原房間小的房間，飯店表示全客滿了，只好接受。隔音非常差，昨晚上半夜12時有眾人在走廊大聲說話並高呼要打麻將，經與房客及櫃檯反應後也無改善，就這樣超吵的至半夜3點，完全無法休息！

但光線還是可以透過縫隙照進來。

樓梯的燈是感應的，
因此晚上睡覺房間會突然變亮（透過縫隙照進來），然後又變暗。

每次住宿都會注意是否有免費停車場可停車，才會下訂房間住宿，但是入住時，櫃檯人員居然說我的房間是預訂沒窗戶的房間，所以不提供停車位，又說是我自己沒看清楚不提供停車位，這說法讓我很傻眼，然後要我自己想辦法，去找收費停車格，入住時的房間又有異味，熱水也不熱，真是受夠了。

房間有很重的異味，感覺像下水道的管間味。反應過後讓我們換房間，櫃檯說客滿只剩一樓的殘障房，但也沒得選只好將就。但是房間隔音有夠差，有人出電梯、在走廊講話或拉行李的聲音在房內完全清清楚楚，所以讓我早上的睡眠品質變很差。還有，床感覺不是很乾淨，棉被質料很粗糙不說、床上一直有螞蟻在爬左床床單還有血漬，穿了襪子我們把身體包緊緊，棉被我們是完全不敢蓋的入睡，一早又被房外人群聲音吵醒，很氣！

以前因為懶，從來沒留過評論，這是我第一次留評論，也是我第一次有這麼差的住宿體驗！
