1, 週邊環境：停車場只有10個位置總是客滿狀態，住了2晚沒停進去過，附近停車位難求，距離東大門夜市大約1公里，步行10-15分鐘可達。
2, 房間規格：精彩四人房房間放置2張雙人床之後行李箱無法攤開放地上、沒有衣櫥、沒有提供瓶裝水、沒有室內拖鞋、桌椅是極簡風格、保險箱是在木頭櫃上加裝簡單鎖充當、盥洗用具只有牙刷牙膏組沒有棉花棒牙線刮鬍刀浴帽等。浴廁空間狹小、漱口杯是廉價壓克力材質、沒有免治馬桶。床底下還撿到前任房客遺留的玩具。
3, 餐點：晚上11點前提供爆米花、宵夜時段提供泡麵。早餐是\"吃到飽\" 但是種類非常少(吐司/歐式麵包/公正包子/地瓜/水煮蛋/培根/香腸/蔬菜棒/牛奶/果汁/咖啡機飲品/香蕉/蘋果) ，跟一般飯店的吃到飽早餐相比大約只有1/10內容，吃完之後餐具要自己收。座位大約只有20個很容易就客滿，一家四口很克難地擠在一張小桌子用餐。如果可以把背包客跟一般住客用餐內容及餐廳分開，感受及用餐舒適度應該都能有效改善。
