The living area was spacious and well suited; however, the noise at night with motorcycles was insanely loud and lasted well into the early morning hours, making it tough to sleep. Also, there is a coffee maker, but you are only supplied with one pod and no refills until cleaning day, which is once a week. We searched in multiple stores to find the brand and restock with no success.

Customer service was top notch. When checking in an older gentlemen showed us to our room and explained all of the functionality of the room. We also asked the front desk for some suggestions on restaurants in the area and they were more than willing to provide their local opinion. The room is even more spacious than the picture do justice. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and restocked daily. There a Lawson, 711, laundromat, and the American Village all within a block.

I was very comfortable during my entire 30 day stay. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Staff was very helpful. Mizuki at the front desk was cute and very helpful and spoke very good English. Im glad i stayed there and will definately stay again.

It was giant! It had a huge living room with two giant couches a good size TV. A balcony that went across three different sides of the suite. And it has a giant walk-in shower/tub area with a jetted spa. There are only a couple things missing from the whole visit. There is no washer and dryer facility on site and there was no computer desk or computer chair for business travelers. But those are the only complaints at all. The staff were very friendly and helped me book an in-room massage even though the normal massage Company was fully booked. They bring your breakfast to your room for you each morning and come and pick up your tray when you tell them you're done. I think maybe the only thing that might have made it better would be if there was more outlets on the walls. Individual AC unit in the interior set sleeping area/room. Which was perfect because I heard no noise from traffic the whole stay which is very commonly a problem if you stay in the American village area. It is located within a block from the beach and a ton of dining options. Directly across the street is a Lawson's, McDonald's and there's an A&W one building down. Excellent value in this hotel!

Great hotel in great location

The location of hotel is great. The room is very spacious and with a beautiful view of American Village. Hotel is close to all the restaurants and everything is within walking distance. Only a few thungs I would like to point out about the hotel that needs some improvement. First, you have to leave your room key to front desk every time you go out, parking is very tight, hotel door locks at a certain time so you have to go to the main door and ring the bell to be let in, and if you very early check out don’t expect the hotel to print out your receipt.

A Relaxing Place to Stay at

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel staff, Alice, showed us the room facilities as well as recommended places to go for shopping. We had a very spacious room and great view of American Village. It is a relaxing place to stay. The Ryukyu organic breakfast was freshly cooked, nicely presented and tasted excellent. Too bad we stayed here for 1 night as the hotel was fully booked for the following days. We will come back and stay here again in the future. Overall, we are very impressed with the hotel and service.

Stay was very nice. At night the local highway noise was loud but was able to close off bathroom door and cut on my own personal music and drowned out sound. Overall very nice hotel in my opinion.
Very close to American Village which has a lot of shopping and eating.

Great stay!

Amazing! Just that it was hard to locate the carpark at night. The space is small so have to be careful with the parking.

The room is huge! With the jacuzzi that we didn't have the time to enjoy. Saw the pretty Ferris wheel from our room and enjoyed a great organic breakfast.

Great hotel, great location with good size room and balcony. But on the pricey side as was charged for additional person on arrival. Not clear at time of booking, charge was per person charge. A great room with no attaching walls to other rooms. Spacious, and very nice bathroom. Great view (from 6th flr) and walkable to American village places. It is more expensive, but it still seemed liked a good value to me.

Excellent location and very big room

Excellent location nearby American Village. Very big room with good view facing Ferris wheel. There are totally 14 rooms. Each floor has two rooms only. A big jacuzzi in the washroom. The breakfast is very tasty but with limited choices. Main dishes with two choices only and various styles of egg. The park lot is not big enough for big car. It has to drive with caution when parking, in and out. Anyway, it is highly recommended.

Pretty. Not worth the price.

The room was beautiful and the service was great. It was close to the American Village in Chatan, and within walking distance to Sunset Beach (spoiler alert: a public beach with a tiny shoreline which wasn't great.) WiFi connection was good and they provided laundry service at a reasonable price.

However, I was on the third floor and while I had a good view of the ferris wheel at night, my room overlooked a parking lot. I guess the price was better than hotels (like the Hilton) that are closer to the ocean, but I found it really expensive and not that great of a value.

IMPORTANT: This hotel is next to a main road. Both nights I stayed, people were revving the engines of their motorcycles/mopeds and racing down the street. It woke me up both nights. Not relaxing.

I wouldn't stay here again. There are other hotels in the area that are a better value. The rooms may not be as nice, so it depends on what you're looking for in a hotel.

My suggestion-if you stay in Chatan, find a cheaper place, spend one afternoon/evening in the American Village (that's all you need!), then rent a car and go explore nearby islands.

Wonderful place to stay near American Village

The hotel suite is very large and pleasant and has a wraparound balcony with great views of the American Village area, the Ferris wheel, and in the distance you can see the ocean. The beach is a fairly short walk away. The hotel staff are extremely courteous. I would go back again.

This resort is great for a weekend getaway - starting with the attentive staff at the front desk. My limited understanding of Japanese was not a problem. Everyone, but especially H~san, M~san and G~san went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The room is comfortable and there is a nice view from the balcony towards the American Village (very easy walking distance to food and shopping!). The location - on 58 - made it easy to go to and from. The breakfast was delicious and filling, with excellent flavor and artistic presentation. There was a different soup each day with the Japanese breakfast, and the restaurant environment was calming.

My short stay did not do the area justice. There were plenty of restaurants and shops I had still wanted to check out. Amazing views from the room, and an absolutely stunning bathroom. I did not expect more than a standard hotel room but was surprised at the luxury!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 6 days and loved it. I chose this hotel mainly for the location, being in the middle of Okinawa (no car), it would be easier to navigate around the island. The room was bigger than expected (want to say 1000 sq ft), with a jacuzzi and to top it off, we were fortunate to get the beach and ferris wheel view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in guiding us first-timers in Okinawa. Always stocked us with "sanpin-cha," that is refreshing after a long bath. Hotel staff memorizes your preferences. For example, I drink my coffee black and don't use creamer or sugar. The staff knew after twice that I liked it black and stopped serving it. That's attention to detail! Rooms were always clean and items were stocked neatly. Bed was comfortable and the whole ambiance of the hotel made you feel safe and relaxed. I really felt like I was on vacation.

Hotel was clean. Service was awesome. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean and bigger than other hotel rooms I've stayed in in Japan. Only two rooms per floor, so felt very private. Area was close to restaurants and shopping so I didn't have to drive to eat or shop. Breakfast was great and presented nicely a la restaurant style with courses. Wonderful Surprise

The hotel is not easy to find esp we arrive pretty late. We did try to call the hotel for direction yet the staff who answered the phone speak no English at all. Finally when we got there, the friendly staff and the decent facilities totally surprised us.

We have booked 2 rooms and both could see the magnificent view of American Village. The room is very spacious, and exactly the same as the photos on their website. Staff is friendly and helpful, really glad that I have booked this hotel.

We have met one staff that speak good English during our breakfast the other morning, and I have to say his English is better than all the staff I have met in various hotels throughout my whole trip. Overall it is a hotel that I will recommend to everyone who wants to stay around the American Village.

Hospitality at its best in Okinawa, Chatan.

This is a very nice small property. It is in a very good location relative to restaurants and shopping. The staff are very cordial and helpful. The property fronts on the main highway where traffic noise can be heard at times. The property is very clean and comfortable. Don't forget to make reservations at the restaurant.

This was my second stay at Terrace Garden Mihama Resort. I love it very much. The room is large. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi. You definitely need it after a whole day travel. The Hotel Staff were very cordial and extremely helpful!! The room was great!! The jet tub, and separate shower was absolutely great!! More than enough room for you and your significant other. The beds were exceptionally comfy, and provided a great nights rest.

My wife and I + my sister and her boyfriend were in okinawa for a vacation. The rooms were massive, and had a jacuzzi in the washroom. There are only 14 rooms in the whole hotel (2 per floor) and each has a different theme. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Two things to note, you need to request a router to get wifi in your room, and the hotel is right next to a highway, so it can get loud at night sometimes. The location is good, right next to the american village, and has many good japanese eating options nearby (just ask the staff for recommendations).

I've stayed at the Terrace Garden Mihama Resort twice. Both times were excellent. The staff is very attentive and professional. I only speak of few words of Japanese but the staff was very accommodating. I didn't get to eat in the restaurant but from what i can tell (menu was in Japanese) the food looked great. The only problem i had with my stay was road noise on my first night, otherwise it was perfect. If you book through hotels.com make sure to bring a copy of your paperwork, it can help if there is a language problem at check-in.

Self check in is convenient. Even though there’s no clean up service for the room, at least they will still provide fresh towel and clean up the trash daily.
Room has huge space, I love it when the bedroom and living room are separate, that’s really help when you bring you little one.

However, the biggest downside is the scooter and car outside are super loud, if you are not super deep sleeper, I don’t think this hotel is for you.

んーーー。ちょっと設備の割に高すぎるかな。

301号室に滞在しました。

・お風呂の桶にお湯を溜めようとしたが、水圧が弱すぎる。貯めるのに50分は時間かかった。
更に温度調整もできず、熱いお湯しか出ず火傷しそう。
スタッフさんの対応は良かったものの、設備を直せるわないし…
ジャグジーをメインに止まった側としては、契約不適合責任で代金減額請求をしたいぐらいです。

・メインのクーラー、ホコリがぎっしり
・ベッドルームのクーラー、カタカタ音がしすぎ。

これはどうしようもないかもしれませんが、58号線沿いなので、車の騒音が凄かった。
マンションを大通り沿いで買ってはいけないと勉強になったので良し！

・立地は、北谷に近く楽しめました。

雖然不是大酒店，亦沒有早餐。但是如果你想舒適一點就係一個唔錯的選擇。因為每層只有兩個單位。所以你就知道房間有幾大，亦有按摩浴缸。成一千呎房間、露台。只係有少少改善空間。沐浴完後毛巾沒有地方掛。如果睡房窗不要封閉就好完美😍

部屋の宣材写真があまりにも素晴らしすぎて、実際に入室するとがっかりしました。
非常に清潔ではありましたが。。

施設、広さ、スタッフ申し分ないです。
耳栓まで置いてあったので、ホスピタリティの凄さを感じていたら、夜中の車道の爆音がすごくて、一睡もできませんでした。
2階にあるプレミアムスイートは、寝室がちょうど車道側にあり、耳栓しても無理でした。爆音でも気にしないで寝れる人には、最高の宿です。

とてもきれいで開放的な部屋とバルコニーが特に良かったです。
スタッフの方も親切にして頂いたのでまた沖縄に行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。
夜から夜中にかけてバイクのブンブンという音が聞こえてきたのは気になってしまいました。

가격대비 만족스럽진 않은 호텔

밤에 폭주족 굉음소리가 심하단 후기는 들었던지라 각오는 하고 있었는데, 문을 다 닫아도 방음이 안돼는 창인지 소음 엄청납니다. 하지만 너무 피곤한 나머지 기절한듯 하서 취침시엔 딱히 거슬리진 않았으나, 문제는 방의 에어컨에서 물 떨어지는 소리인지 뭔지 알 수 없는 소음이 계속 발생해서 자는데 힘들었고, 이 호텔의 리셉션은 24시간 운영이 아니라 밤 10시에서 아침 몇시까지는 직원이 상주해 있지 않습니다. 체크아웃 할 때도 직원이 리셉션에 없어서 전화로 호출 후 체크아웃 해야하는 불편함이 있었습니다. 직원이 직원전용 휴식공간에서 쉬다가 숙박객들이 인터폰으로 호출을 하면 오는 시스템인듯합니다. 전반적으로는 가격대비 별로였다고 평가하겠습니다. 참고로 테라스에서 관람차는 뒷면이라 예쁘게 보이지는 않아요. 더워서 테라스에서 맥주 마시기는 힘들고, 잠깐 사진 찍는 용으로만 이용했습니다.

3泊利用させていただきました。スタッフさんの対応もとても素晴らしく、丁寧に対応していただきました。記念の写真を撮っていただき、お品書きとしてプレゼントしていただき大変嬉しかったです。苦手な食べ物があったので伝えると、わざわざメニューを変更していただきました。心配りがとても素晴らしいと思いました。また利用したいです。
