The room and amenities. For the room we recieved it was very unique and had a nice view. Some suggestions, it could have more amenities and update to some features. For example the tall bed in room 101 could be lower, for shorter people. The toilet to be positioned in a way with more space, especially for tall people. There could be a washer and dryer especially for towels. Could provide more towels. Could have access to tea and coffee. Could have disposable shoes. The bathrooms could have newer shower drapes. The bath tub could be stuck to the floor incase people step in the otherside. The tiles were nice and polished and made the place bright.

Walkable distance to American village for shopping. The beach is right out the front door. There’s a restaurant upstairs and is super busy on weekends and noise from it is horrible!

Pros: It was the perfect location. Beach was right out the front door, as well as an awesome playground for the kids and a basketball court! Walkable distance to the American village. Could see the fireworks from the front porch every Saturday and Tuesday! The views were great! There was plenty of things to do with in walking distance!
Cons: there is a restaurant upstairs so on the weekends it is super busy and extremely loud and you can hear everything going on up there. Makes it hard to sleep with that much noise. There is a big parking lot but it’s the restaurants. They give you one spot to park there but on the weekends if you leave and come back the restaurant is full and you will have no where to park, or the opposite if you want leave you may be blocked in and not be able to which is frustrating. There is no housekeeping. We stayed a month there so we had to go out and buy the essentials. There is no one there to ask a question or get any help. The washing machine was discusting!

So in overall it depends on what your needs and wants are.

Absolutely loved this property! Nothing bad to say about it at all. Best location. Could watch the kids from the balcony at the pirate ship park. Beautiful beach. Spa was great. Shops and dining all within walking distance. Even got to watch the fireworks at America Village from our balcony. Cant wait to visit again!

３泊予定でしたが、１泊のみで自腹キャンセルしたほど、非常に印象が悪いです。他の部屋は良いのかもしれませんが。
【良い点】
ホテルのスタッフは、口コミ通り、親切で非常に良かったです。花火イベントによる渋滞情報なども教えてくださり助かりました。
【悪い点】
部屋が本当に悪かったです。2 Twin Bunk Bedsを予約しましたが、予約サイトの写真は正直詐欺です。
部屋には窓がなく、昼夜など外部の様子が全くわかりません。あとテレビがないのは予想外でした。窓やテレビの有無を確認する発想がありませんでしたが、せめて部屋のタイトルに「窓なし」くらいは記載したほうが良いかと。
お風呂に猫脚のバスタブがありますが、シャンプーボトルなどの置き場がないので、シャワー利用するには使い勝手が非常に悪いです。一方、バスタブに湯を張ると、身体を洗う場所がなく、さらに、お湯を抜くと洗面所が全て水に浸かります。床がタイルで滑りやすく、子供や年配の方には結構危ないと思います。
この部屋で一泊した翌朝、この部屋に戻ることを想像すると残りの沖縄ステイが楽しめなくなると思い、自腹覚悟で残り２泊をキャンセルしました。キャンセル費用はエクスペディアさんと相談すると仰って頂きましたが、その後5 日経っても何の連絡もないので、たぶんそうゆうことなんでしょう。
外国含め多くの安宿も経験してきましたが、残りの宿泊をキャンセルしたのは初めての経験でした。
場所は良いですし、他の部屋は良いのかもしれませんが、この部屋のトラウマがあるので、個人的には二度と利用しませんし、知人にも絶対におすすめはしません。

Rooms are a lot smaller than the advertisements. Felt like I was staying in prison but I wasn't planning on being in there much. Also no one was available on the day of checkout. Waited 45 minutes at the front desk before I gave up and left a note. All in all clean rooms, small, no service but cheap.

the place is perfectly good for a big group of family. We have 10 people with good arrangement on the beds. 3 toilets in the room we stay. But 2 shower rooms and 1/2 are actually 2 showering facility. Although we are family, it is still a bit inconvenient on arranging the showering time among the group.

Overall comment for this property is still good.

ロケーションが最高で窓からの景色も素晴らしかったのですが、入ってすぐに床に見落としてしまうようなサイズではないゴミを発見したり、バルコニーに通じたドアの外、シャワー室、風呂場の壁、ソファなどの汚れが目立ち非常に残念でした。4泊の予約でしたが、シャワー室、風呂場両方のハンドソープがボトルの10分の1ほどしか入っていませんでした。また、バスタブがオシャレなのは良いのですが、床に固定されておらずシャンプーに手を伸ばした際、体重(70kg)でバスタブが傾き、バランスを取ろうとしてシャンプーなどを置いた棚で手を軽く打撲しました。大事には至りませんでしたがその後バスタブは使いませんでした。
和室の床が硬く、敷布団も質が悪かった為に快適に眠ることが出来ませんでした。
シャワー室のトイレとシンクの距離、アングルがトイレ利用に非常に不便でした。
間取りやロケーションは最高なので、上記の安全に関する点と衛生面が改善されるならまた利用したいと思いますし、知人友人にもおススメ致します。

부모님과 미취학 어린자녀 포함 9명의 대식구가 이용하였습니다. 방이 여러개라서 대식구가 이용하기에 적합합니다. 씻는곳이 여러군데라 편리했고 주방시설이 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 침대뿐만 아니라 요이불이 많아서 어린 자녀들이 바닥에서 자기가 좋았습니다! 방이 사이트의 사진과 동일합니다! 다만 체크인하고 방 찾아가기가 어려웠습니다 202호는 체크인건물 옆건물에 있습니다.

長期滞在型、または、大勢の家族でワイワイしながら、滞在しているかのように過ごしたいタイプにはおすすめです。

室内にキッチン、洗濯機などがあり、家にいるかのようなスタイルで暮らせます。
ホテルのようなサービスはなし。

エレベーターがないのと、裏階段を使うため、足場が少し危ないので、子供やお年寄りにはきついかも。

綺麗なバカンスと言うよりは
現地に暮らしているようなローカルスタイルが好きな方にはピッタリだと思います

フロントに人がおらず。
元カラオケBOX？って雰囲気も。

写真のイメージと違い、ホテルとわからなかった。

清掃も行き届いておらず、清潔感も無し。
これで55,000円は、いくらお盆料金だとしても酷い。

唯一取り得の、目の前がビーチというところも、コロナの関係で遊泳禁止。
残波や万座はやっているのに何故？？
そして、遊泳禁止なら旅行前に案内が欲しかった。

二度と使いません。

沖縄の新しい楽しみ方

アラハビーチの真前。友人と飲んで遊んでという利用には最適。アメリカンビレッジも近く楽しいスポット。

唯一残念なのはアラハビーチの水質。やはり北部には敵いません。

No window but cheap and good location

There was no window in our room but the price was very cheap and the location is very good. Only takes 1-2mins to the sea. We could swim and walk near sea. And the employee was kind but he often wasn't at lobby.

チェックインが遅れそうな場合72時間前に連絡してくださいとの注意書きがあったので、連絡を何度してもつながらず、時間内に着いてもフロントには誰もいなくて、しばらくフロント前で待たされた。しかも、フロントにあった電話番号に掛けて、折り返し電話があったのが、チェックインした日の夜中。部屋も倉庫を改装した感じでとても伊心地が悪かった。

行く前は口コミを見てちょっとだけ心配していたけど、全然何の問題もなく、古い割には綺麗にされているので、良かったです。ただフロントの人とは、チックインの時だけ会っただけで、何度かフロントに行ったけど、いつも居ない、もう少しフロントに居た方がいいと思う。聴きたい事が聴けない。

口コミ通りスタッフの方々がとても親切でステキなリゾート施設でした。2Fはレストランで1Fのみが泊まれます。BBQの準備、片付けもしていただけました。サンセットでBBQ最高です！また、水着のままアラハビーチにも行けるので場所もいいところにあります！また、沖縄にくるときは絶対にこちらに宿泊します＾＾ありがとうございました。

私が泊まった二段ベッド2台の部屋は『寝るだけ』と割り切れる方にしか、お勧めできません。
6畳程の広さで窓無し。トイレ、シャワー、洗面所、ドライヤーは共用でした。
ただ、それらは清潔でしたので不快感はありませんでした。
スーツケースを広げると足の踏み場が無いほど狭かったです。
共用スペースには、ウォーターサーバー、電子レンジがありました。
ちなみに、施設写真にあるラグジュアリーな部屋とは棟が違い、別世界です。

宿に着くまでは部屋が非常に広い為、清掃が行き届いていないのでわ？と不安でしたが
到着し玄関に着いた瞬間にその不安は解消。

與網站上標示不符

渡假村本身外觀很漂亮，check in時還以為就在渡假村大樓內，結果工作人員帶我們到對面其他棟建築物，門禁很不森嚴，進入建築物內竟然不用任何密碼！對女生而言很沒安全感！
當時預訂基本樓中樓客房，網站上寫有私人浴室且客房面積有9.98坪可供7人入住，到了現場發現浴室要和他人共用，且住3個大人+3個20吋行李箱就滿了！不推薦

Resort is tidy and clean. We lived in the 2nd building, iThe room is pretty and big, can let a family with 4-6 members to live. The bathroom and toilet is sharing. Bathroom is no fan, after bath is very hot. Staff is friendly and polite. This resort is very nearly the beach and park, kids can have a great fun and good time there.

家族4人で初めて宿泊しました。こちらの都合で19時過ぎに着いた(事前連絡済)のですが、ホテルは隣にある薄暗いドミトリーみたいな部屋でした。トイレ、シャワー(浴槽無)は共同です。Expediaさんでもタイプによってこんなに違うのかとの感想です。それなりのお金を払えば、本館の方の紹介写真に載っているような設備なんでしょうけど。。。

호텔건물 낡아보이고 주차장 좁아보였으나 결론은 문제 안됨
우리가 묵은 곳은 옆 2층 건물이고 1층은 식당인데 가보진 않았으나 외국인들이 많이 오는듯함 숙박당일 북치고 행사하는 뭐가 있어서 아홉시 좀 넘어까지 시끄러웠음
네비찍고 가면 찾기 쉬움


첫인상은 숙소에 커튼치고 에어컨을 미리 틀어놔서 굉장히 시원했고 침대 두개(퀸사이즈)와 넓은 다다미방이 있고 쇼파와 바테이블 냉장고 식기구(드롱기커피포드 프랑프랑접시) 티백드립커피 대략 열개, 생수통 엎어서 쓰는 정수기 있고 세탁기 있으나 세제는 없음 화장실 깨끗하고 욕실에 욕조와 샤워기 있고 세면대 따로 두개있어 씻기 편하나 테르메빌라 추라유가 근처라 거기서 씻어서 따로 욕실 사용안함 건조대도 있음
커튼 걷으면 뷰가 좋고 1층은 식당이고 독채라 가족끼리 오면 애기들 맘껏 뛰놀아도 됨
우리는 세가족 애기 3명 어른 6명이었는데 전혀 불편함 없었음
수건은 배스타올 큰거 사람수대로 있고 작은 손타올 같은것도 세면대 옆에있음
총점은 아메리칸 빌리지 쪼끔 멀리 있어서 안좋지만 바로 앞에 해변이 있어 산책하기 좋고 뷰가 개좋음

300프로 이상 추천함 실제 여행하면서 사람들이 이날 숙소가 제일 좋았다고 함 참고로 다른 숙소는 모토부에 마하이나웰니스리조트(여긴 로비가 환상적이고 조식을 포함해줘서 좋고 가격싸고 대욕장있으나 객실은 좀 꼬질꼬질함)

素敵な”おうち”

赤ん坊を含む10人で宿泊しました。リビングが非常に広く、入ったときの感動はなかなかのものです。昼や夕はすべて外食でしたが、キッチンも充実しており、自炊しようと思えば十分に可能です。また近くのレストランまで無料送迎もして貰え、メンバーの運転者も飲酒できました。周辺には飲食店も多く、行ったところはいずれもサーブスも味も上々でした。我々以外すべて欧米人という店もあり、沖縄感も満載でした。難を言うと浴室トイレ系がやや古く、壊れている箇所もありましたが、使用には特に問題ありませんでした。でも修理しようと思えば直ぐ出来そうなところなので、した方が良いです。全体的には家族にも喜ばれたので十分です。

老板非常好人, 可以提早把行李寄存, 又可以延遲Check-out, 酒店後面就是非常美麗的沙灘, 黃昏在海岸上散步, 令人心 曠 神 怡, 距離美國村15分鐘步程, 都很方便. 附近有超市, 很容易找到餐廳. 下次都會入住.

좋은 추억이 담긴 아라하, 재방문하고싶은 곳

객실에서 이틀간 생활하는 데 전혀 불편함이 없을 정도로 편의사항이 양호하고 직원들이 친절해서 관광과 이동, 생활에 어려움이 없었음.(일본어 불가하고 영어 조금 사용하는 정도인데 불편함 없음. 번역기 사용이 대중화되어있음) 특히 공항 픽업 및 샌딩 서비스가 무료 이벤트 기간이 아님에도 제공해주어서 12명 대가족이 빗속에서 갑작스레 이동해야하는 난처한 상황에 큰 도움이 됨.(이용 2~3일 전부테 리조트와 메일 문의 가능했음. 비교적 신속하게 답메일 받을 수 있음) 바로 3~5분 거리에 해변, 공원, 편의점, 식당이 있고 대형슈퍼마켓과 아메리칸 빌리지 등을 도보 20분 거리로 이용할 수 있어 좋음.

立地最高！

初めて宿泊しましたが、チェックイン時刻が大幅に遅れたのにも拘らず、スタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくれました。また、すぐ真裏にはアラハビーチもあり朝は快適なジョギングも楽しめました。コンビニや飲食店、アメリカンビレッジなども近いことから、また利用したいと思います。
