It was a good stay. A few upgrades needed such as smart tv and bedding. Restroom has a constant foul smell. But otherwise Considerate, helpful and good customer service.

今回子供の受験で滞在しました。住宅街にあり静かな裏道にあり受験生には良かったです。レンタカー利用なら位置的に北谷にも10分程度だし空港までも30分程度で行けます。室内は設備も整っていて綺麗でした。
出入口でて目の前がお墓だったので夜に買い物がちょっと怖かったです。室内全て大理石のような床だったのですごく冷たく滑りやすかったので滑らない靴下持参が良いと思います。夏場は快適だと思います。また機会がありましたら宜しくお願い致します。

チェックイン、チェックアウト共に時間通りではありませんでしたが、詳細に連絡をくださり、安心して宿泊できました。息子の受験という大切なイベントがありましたが、周りの環境含めて、息子もとても気に入っておりました。ありがとうございました。

401の部屋の換気口の結露が酷すぎて、凄い濡れていた。ホテルの対応と宿泊の内容には問題はないので、あの部屋が屋上に建てられててそのようになるだけなのか？季節なのか？少し滞在中は嫌な気分になった。

窓からの景色はお墓だったりすぐ民間がありますが､景色の良さを追求する人は海沿いのリゾートホテルを利用すればいいし、私は気になりませんでした｡
ただ調理器具､コップ､お皿類はあまり充実してないので､お部屋で料理をしたり､家族連れでお子さんがガラスのコップはまだ使えない場合は､持参するのをオススメします｡
周辺には飲食店もたくさんあるので､料理しなくても外で食べればいいかと(^^)

一般のマンションを転用したタイプで、新しい建物でもあり、普通の家のような感覚で過ごせた。清潔感などもあり、コストパフォーマンス良し。事前にメールで鍵の暗唱をもらい、誰にも会わず使えるタイプで、事前に電話もいただき、これも特段問題ありませんでした。敢えて言うなら、駐車場が狭いのと、お風呂周りに衣服を置くカゴなどあれば、なお良かった。

麻雀雖小五臟俱全的房間
抵達時找停車場花了一陣子，建議房東之後可以直接附更精細(例：Google map)地圖在入住前的mail裡。因停車位被停放其他車，用mail連絡房東很快得到回覆。對面墳墓真的挺大的!!房間內有洗烘機覺得很棒、小廚房有附廚具和餐具也很方便。空間和床略小，中間夾一個小嬰兒有點無法翻身，整體來說算乾淨。

이름은 리조트이지만 에어비앤비 같은 형태임. 건물 입구에 설치된 안내문을 보고 관리자에게 전화해서 호실, 비밀번호, 주차자리 등을 안내받아야 함. 따라서 영어 또는 일본어가 원활하지 않으면 이용이 상당히 힘듦.

住宅地にあるマンションホテルです。調理器器具、洗濯乾燥機等があり、日常生活が不自由無くすごせます。
難を言うとWiFiが全く繋がりませんでした。
歩いて行けるところにスーパーがあります。

屋上の部屋でした。ベランダが広く開放的で気持ちが良かったです。部屋の中は清潔でお風呂とトイレが別だったのでとても使いやすかったです。洗濯機もあり乾燥までできたので翌日には全ての洗濯物が綺麗になりました。
