객실 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 비즈니스 호텔이라서 넓진 않은데 온도 조절 잘 되고 수건 칫솔류는 입구에 새 것이 쌓여있습니다. 조식 제공되는데 크로아상 종류 포함해서 3종류 정도 빵과 샐러드, 음료 제공됩니다. 2분 정도 거리에 로손 있고 대형 쇼핑몰과 식당가도 5분 정도 거리에 있어서 입지 좋습니다.

住宅街なので、窓からちょうど隣のアパートの玄関が見えるため、カーテンは開けられませんでした。清潔感はありますが、建物は古いのか、湿気のような匂いが気になりました。朝食のパンやサラダなど美味しかったです。スタッフの方も丁寧でした。朝食も付いてこのお値段なら、全然安いと思うので、匂いが気にならない方ならオススメです。

浦添に用事がありましたが、浦添にはホテルがなかったので、宜野湾で探しました。リゾートホテルが多い中、ビジネスホテルとして使えるここがあって助かりました。私は泳ぐ時間はありませんでしたが、朝散歩で15分ぐらい歩くと海辺まで行けたので、沖縄を少し感じることができました。

近くのコンベンションセンターでの展示会のために宿泊。ロケーション的には問題ない。従業員の方の対応も丁寧で、部屋も清潔で良かったのだが、チェックインした部屋が、タバコの臭いがきつく、変更をお願いした。満室だったので、変更は出来ず、消臭剤での対応、更にオゾン消臭の手配までやって貰えたのだが、最終日には、チェックイン時と同程度の臭いが戻ってしまっていた。仕事柄海外に行く機会が多いのだが、最も苦手なのが、タバコの臭い。日本は喫煙に対して寛容なので仕方ないことなのかも知れないが、タバコを吸わない人間にとっては、堪りません。いっその事、全館禁煙にされては如何？なお、タバコの件でお願いしたこともあり、また予備のタオルを使う事で対応できたので、敢えてホテル側には言わなかったが、二日目からタオルを新しくして貰えなかった。普通は毎日交換してくれるものと理解するが、。
