Oile was a fantastic hotel, the location, close to the beach, drugstore, American village about a 10 minute walk.
The give you pastries for breakfast and coffee, loved the free bike rental.

The staff was amazing, the higher floors had a good beach view from their patios, breakfast was 3 croissants and a drink, walking distance to other views and restaurants as well as super close to a drugstore if you forget anything; They also had things like toothbrushes, cotton pads/qtips, and brushes for free if you needed them! The parking lot is very small but they have a second parking lot by the drugstore. They will even come out and help guide you out of their main parking lot since there’s not a lot of room to turn around. The staff was kind and helpful.

The location of Oile by Zayra was in a perfect location to the American Village shopping district and other shopping venues. The staff was extremely helpful in providing directions, hailing taxis, providing clean linen and umbrellas for the rainy days. Thank you for a comfortable stay. We will be back.

This is a small, charming hotel with a cozy atmosphere. It’s a bit of a walk to American Village, but still manageable. We appreciated the complimentary parking, as well as the umbrellas provided for guests—especially helpful since it was raining during our stay.
The room was cute and functional, though it still required a metal key for entry. Slippers were provided, but there was no PJ, which was a little disappointing given that this is Japan.
The staff were great—very friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated them going the extra mile by providing a to-go breakfast, as we had to check out earlier than the regular breakfast hours.

The hotel was great, but I wouldn't call it a 'resort'. It sits a block behind beachfront among an eclectic mix of hotels, casual dining options, local residences and businesses. The place is clean, but no daily room service. The staff was exceptional, cheerful and always available. A great value hotel. I would return.

Everything was awesome about this stay! The front desk staff were so helpful. Booking was easy. The free bike check in and check out is great! The bikes have locked on them so you can take them with you and not worry about them getting stolen. Lots of places to eat within a walking distance. And you can also bike to some places that are little further away. There’s fireworks every night at 8 PM in the American Village area. Could probably see them from here but we went down to the American village area.

Definitely come back and stay here again!

They did have a complementary breakfast. It was some assorted bread and a small coffee that they bring it warm and fresh.

Everything was so awesome!

The pool was also very nice. I’m usually a big 4 or 5 star hotel person but this had everything and the beach is a 5 min walk

Oile is a great place to stay within a good price range. The website states the walls are noise proof, however, not the floors. I couldn't get any rest before 2am. The people staying on the floor above me started making noises everyday from around 8pm until 2am. I raised my concern on the 2nd day and there was nothing done, the staff couldn't move me to another room. I lost hope on the third day. Thankfully the tsunami sirens were gone and I was able to sleep with my headphones on to get some rest.

If you are a light sleeper, please make sure you get a room on the top floor!

Now to the good part, Oile offers bikes at no cost to use, fcfs. The beach is right in front of the property and you can ride a bike in the morning to get breakfast. There's plenty of restaurants and small businesses around.

An extremely lovely 3 star hotel that's worth every penny! Probably better than some 4-5 star hotel!

Room:
Room is squeaky clean and spacious. We book a suite for a family of 4. We can open up 2 large suitcase and 1 small suitcase. The bathroom area is huge and absolutely livable. We can bath the kids, change easily. There is a washing machine and dryer in the suite itself. Lovely! With a sink, we could wash the baby's bottles and the kids' utensils.

Location: It is 5 min walk away from Ahara beach. There is a famous pirate ship playground for kids, About 10-15min way from family mart, local soba restaurant. There is a good sushi restaurant behind the hotel.

Front desk team:
Before i land, i was very worried no one will be at the counter as ours is a late flight. We arrived at about 10pm and the front desk team asked if I am the lady arriving. I was very touched!

The minor stuff:
Remember to leave your trash outside your room. I am absolutely fine with that.

Stayed here after finding it was recommended by 2 other friends. Absolutely no regrets! Everything was lovely. Nothing grand, but the room was nice, the staff were so kind, the rooftop pool area is really nice, bicycles are free to rent and it's within walking distance to most places worth frequenting around the main Chatan area.

The simple breakfast provided every morning was also a nice touch that I was unaware of when I booked.

The room (Luxury Double) was nice but Japanese…table and chairs in sitting area are floor seating. The bed was very comfortable…and you wake up looking at the ocean 😊
Traffic in the area during the day on a Sunday was very heavy, but you’re very close to Araha Beach, so it was understandable. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking at the hotel is a bit tight but they have a second lot very close by.

A Pleasant Stay!

Our stay with Oile was seamless! From booking to communicating through messages on a special request to checking in. Everything was communicated clearly. The staff were all very kind and helpful when we needed to request for additional items, parking, or bike rentals.

The grand suite was fantastic for the price. It was spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the beach and parts of American Village. It includes a kitchenette with the necessary items for us to be able to prepare a simple breakfast.

For a small family of 3 or or a couple wishing to book a treat for a special occasion, this was the perfect stay for our 4 day trip to Okinawa.

The stay was amazing & comfortable. The hotel is super clean & smells amazing. The staff was excellent, they were super friendly, attentive & gave immediate service. The breakfast food & drinks tasted great. Its walking distance from several amazing places & if the parking lot is full you have another to go to or you can park in front of the entrance. This was my first time in Japan & I’ve never been to a super friendly, safe feeling, & spotless clean hotel until now. 10/10 would recommend. I got the beach view room & it was beautiful to watch the sun rise & set from the balcony. There was also lots of cute cats around the hotel area! 😸

Great place to stay! The balcony gave us a (admittedly small) view of the beach even from the second floor.

Breakfast is free but left much to be desired. You choose a drink (coffee, tea, juice) and then they give you some generic pastries in a bag. Also breakfast is at 8:00 which wasn't a problem but might be late for some people.

The pool was nice but small. The best part of the pool was the view. The hours and lack of stairs stink (you have to just jump in and climb out). The hours are strange and there's a spot right in the middle where they close for cleaning which is strange.

We stayed in the universal room which was fantastic for my mother who has some arthritis issues. She got a chair in the HUGE shower/bathroom and tons of places to hold on to.

Really ideal location. One block from Araha beach, walking distance to American Village. 5 min from Foster or Lester. Room was as advertised with full ocean view. Clean and comfortable room. Free parking. Breakfast was bare minimum and hardly worth it. My one complaint was that the complimentary bikes had to be back very early and they wouldn’t make a concession.
