I stayed in the superior condo which is very large and on a high floor. The corner unit has panoramic views of the sea and the city. Hotel was very clean and equipped with everything you would need, especially for a long stay, including a kitchen with dishes, rice cooker, microwave, stove top and full size fridge and freezer. Couch is large with a pullout mattress and beds are soft and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful with the check in process and when I needed to store my luggage.
The only negative is not with the hotel, but noise outside. This hotel is right off the main road and extremely loud motorcycles can be heard throughout the night.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The room exceeded our expectations, with a full kitchen, dishes and pans. The room also had a washer, dryer and laundry soap. When visiting this property you do not need to bring anything other than your clothing. The view was amazing and the location is in walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and American Village. We were very satisfied with this property.

The condo was perfect, very clean, spacious and newly renovated. We had a killer view of the harbour from the 6th floor …. definitely worth getting a higher floor unit if possible. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils and large fridge. The location is great, very close to the American Village, several supermarkets and Family Mart, and walkable to Sunset Beach. The only downside is traffic noise from the nearby main road which is a small block behind the building, however, if you keep doors and windows closed and use the AC, then that would not be a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for a stay in the Chatan area.

My stay here was for a month and I absolutely enjoyed living here for the time. I will highly recommend to coworkers in the future. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I learned some japanese words, Ms. Aya was very accommodating and it helped she was able to speak English.

The facility is upkept very well and the room I stayed in included a rice cooker and a tea kettle with simple plates, tea/cups, pots, pans and equipment to make a home cooked meal. Induction stove top fridge, microwave, and sink to wash dishes also included. On the seventh floor I had an amazing view of the marina and fireworks set every weekend.

The location was prime, right off 58 super close to Kadena AB, Sunabe, American Village and nearby restaurants and grocery stores (short walk away).

The parking is limited on the property but there are plenty of nearby paid parking locations that are super cheap for the day.

Only have good things to say and will be staying here in the future for sure.

On the website, it shows that there is a view from the windows, but there was no view whatsoever. All we could see was the building right next to us. It was very misleading for us to see . Also the email that they sent with all the information to get a key to the room was not right. I was very confused with the check-in process. Wish that there was an easy process when we checked in.

Location was great, easy to get to and easy to walk to American Village. We did the pre- check in to make check in easier and it only took a few minutes. We ran into an issue at check in but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The view was amazing- our favorite part. The pillows are ok, and the internet kept going in and out our entire stay but other than that we enjoyed our room.

DON'T Pass This One Up!

Every Room has a Marina/Bay View with Condo amenities such as big frig, kitchen sink and microwave not to mention the washer and dryer. The room was spotless! The bathroom was WONDERFUL! Wash and Soak after a Nice walk on the Board Walk to American Village or not...
Check-in was a challenge but, a front desk staff ANGEL, assisted and made the process easier.
Great staff for a reduced rate. SUSHI right down the street!

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Grocery store is a 1 minute walk along with several restaurants. We had a nice panoramic view of the Saturday fireworks over the harbor and the AV lights made for a beautiful view all together. We didn’t have a rental car so location was great, 15 min walk to AV or to Sunabe Seawall. Would definitely stay here again.

I would stay again, but not luxurious.

Location is great: walking distance to the Sunabe Seawall and American Village. A convenience store and a small grocery store are within 50 meters of the Seaside Condo Rana Chatan. Parking is under the building and is tight, but is free and manageable. It is very easy to get to Route 58, a main north-south artery. Negatives: After reserving the SCRC, we received an email from the managers, asking us a questionnaire (nationality, DOB, so on) and asking us to not only photo and upload our passport page, but then also photo and upload ourselves. Of course there were troubles with this, and I found it inconvenient. Then on arrival, we had to use a machine in the lobby (unmanned lobby, no one ever there) to do the EXACT same painful procedure.
This "automated" check-in process was inconvenient and unpleasant. The two bedrooms, located downstairs along with a toilet and sink, are small and have no dresser or TV. The beds are certainly not luxurious, but are comfortable. Upstairs is the living area with TV, couch, and table, along with a dining table and a small kitchen. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook bacon and eggs and that sort of stuff. I recommend the SCRC buy a toaster. There is no coffee maker, but use the hot water heater to boil water with coffee bags or buy individual drip coffee filters at the grocery store. A very nice deck, fantastic view, but the tub is not jetted nor a "hot tub." It is only a round bathtub. Nice, but not luxurious in any way.

We really had a good stay here. It was clean and we had plenty of room. It was easy to find and easy to get around the area and we never had any issues. A grocery store was right across the street, and several places to eat are nearby as well as convenience stores. We really could not ask for anything more. If we had one criticism it would be the beds were just a little stiff but that was a very minor issue to us. Great stay.

Very noisy. Property is located right along Route 58. Every night a gang of mote bikers will ride by this route a few times. Especially on weekends.

Without the noise, this is a nice property though. I was told that property comes with a washing machine and dryer, therefore no change of towel at all.

Everything else its a nice property with many restaurants locating nearby.

I made this trip solo and I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness. My checking was smooth, my room was very clean and safe. I am very picky but I was pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect for me because I scuba and the shore dive was about 5 minutes by car. The American village was also within an 5 min drive. You could walk but I did not. There is parking but it is limited and first come first serve but the weekend I went, there were plenty of spaces available. The wifi was fast and dependable. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided although I bring my own. Everything worked and was very tidy and seemed to be relatively new or in great condition. The kitchen was stocked with dishes foil, and saran wrap. It was very quiet and peaceful. The guests that I ran into were also very peaceful. I have no complaints about my stay here. It was great. This will be my new primary stay when in okinawa.

Great new place that opened in Aug 2017. Supermarkets and Noodle shops are literally 2 minute walk! Super super convenient, even more convenient than Hilton and some other resorts tucked inside the beach front complex.

Only downside: it is by a main road so it could be noisy at night, but not really that bad.

There is no on-site staff to help check-in. The guests are required to use the passcode to open the keybox to get the room key. From the informaton board, the passcode would be sent out to the guests' emails. However, we had never received such email and no need to mentioned that we did not have the passcode. We need to use a kind of online service to connect their remote staff to register the process and obtain the passcode. The whole process was 20 mins when we stepped into the tiny lobby and got the room key but there was no air conditioner. You can imagine how hot we were as in late summer time. The apartment is in a good location but the check-in service is very disappointing.

地點方便，房間舒適空間寬敞，鄰近便利商店，但是墳墓在旁邊，介意的可以想一下

帶兩個孩子出遊，兩人一間房很舒服，床的軟硬度也OK，停車也還算方便，只是從車道要上來的時候小心一下斷差才不會弄到車子，衣櫥下方有做個縫，能夠把除濕機推到衣櫥裡面，把不能烘乾的衣服放在裡面除濕乾燥非常方便，但是沙發是厚實木頭框，很容易撞到，要注意，我們住303號房，3樓的位子看得到海，可惜高度有一點不夠，陽台的吊床是壞掉的，脫線了，一定要記得收到確認信以後要先完成線上登錄資料，網路完成入住登記上傳護照，會收到鑰匙箱的密碼，就可以順利地在房門口的鑰匙盒拿到鑰匙，缺點應該是墳墓真的在停車場正旁邊而已，三樓高度陽台整個往右看也是稍微看得到，床頭的窗戶就是那一側，有百葉窗是還好，我們也不會去開，百葉窗是有些灰塵，其他都滿好的，還有別忘了打開熱水器，不然水不會熱（有住其他民宿也是這樣）至於墳墓，美麗海這區很多民宿尤其是海景房，幾乎都有這個問題，沿路其實開過來也都是，去花人逢路上還有火葬場，但，不影響住宿的舒適度，也沒有怪怪的，而且要去美麗海真的很方便，車道是順向的，加上往前往後都有便利商店，大型超市關門以後，真的很方便
