Excellent location near Almog beach, great for snorkling and scuba diving. Clean and nicely styled hotel. We got a much larger room than we ordered, which is always a nice surprise. The room is also very well furnished and designed. We were there for only one night,.

One morning our rooms were not cleaned.
Otherwise it would have been 5 star rate on cleanliness
Had one evening meal which was acceptable for the price
Breakfasts were very good though not as good as Dead Sea Hotels.
Only two elevators seemed to work and we sometimes waited 3 minutes or more for the elevator
Swimming pool excellent
Staff mostly friendly; a minority were a bit impersonal and cold.
Parking fairly easy but once there was just one space left in the hotel carpark itself

Good hotel with excellent location

The hotel is good. Main advantages why we booked it are: parking, availability of dinner, and proximity to the coral beach, things not available at good price in other hotels in the area (we prefer the northern Eilat over busy center). There is also a children room which is a plus.

The lobby and common areas were lovely and up to date. The hallways were darker and less well kept. The room was clean but dated and my mattress was extremely uncomfortable…my husbands was better. There was parking and it was in a good location. The pool deck need maintenance and some of the pool chairs were cracked. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the place needs some love.

I like the music theme and all the old album covers. The location was a walk away from our dive center and a really nice cafe. The room had a beautiful sea view. Lots for restaurants and shopping within a 5 min drive.
The parking lot was gravel but it was an easy in and out.

the hotel was very nice and comfortable, but NO
bath/shower combination, just shower.
no pillow menu, no slippers, the safe had no door, refrigerator not working and the most disappointing that no queen bed even not double, 2 separate beds that placed next to each other and even 2 separate blanket, we asked a few times one big blanket and got it only on the last night

Hotel is 5 min walk to the beach (but it’s up the hill from the beach). Views of the red see from the windows. It is father from city center, but you can get to the center by bus or car easily. I wanted to be closer to snorkeling and a quieter location. We had a very nice stay! Hotel is music themed with album covers as decorations and music playing in the halls and more. Staff is friendly and maintenance crew is always doing upkeep. However, hotel is aging and you can see in in the old carpet, worn out beds, old furniture. It didn’t bother me, but wanted to mention to be fair. Breakfast is a buffet style and there is a LOT of food. Tons of options for every taste: yogurts, vegetables, eggs, beads, coffee, cheese, desserts.

This hotel was in an amazing location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast spread was great. The front desk was very nice. The beach location was the perfect spot—great for relaxation. However, the rooms are pretty basic. It was fine for us, but if you’re looking for luxury this isn’t it.

It was very conveniently located on the bus line and close to everything. The theme was very cool and seemed to offer a lot of activities. The only 2 things I didn't like was there was only one outlet in the room for both of our phones and there should have been one beside each bed. The other thing is the pool closed at 6 and I wish it was open longer.

An unpleasant stay, a beautiful view

The check-in took a long time, and the receptionist forgot to give me back the driver's license and I had to go back for it. We had a room with twin beds and separate blankets, even though we were a couple and did not ask for anything like that. We asked to leave later because of Shabbat, which is done in most hotels, and we received an answer that the manager was not found and therefore can not be confirmed, but if we pay NIS 400 for another night there will be no problem.
On the other hand, another receptionist, the next day, said there was no place in the hotel and therefore no later departure could be confirmed.
Which sounds very odd.
The bar was not staffed on Saturday, so we sat for 5 hours without doing anything. The receptionists were not serviceable and smiled superfluous smiles while providing \"recorded\".

The showers were renovated and well maintained

Liked the room with good view of Jordanian mountains and Red Sea. Liked the large garden with comfy seats under shady date palms. The location is well out of the centre with good access to diving. You’d probably want, like us, to have a hire car. There’s a really handy 24hr shop nearby with good value falafels baguettes etc.

Often a welcome quiet part of Eilat but spoilt on about 4 days out of our 14 by really noisy beach parties from late afternoon until about 10-11pm. Not the hotel’s fault - the parties were not on its land. But from our sixth floor room / the garden the noise was seriously disturbing. Not enough to spoil the holiday but glad I didn’t have children I was trying to get to sleep.

We would stay there again if visiting Eilat.

A Beautiful Place To Relax And Enjoy The View

I had two nights in Eilat and it was the most pleasant stay! The hotel was just minutes to the beach and walking along the shore and enjoying the breeze was delightful. Some small eateries and shops to browse nearby. The hotel staff was so helpful and did me a favour to contact my husband when my phone was not working...I truly appreciated that, thank you Sasha!. The atmosphere was friendly and the myriads of colour of the interior and exterior design was alive and cheerful, you can not feel sad in this place and the music that seemed to be playing 24/7 was great! The breakfast buffet was a display of various dishes, too many to chose from; I Started off with a cup of Cappuccino and from there it was a taste fest.
Needless to say, I highly recommend Prima Music Eilat Hotel.

Past Its Prime

Very disappointed...while I was expecting a mid-tier type of establishment, I was very underwhelmed when I arrived, everything from the structure to the staff were sad and dated. While the staff was accommodating, everyone seemed to want to be somewhere else. Knowing that this hotel was off the main strip the amenities were a major factor in my choosing this hotel especially as I was only to be in Eilat for one night. Lo and behold I got here to discover that the pool was 'broken,\" the pool was the deciding factor to stay here. So now I'm off the main strip and I might as well be staying at a Motel 6 (nothing against Motel 6, it's good for what it is) off the Thruway. Bottom line...this hotel has seen better days, it's passed its Prime.

On the positive side:
The staff is very nice and try their best to give the best service they can.
The location is superb- it's far from all the noise and the center, and it is located right by the best beaches. If you arrive by car or don't mind taking a cab, it's the best location.
On the negative side:
The facilities are outdated. Everything looks old, from the 70's, dusty, the room only seemed clean, but were not. Even the bed covers were old and had holes in them.
For some reason, even though we are not handicapped or need a room with any accessibility, they gave us a room that was designed for handicapped people- so the shower was the worse!
The food in the hotel is not that good- would not recommend it. Even the way the cafeteria looks is not very inviting. They need to renovate the hotel ASAP!

The pool is not recommended is you want peace and quiet. It's noisy, with loud music, loud people and everyone is allowed to smoke around the pool area. It wasn't pleasant, to say the least.

I would not recommend it to anyone!

A Nice Hotel with no Thermostat!

I got a room with a remodeled bathroom, which was nice because my friend got one with the old bathroom, which wasn't. The rooms themselves are large and in good shape and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really great. The hotel is located in 'South Beach' were all the great snorkeling and scuba diving beach are located.
NONE OF THE ROOMS HAVE WORKING THERMOSTATS! Either the A/C goes on (freezing) or off (boiling). Maybe this is OK in the summer when its really hot and the AC needs to be all the time, but not in the winter when it gets cool at night.I have never encountered this before - even in the cheapest motel I have visited.,

We had a nice experience. The receptionist was very nice as well as the little shop keeper by the reception. Breakfast was amazing. Nice concept (music, themed floors...). The gym was a real bonus. However, the carpets need to be replaced (most hotels by the sea have tiles).

Nice Hotel Close to Scuba Diving

Three-minute walk from Marina Divers scuba diving shop and a small beach at the Bar Restaurant. There is a popular shipwreck a 100-yards off the beach behind the Bar Restaurant; it is called the \"Sateel.\" And is in 80-feet of water. The dive shop brings their divers to all other dive sites by van. Dolphin Reef is a 3-minute bus ride from the bus stop near the Hotel Prima Music. Dolphin Reef has its own bus stop. You get to dive with the dolfhins, and one dive guide per diver. City busses are NIS 4.20 per person. The Bar Restaurant has slightly cheaper food prices. Their beach is open to the public whether you buy or not.

Close to Good Beaches & the Eilat Jazz Festival

All is all our stay was very enjoyable. It's not easy to find a reasonable hotel in Eilat during the last week of August. The hotel is right in the middle between the two places we like in Eilat: The Jazz Festival and the Lighthouse beach.
We did not check out the pool so no comments there.
Parking is OK (not a given in Eilat), unless you return from the Jazz Festival at 3 AM and then it's impossible.
The only downside was that the dining room (during breakfast) was quite chaotic, with way too many unruly and loud children. This of course is not the hotel's fault, rather that of the apathetic Israeli parents who allow their children to do what ever they want in a hotel dining room.
We'll definitely consider this hotel again, particularly during off-season.

Ok hotel but staff are insensitive

We went swimming at 630pm at the pool. The pool closes at 7pm and at 650pm, the pool attendant came and did not say anything but threw a rope on my wife and children and yanked at the rope to get them out. He did not speak any English but was in a big rush to leave. Worst staff behaviour that I have seen in a hotel.

good for families not peaceful vacation

The hotel was full of youth and excitement, however it is not the place for everyone. The pool area had a very foul smell and was full of children constintley throwing water around. In the mornings, the breakfast was pleasing and overall had many great tasty options. You get exactly what you pay for with the overall hotel experince, this was not the most relaxing place. Also, the hotel is not right on the beach and has very few connections to music besides the decor.

Nice for a quick get away

The hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable and very clean. I stayed two days with the included breakfast. The food was basic, not very impressive and they were already setting up for the evening meal while breakfast was still happening which meant half the room couldn't be sat at.

The hallways can be quite noisy with all the children running around.

Each room includes a tv and a stereo system for listening to music which I thought was a great touch.

The pool is a standard lap pool and the bar by it seems a little tired. But was still pleasant to stay at. The pool also has underwater music which is great.

All in all a little over priced, but still quite reasonable for Eilat. Would come again

Decent hotel, close to the Sea. Awesome breakfast!

The picture they have is deceiving. It looks like there's beach access from the hotel, but it only overlooks the beach, which is across the street. The room was decent, but could use some renovation. The bathroom had no vent/fan which wasn't so great. Breakfast dramatically exceeded my expectations! There was a plethora of different breakfast foods, as well as an espresso machine. The machine was experiencing technical difficulties 2 out of the 3 mornings I was there. Noise level - not too bad overall except for Saturday during the day. Very loud music outside by the pool with a bunch of kids playing in the pool. Dinner was 100 S, but not as good as the breakfast. No ironing boards in the rooms - there was a small beat up ironing board on the 3rd level stairs.

Great location near the reef

We had a great time! The room was nice, and the breakfast was delicious! They laid out a real Israeli spread! But the amazing part was the staff's willingness to help out ! We needed something taken care of and they really gave from their time to help us ! Even the general manager personally got involved in making sure we were taken care of , and he did it with a smile! Definitely a nice experience!

Great location and fun for families

My husband and I came with our 2 year old during Chanukah-- and we LOVED our stay! The hotel had activities going on every night for all ages. The recording studio rocked and the guys running it were so hospitable and accommodating. What a cool service!!

The location ROCKS! The beach across the street has something for everyone. The aquarium is a beautiful 15 minute walk away.

The down side of the hotel is the breakfast. The options were weird and mostly untastey.

However HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The room was comfortable and better than I expected for the price. If you live diving, snorkeling or just hanging out at the beach the location across the street from the coral reserve is as good as it gets.

Good hotel for great price

Prima Music is great hotel away from city center, but close to all see attractions (some of them reachable on foot.
It's located between Dolphin Reef and Coral reef. Oceanarium is 3 min drive away.

The rooms are spacious and very convenient.
Breakfast is included into price and it had a great varieties of food.
It was possible to buy dinner at extra 100 NIS per person and was buffet style, so everybody could pick
at their taste.
Wine and other alcoholic beverages were ate extra cost.

Large parking lot is complimentary.

Beach is 3 min slow walk away.

Nice hotel,terrible beach

The hotel is clean. But the beach is terrible. Too many stones. Not good for kids.

Desk staff not the best. One night, I had a message on the answering machine-no directions in the room for access-operator did not know how to tell me to answer it-took 3 calls before she called her supervisor for the information. First tried to make me wait till the morning for the supervisor to come in.

Very friendly clean hotel across rd from aquasport

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel had loads of families, pool area packed. We went to the beach, across road, wonderful especially at dusk. Clean hotel. Superb breakfast with countless delicious items including roast veggies hummus halves fruit pickles galore omelette etc etc. they suggested fantastic restaurant across rd- the last refuge. Easy to rent snorkeling gear at Aqua sport.
