Comfortable Location - Well Situated

As a meeting point for many local (and Jordan) tour operators, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Kings Beach, the Boardwalk, many restaurants and shopping fares. A great location for a families visiting the area - which is a bit of a distraction if you are travelling on business... that and the fact that the WiFi was pretty much non-op while I was there! The staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and all around very welcoming. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and affordable stay.

Sadly the service was poor except for Bernard at reception was most helpful.
The alarm kept going off in the corridor outside our room and no one in reception at that time spoke English when my friend called to report the incident. They just hanged up.
We booked requesting twin beds but there was a double bed and a bed sofa. We asked for extra sheet but none came.

The pictures on Hotels.com for the standard room showed a nice room but were NOT what we were given. Our room had dirty carpet, dirty sink, stale smell, foul smell from kitchenette sink, old bathroom, broken shower head holder.....construction started at 7:00 a.m., very noisy....... never again. Positive, breakfast was nice.

The hotel (east part) was under renovation also neighborhood side (3-1-2017), so it was very noisy afternoon. Also there was a knocking and working in the above floor (third floor) in the morning.
when i complained I got disappointed answer: - (sorry we must work and nothing to do!!)
I got basic room with two beds ( there was no double bed room).

Wyjazd sylwestrowo-noworoczny.
Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji, mimo, że na początku trafiliśmy na młodą dziewczynę, która się dopiero uczyła i nie znała angielskiego to wszystkie nasze prośby zostały spełnione.
Bardzo duży plus za organizację sylwestra, z pokazami, poczęstunkiem, szampanem, muzyką.
Hotel przy ulicy, ale kompletnie nie było słychać żadnych uciążliwych dźwięków – cisza i spokój. Blisko do mariny 2 minuty na piechotę, przystanek też 2 minuty (autobus 282 z lotniska Ovda się przy nim zatrzymuje, więc jedzie się pod sam hotel), do morza 5 minut, po drugiej stronie ulicy automat do wymiany dolarów i euro z dobrym kursem. Obok hotelu market z dość niskimi cenami naj na Izrael.
Pokoje dość duże, z dodatkową kanapą do siedzenia, balkon ze stolikiem i krzesełkami, czajnik z herbatami, przybory toaletowe dokładane codziennie, ręczniki codziennie zmieniane, suszarka. W nocy nie trzeba było dogrzewać pokoju, było ciepło ale klimatyzacja była dostępna.
Śniadania All inclusive, bardzo duży wybór, będziecie zadowoleni (oczywiście nie ma wędlin), kolacja dodatkowo płatna 100 zł za osobę.
Minus za niedoróbki w pokojach, jacuzzi i saunę z lat 80-tych. Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy ale był sprzątany codziennie i wyglądał na czysty.
Przechowalna bagażu przydatna.
Ogólnie jest bezpiecznie i sympatycznie, hotel oceniam na nasze 3 gwiazdki.

Hotel ? Wir waren enttäuscht. Beim Einchecken wollte man nochmals den vollen Preis von uns. Man lies sich erst nach einigen Diskussionen darauf ein, das alles schon bezahlt ist. Im Zimmer (über Außengang) angekommen - Mobillar 80er Jahre , Bettliegen alt, durchgelegen und nur 1,80m lang.
Bettwäsche war mit schwarzen kurzem Haar gespickt, Badetücher überhaupt nicht vorhanden.
Zustand Bad entspricht dem des Zimmers alt - älter - am ältesten.
Anreise an einem Freitagabend. Eingangsbereich voller spielender Kinder.
Pool vorhanden aber nicht genutzt bzw. nicht geöffnet.
Frühstück war erstaunlich reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.
Zimmerreinigung am Sonnabend kaum, am Sonntag besser.
Freies WLAN in ganz Eilat vorhanden. Im Hotel kein eigenes WLAN . Das freie Eilat nur auf dem Balkon empfangbar.
Alles in allem enttäuschend bis bedenklich, vor allem in Bezug auf den Preis.

Funcionários agradáveis, quartos amplos, mas a limpeza não foi 100%. Não tinha ninguém para ajudar com as malas. Estacionamento na verdade é uma rua lateral aonde não se paga para estacionar, sendo que nem sempre tem vaga. Não deveriam anunciar que tem estacionamento.

הגענו למלון, חדרים מזעזעים במקום מיטות יש 2 ספפות צמודות, ריח עובש, כסאות לא נוחים ושולחן שבור.

לאחר שביקשנו לבטל את העיסקה, קראו למנהל והוא הביא לנו חדר \"VIP\", שהיה במצב הרבה יותר טוב אבל עדיין מזכיר מלון ברמה 1 וזה חדר שעבר שיפוץ לפני חודש לדבריו.

עקב העומס בכל בתי המלון באזור נשארנו בחדר החדש ועדיין השירות היה גרוע.
יצאנו מהמלון לאחר ארוחת בוקר דלת תפריט והשארנו פתק על דלת החדר - לסדר את החדר. ב 4 בצהריים חזרנו לחדר ולא סודר. פנינו לקבלה ונאמר לנו ששירות חדרים הוא עד 4, אמרנו להם שזה לא בעיה שלנו ולא היינו בחדר, ככה שהיה הרבה זמן לטפל בזה. לבסוף מצאו מישהו שיסדר את החדר, אבל יצאנו בהרגשה רעה כ\"כ שאפילו אם נקבל חופשה בחינם לא נחזור למלון זה.
