Delightful Getaway in Eilat

Amazing property! So enjoyed just sitting on our balcony and looking out at the inner courtyard. Given how full the hotel was with guests, it was almost unbelievable how quiet the room was at night (and the blackout curtains were superb). The housekeeping and wait staff were courtesy and attentive. Well located, and ample parking. All around fabulous experience!

Great hotel in Eilat

Wonderful the breakfast is out of this world. Room with wonderful balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool, rooms clean coldly . Walking distance to the city activities. No beach would be the only down side but I’m not a beach person so doesn’t really matter. No complimentary water and a little skimpy on the toiletries ( two people but only one bottle of each shampoo/conditoner etc) trivial but would be nice to be able to say this place is really spectacular. Spa was nice , not the best in the world but for just a massage it was perfect. I’ll be back here again for sure . Super value for your money !

Facility is beautiful, rooms very clean and there is enough space in the room. Pool was amazing, water a bit cold but had great time! Breakfast and dinner were amazing, a lot of options, very clean and enough staff for serving and cleaning the tables. Hours of meals are a bit difficult, breakfast served only from 8am and dinner starts only at 7pm.
We will come back again!

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT IS CLOSE TO BUSES, SHOPPING, AND THE MARINA.
THE FOOD OFFERED AT THIS HOTEL EITHER FOR BREAKFAST OR DINNER IS UNBELIEVABLE. WE HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH OURMET FOOD WITH SUCH TASTE EVEN IN 5 STAR RESTAURANTS.
THE FRONT STAFF WERE NOT THE BEST AS THEY WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING US INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOURIST ATTRACTION OR THE BUS INFORMATION.
OVERALL, IT IS A FANTASTIC HOTEL. WE DEFINITELY WOULD GO BACK AGAIN.

Second time here. Our favorite hotel in Eilat. Rooms are modern and clean. Pool area is relaxing (too cold to swim), and pretty. Check in person was polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing..served till 12:00 PM, and almost a lunch- large variety of hot and cold food, with some variation between days (in any case, it would be impossible to eat everything in a single day). OUt door seating area is gorgeous. Waitstaff and especially the coffee guy were great

beautiful hotel, but the rooms are a little small. we had some cleaning problems which the hotel took care of very quickly, but still, I would prefer it was perfect, to begin with.
the room is not soundproof from the door to the corridor, and also the curtains do not darken the room very well.
the food at breakfast and dinner is very good, but the dining room can get very hectic.

Perfect vacation for couples

Absolutely loved the Agamim, I already want to go back. The 'on the water' room is absolutely worth the extra cash, and I would never book a regular room after having the water room. The room was quiet, comfortable, and a good size for the two of us.

While the hotel was fully booked, I didn't feel overcrowded or swarmed by people. Breakfast time slots were well organized and the hotel was really on top of COVID restrictions.

We did the couples spa treatment, which was relaxing and pampering. We both really enjoyed our massages.

The absolute only downside to the hotel is the small parking area. Most people are driving to the hotel now so parking is very limited. Check-in was also very busy, but we got pulled into the office by the manager to do our check-in - shout out to Sharon!

I would return to this hotel in a second - in fact, I didn't want to leave!!

Great surroundings, helpful staff (except we couldn't find the weekday evening dining room - seemed a lot of confusion in the signposting). lovely poll area, spacious room. Not the hotel's fault that the salt extraction firm started its noisy machinery early in the morning.
An easy 4km walk up to the bird sanctuary. Shame there are no cycles or e-bikes for hire in Eilat anymore.Food superb - both amazing breakfasts and the Friday night dinner

the only downside was that our outside patio and pool area was totally inthe shade (room 107) all day but it was only a two minute walk to the cenral poolarea which was equipped with beds, swings, chairs and hammocks dotted all over!

We were delightfully surprised at the high level of comfort and thoughtfulness of this resort hotel. We thought it was a good value. Loved having synagogue services right on the premises every morning and afternoon, and kosher food service. Loved the terrace, the bathroom, and the bedding, as well as the decor throughout.

Three Agamim Days with Good friends

Our stay was one we truly enjoyed as the hotel is quite beautiful and offers superb breakfasts and beautiful grounds and pools. We were
there during the holiday vacation and the hotels was packed with families, many with several young children. Considering the large groups of vacationers on the premise, the welcome staff was amazing. They were pleasant and one especially (named Gem) was able to help us with specific needs (restaurant reservations) and was always charming and patient, in spite of the crush of people on the premises.

Three days in a life. At hotel Agamim.

5 star all the way. Customer service is excellent. Rooms are new and contain all amenities for a comfortable stay. Food plentiful and tasty, no waiting and served hot. Chef will take special requests. The main event is the swimming area and the full size recliner beds for relaxation in the sun available to all. Great for couples and families. The one complaint I would have is three-day visit was not enough.

Overall clean & functional but the room plan is rather odd, giving no privacy to the person in the bathroom.
Breakfast is also a lackluster: food is below average, on shabbat there's no coffee available, the restaurant is slammed unless you come early, and it generally looks disorganized.

Warm friendly hotel. Fantastic staff who go the extra mile ensuring a perfect trip. Amazing breakfast served till 12.00. This enables lunch snack if needed. Comfortable pool view bedrooms. Although not sited on main beach area, that's only a comfortable 10 min walk away. The hotel is next door to the ice mall shopping and ice rink. A bus stop is right outside if you need transportation. We went on day trips with hotel pick up. A great week.

Uniquely strange Israeli experience

This was our overnight location before and after a day trip to Petra, apparently this hotel is one of the best in Eilat. The person who checked us into the hotel wrote the wrong room number on our key holder so after a lengthy walk to the room and putting the key in and out several times without the door unlocking someone came to the door and opened it, wondering why we were trying to get into her room. Two more lengthy walks later we had the right room now, it was next door.

Ordering room service? It arrives in a bag with the food in boxes like it was take-out / delivery order! Besides that, the person who brought it to the room dropped an item on the ground as he was handing me the bag. He apologised and had the item made again.

We had some strange/rude treatment at the restaurant also. Possibly some language barrier problems (much less fluent English in Israel than I expected), but attitude/training of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. It seems their typical guests are quite rude and unruly, and likely to steal towels (when you check in you are given a card that represents a towel, you trade it for a pool towel when you need one, and get a card back when you return the towel. If you check out without presenting the card, you get charged for towels).

So, in my opinion, not up to international 5-star resort standards. However I have a strong feeling much of this same criticism would apply to any hotel in this area.

Pool area is really nice very pretty ,rooms were nice and modern. Breakfast is excellent and Is served till noon. It lacks atmosphere in the evening the bar area is dull and uninviting. Fridge in one room was not working despite asking twice 1st and 2nd day it was never fixed. Room cleaning generally good but forgot towels on one occassion we asked at 16.30 for towels and my husband had to go down at midnight to ask again they bought them up but it was hours after first request however my mother was very impressed with one member of the cleaning team that was very kind and caring to her.The dinning room was closed in the evenings despite being advertised as having half board availability guests were taxied to other hotels for dinner. Reception had not information on tours. But this is a nice hotel and very relaxing during the day wi fi was good.

There were also restrictions on when the dining room was open so we weren't able to order room service for a light bite to eat until 20:30. Note that the room service portions are very small and not equivalent to what you would expect if you were to dine in the restaurant.

We experienced a couple of initial issues, but Isrotel sent me a satisfaction survey after our first night in which I complained. Within half an hour, I received a phone call with apologies and explanations that made me feel like a cherished customer.

The food here was outstanding. The pool area is gorgeous and nicely maintained. The neighborhood is fine, and maybe even better because it's quieter, as it's a couple blocks from all the action.

My only real complaints... The walls are paper thin, so there is noise from the corridor outside, and the room safe wasn't big enough for a laptop.

Most of all, though, this place is a good deal for the money. It's not as expensive as the large luxury hotels on the boardwalk, but it's much, much nicer than some of the other lower-cost places in Eilat. So I was pleased with the value I received.

Best Hotel in Eilat

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are small, but extremely well appointed, and has coffee, tea, lovely toiletries and a comfy bed. But wait until you see the pool area!!! As beautiful as any 5 or 6 star hotel with canals that run outside the rooms in the 1st floor, a great snack bar and interesting outdoor swings by the pool. And to top it all off, the breakfast buffet was the best one I had in Israel!! Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the isrotel agamim. The pool is spectacular with a great chill vibe. The breakfast is outstanding. It's a nicely spread out four story hotel within a five minute walk from the Ice Mall. The boardwalk is just minutes away by taxi. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Eilat.

We loved every minute of our 3 day stay at this hotel. Such a great and unique layout, and the \"on-the-water\" rooms are fantastic. Breakfast rocks, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a luxurious feel without paying a \"luxury\" price. The ONLY annoying part is the wind-tunnel from the back of the hotel, so be sure to ask for a room along along the sides and not along the back. This was our 2nd time here and we will absolutely be coming back for a 3rd visit as soon as possible.

Checked into hotel April 4th and was advised upon check-in that room upgrade was in USD. When I showed the front desk agent my correspondence with hotel reservations, she called the woman I had been emailing earlier and they indicated that upgrade was in USD, not NIS as I had been quoted. As our room was not ready, we checked our bags with the hotel - this consists of a room just outside the front doors. The room is not locked, however, there is a non uniformed person (with hand gun) wandering outside - I guess that is enough security. We were able to spend time in the baggage area without any supervision from the guard. Once we checked in, the room was good (no complaints). The only thing I could not figure out was why the hotel does not restock the coffee capsules (coffee maker) but leave a small bottle of gin instead. This is a first and there was nothing in the room (minibar) to mix the gin.

This hotel had great value for money, perhaps as we were in low season. I would warmly recommend. The rooms are large and very well equipped, there is a fantastic pool and even a spa. The breakfast buffet is the best I have seen in Israel so far, and I have been around.

Excellent Hotel and the lobby smells Great!

We arrived from Jerusalem to this hotel very late evening. Upon our entry to this hotel the staff greeted us with a warm smile and a free cup of coffee inside the lounge. Instead, we decided to sit before going to our suite. During that time the staff did not rush us away from the lobby. The following day, we took advantage of their free breakfast it was awesome! There was a variety of Israeli, American and European cuisine plus several chefs that took requests for homemade any style omelets and it is 100% Kosher. :)
After, our meal, we walked around the hotel and without going to the beach you can smell the ocean from the entrance of the hotel. Later, that evening, we paid a small fee for the dinner buffet and it was worth it! After, our meal we walked along their indoor pool. It was peaceful, quiet and very relaxing. Also, the hotel offers a game room, spa and a gym with a sauna. Unfortunately, due to our short stay we could not take advantage of those amenities. We were sad, to leave this hotel and decided if we were ever visiting Israel, we will stay in this HOTEL because we had a wonderful, marvelous and superb experience at this hotel.

Excellent value for the price

Outstanding breakfast with lots to choose from. Nice room overlooking the pools, with balcony. Very clean and walkable to everything at the north beach. We got a very good deal. Only complaint was a party on one of th nights was quite loud and went on until midnight. But I suspect that is not a common occurrence. Would recommend and would stay there again.
