the hotel avaiable nor far from beach. about ten minutes walk.It is siuatable for family with children.I think that hotel have problem with staff.in all elevator very dirty

Not going back.

This place is all inclusive. I did not appreciate being told by the kitchen staff working behind the serving stations how much I could take at 1 time.
Just be prepared for below average food served by a rude staff.
I also did not like that I could not choose my table.
Don't expect much at happy hour or for late night snacks

Nice hotel with outstanding meals selection

As an All Inclusive resort, it has truly fantastic selection of meals. This includes Olivie salad famius among people hailing from Russia. Room is nice and roomy. There is, however, ongoing repair/renovation work in a hallway, so you occasionally have to walk around a dropcloth covered with plastering dust - thats why I dont give all 5 stars.

Typical Israeli hospitality

I was in town on business and simply needed a clean, quiet room in Eilat for one night. This was not the place. This all-inclusive resort seems to cater more to rowdy tourists than folks who want to mind their own business. The room was tolerable, but was not that clean and lacked in comfort. To make matters more annoying, moments after arriving in my room, someone came into my room to install new curtains (?), then the next morning housekeeping opened my door (at like 8:30am) without even knocking first. At check-out, the receptionist did not ask me about my stay or really seem willing to exchange any words with me. Instead, upon asking for my receipt, he printed it and lazily pushed it across the counter without saying anything. If you're looking for someplace to eat unlimited food and hang out with inhospitable Israelis, then this is the ticket.

An all-inclusive hotel in Eilat.

A few days in Eilat to watch \"Israman\" (Ironman competition) January is not the warmest month to visit Eilat but we went to watch an amazing competition. We chose to stay at an all inclusive hotel. It was very good value for money, and although not as as luxurious as some of the \"big names\" was clean and very comfortable. It was near enough to the other hotels and is very convenient for the new \"ice mall\". This is a new shopping mall with Ice Rink. The staff were friendly and excellent service, plenty of food and drink.

Amazing experience...the staff is so nice

Everyone in the hotel is super nice and will do everything to make sure you are happy!!! I have never experienced such a great treatment in a hotel....
The food is super delicious and a great variety.. the chef....Natty...made sure I know what I can eat and even offered to cook separate food because of my allergy to gluten... will definitely go back there!!!!!

Not worth the money I paid.

We got a bad room with lots of mishaps. Repeated power outages every few hours. Bad door lock. A loose carpet at the entrance to the room. A bed built of a sofa opened without a mattress that opened in the middle of the night and my father fell out of bed in the middle of the sleep. Air conditioner does not work well. Lots of mishaps. A bad vacation and a hotel that does not respect itself and its guests.

Nice for families with children

The buffet was excellent with many abundant choices, and the pool area was nice.The drinks at the bar were included in the all-inclusive package, but the selection was small. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, shopping, and other area attractions.

GREAT OPTION ALL INCLUSIVE STAFF VERY HELPFULL AND KIND, WE JUST HAD A DISAGREEMENT WITH ONE OF THE RESTAURANT MANAGER NAMED AVED HE WAS RUDE WITH PEOPLE GUESTS AND COWORKERS IN FRONT OF EVERYONE HE HAD A NON POLITE ATTITUDE AS ALL THE STAFF DID. BUT AVERALL THE HOTEL IS GREAT 7 MIN WALK TO THE TAYELET/BEACH, FOOD VERY GOOD BUFFET AS LAS VEGAS, IN THE POOL WE HAD SOFT DRINKS, BEER, ICE CREAM AND SOME TIME FRUIT OFFERED BY STAFF, WE HAD A GREAT TIME THE ROOM ITS OK RENWED BUT A BIT UNCONFORTABLE THE BATHROOM.

סך הכל המלון במיקום ממש טוב , האוכל לא ברמה גבוהה אבל גם לא מזעזע , אוכל בסדר גמור.
התפריט הכל כלול ולכן זה נחמד , מדובר בשתייה של פפסי אז אל תצפו לקוקה קולה.
הבריכה לא גדולה ככה שבשעת עומס מרגישים את זה ממש , ישנן מספר ליקויי בטיחות בבריכה כמו עצים שבורים שנכנסים לרגליים וזה ממש מסוכן ( קרה לנו ולילד נוסף ) הצוות במלון והשירות מעל ומעבר נתנו יחס חם וענו לכל דרישה, צוות בידור אין במלון מלבד זמר עם ערכת קריוקי בערב כך שאל תצפו לאטרקציה בערב.
סך הכל שהות בסדר גמור לא שהינו בתקופת עומס אך ניכר כי המלון בעומס היה מורגש אחרת.

A very good all inclusive hotel

Hotel may be aged, but this doesn't make the total experience any worse. Very friendly staff, good cleaning, TERRIFIC restaurant (and its staff) and great location.
Not the first hotel I've been to in Eilat, nor the most expensive (\"luxurious\") one, but the first one I highly recommend. Can't wait to come back in Autumn!

Zimmerreinigung mehr als schlecht!

Leider ist der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel durch die schlechte Zimmerreinigung nicht sehr angenehm.
Haare von der vorherigen Gästen in Bad. Staub auf den Nachttischen, Mülleimer wird nicht regelmäßig geleert. Im Bad an den Fliesen ist teilweise Schimmel. Das Hotel pflegt die Zimmer nicht, das ist sehr, sehr schade, denn es sind eigentlich schön eingerichtete Zimmer.
In den Gängen sind verdreckte Teppichböden.
Das Essen ist erstklassig, riesige Auswahl. Personal sehr nett.

Super hotel z bardzo dużym wyborem jedzenia. Za ok 2 tys zł na dwie osoby można spędzić tam 4 noce nie martwiąć się o jedzenie bo są aż 3 posiłki w ciągu dnia, alkohol (lokalne piwo i wino) oraz drnki w określonych porach. Hotel ok 10 min od plaży , bardzo przyjemny - najlepsze było w nim jedzenie.

Szívesen visszamennék!

Nagyon jó helyen van; buszmegálló a szálloda mellett, bevásárlóhelyek, éttermek pár percen belül, a központ 10 perc kényelmes séta. A szoba átlagos, de kényelmes és vízforralóval, teával, kávéval kiegészítve minden szükséges eszközzel felszerelt, a törölközőt minden nap cserélték (a tusfürdőt és sampont naponta pótolták). A kínálat az étteremben változatos, bőséges és nagyon finom volt. A szállásfoglalásnál dollárban adták meg az árat; és tájékoztattak, hogy a helyi pénznemben kell fizetnünk; a recepció dollárban kérte (tehát emmiatt nem kell váltani!)! Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszamennénk.

מלון נחמד, חדרים מחודשים (מעליות לא. נורא איטיות). יש שפע של אוכל אבל לא ברמה גבוהה. מיקום טוב קרוב לים ולטיילת. שימוש לא נוח בWIFI - אין קליטה אחידה במלון.
