The only two good points about the hotel is the location and price. Air-conditioning also was very good. But i didn't like the rooms and the food. It's not that bad, but in every hotel of 4 stars I was before it was much better. My family last day even didn't agree to come eat breakfast with me there. The swimming pool is small, if you have more than 10 persons inside it becomes crowded. I don't know how many stars this hotel is but i wouldn't give it more than 3 stars. I would recommend it to couples that like to be close the living places, but wouldn't recommend it to families.

Nice little hotel, good service

I've stayed here many times, back in the days of the Soleal. I very much like the location, the small size, and the breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The \"Premium Double Room\" that I reserved seemed more spacious on the booking site, and in fact was pretty cramped (for 2 people).

Cute little hotel in a great location

Nice little hotel in an excellent and convenient location. STAFF WAS SUPERB! For the friendliness of the staff, I will *absolutely* stay here again. Everyone was great - from the check-in folks, to the housekeeping, just an absolute pleasure. The only suggestions I would have is the TVs could do with an upgrade, and perhaps slightly better blankets...but this is really a nitpick.

As per other reviews i was asked to pay again, with an hours argument at reception. It was only resolved when i was able to show my bank account with money paid to Expedia. Laundry carts in halways permanently. Returned to room to find cleaners had left the room door wide open for the day. Good breakfast

I do think this property is very overpriced. To walk to our small room we had to squeeze by mattresses that were leaning in the hallway, as well as mutiple laundry carts-that never disappeared. Staff were kind/helpful.

The hotel is close to the beach and other facilities, it has a decent albeit small pool with a life guard, it is spotlessly clean, but a bit tired. The staff are friendly and helpful. Half of Eilat is a building site, with noisy and unsightly work going on.

The hotel has a great location with a short walk to the beach and the promenade. A number of bus stops are also close by. The hotel has nice pool and the rooms were quite spacious. The reception staff was quite friendly as well and was very efficient with checkin and checkout.

Pros: location, breakfast (excellent!), and pool. Cons: room was falling apart - the furniture was broken, lights hanging askew, desperately needed a paint job. One of our first rooms didn’t have electricity, and the electricity for the entire hotel went out several times while we were there. Hallways needed vacuuming. When we went to check out, I asked for late checkout, which was supposed to be guaranteed as a hotels.com gold member for this hotel, and was strongly rebuked. Only after I showed the desk correspondence I had about late check out with the manager was I permitted to have late check out for one of our three rooms, but not before getting a lecture about how unusual it was to get late check out.

This our 3rd time in this hotel. Everytime the quality is worse than worse. Breakfast is terrible very low.. we stay in the room as a family 4 people. Everyday we come back from the beach there were 3 towels for 4 people..
And the last day we forgot one mobile telephone in the room, we called the hotel back if they found it. The woman at the reception was very ugly she was just shouting like crazy. She was very far away to be helpfull. It was a dissapointed..

Amazing service, friendly and helpful. We were allowed to do a late checkout for free and the staff was there for anything we need. Good location and a lot of parking spots right outside the building (parking meter). There's a terrace with a huge table where you can have dinner and a great pool. Breakfast was really good (In Shabbat is better to come with an espresso coffee from the room as the machine is not operative)

מלון יחסית לא יקר באילת, אבל עדיין התמורה לא ממש שווה את הכסף. מיקום סבבה, הייתה חניה בתשלום ממש קרוב למלון. מיטה נוחה. מזגן פגז.
המלון סביר, מעלית אחת לא עבדה, גישה לא נוחה לנכים/עגלות. ארוחת בוקר מלוחה אבל השיא הוא ריח של ביוב שיוצא מהכיור שנמצא בחדר ולא בשירותים, וזבובוני ביוב שיוצאים מהניקוז במקלחת.

The stay was OK for a 3 star hotel but the hotel fee was certainly not 3 star.. In ovral it was promised a primume double room and we got a very small rom with barley enough room for a couple and minimum privecy since the bathroom sink was located outside the bathroom with in the small room space. The hotel staff was outside our rooms most of the time and since there weren't any stuff elevator we share the elevator with the stuff and dirty londonderry.
The pool is OK and so is the dinning room which basically the only working facilities.

סך הכל היה אחלה רק בלילה היה רעש נוראי מהמוזיקה בבר שבמלון.. נראה לי הגיוני לעדכן שיהיה רעש כזה חזק ואם יש אפשרות לשים בקומות גבוהות יותר, אנחנו לא ילדים והגענו לנוח וזה לא ממש הסתדר עם הרעש.

The hotel doesn't worst the money.
The room is wilthout any view, both sides goes to city parking, there were some problems with tubs in bathroom, after using it the bathroom was full of water. There are holes in the celling and there was some problems with TV.
Also there are ants in the breakfast area

מלון קטן ומשפחתי
הגעתי עם בתי, לחגוג יום הולדת וסיום שנה״ל, זכרנו לטובה את ארוחת הבוקר שהייתה שם דבר במלון.
הייתה אכזבה גדולה, ארוחה סבירה ותו לא, לא מעבר לכך. חנייה חופשית מעטה ועל בסיס מקום פנוי, בשלושת הימים שהיינו לא היה מקום פנוי וחניתי בתשלום במרחק של כמה דקות הליכה
צוות המלון מקסים, גם הבנות בקבלה וגם הבחור האחראי על האחזקה
שהיו אדיבים מאוד ועשו את המקסימום כדי שנהנה.
עדיין, זה לא מה שהיה, אפילו המחווה הקטנה של לתת בקבוק מים קרים כשעוזבים,שהייתה בעבר
הפעם ביום השני השאירו לנו 2 בקבוקים קטנים בחדר
החוויה אחרת לגמרי.
האמבטיה בחדר שרוטה ונראית לא נקייה

Started with verry unplesant rude receptionist.
We arived at 15:30 on saterday and where told check in starts at 18:00 - not mentioned anyware during booking.
Then recived room reaking of smoke that was unbearable so asked to change room imediatly and they did luckily....
Pool was filthy so passed on that....
Hotel has a few parking but verry difficult to catch onem at the evening waited 40 minutes to park.
Overall a big pass. Would not stay hear again.
Plentu over better options in eilat with much better value for money.

Overall ok, but they have a way to go in terms of service, especially for this price.
Will start with the pros: the room was comfortable and clean (but see below). Taspai the guy who welcomes you to breakfast gives a great service provided with a lovely smile. The barista was great too as well as the guy in the front desk at nights. The location was great.

I arrived at 17:00 to check in to my room after a long drive. They keep Covid rules which is good. Got the keys and went to my room, but was surprised to see a lot of grabage in it. Went back to the front desk, knowing mistakes can happen and letting the front desk know quietly that the room was not ready. She called the cleaner down and started yelling at him in front of other guests waiting for check in. Then after she changed my room, she was mumbling \"I'm tired of this hotel, they don't know how to work!\".
Well, I didn't complain and didn't expect her to make all the noise when I didn't make any..
Then another day I ran out of toilet paper and the cleaner cleaned the room but didn't put new ones. I was trying to call the room service or front desk, but all the lines were busy. Had to go down myself to ask.
I heard so much about their breakfast, but it was not appealing to me. Might be due to Covid times.

We booked last minute while on a bus to Eilat. I’m not sure it’s fair to say that the hotel is specifically underwhelming, I think Eilat is generally disappointing.

Room was overpriced compared to what you can get 1k away in Aqaba. Tv didn’t work, air con didn’t work, breakfast was dreadful, shower was grubby.

Guy on check in desk was pleasant enough, helped us find a corkscrew.

Soleil could send a spark to your sign at night

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel - location was great, room was large and comfortable.
Sara at the reception is the real treasure of the hotel - thank you for all your support, Sara! Sorry but the rest at the front desk were absolutely useless and helpless.
The staff at the restaurant was amazing as well!
The only missing thing was that the hotel sign was never lit during our stay and it felt a bit dull and out of season.

the experience was great considering the good price we paid for our stay. the only thing that we think should be improved is the cleaning service during our sty. they didn't wash the dishes (glasses and plates) that were in the room (after we used them the other night) and didnt take out all the trash (in the trash can). but overall we really enjoyed- the staff is nice, the hotel is plesant and breakfast was delicious!

The place itself is very good and welcome, there were some unpleasant things what spoiled a bit our staying in the hotel.clerk at reception hall, she was interfering things of not her business and it was not polite at all. The clerk in restaurant made some abusive notes regarding food that can be taken away and tried to put extra charges, fortunately the senior manager from the hotel arranged it in our favour. Cleanness is argued thing, the cleaner makes an order only in rhe center of appartment, not under the furniture. However it was nice.

We've made reservation in this hotel for 2 nights on the last minute (ordered on the same day we stayed there), so we didn't have lots of expectations.
The overall stay was OK - room was tidy, and included coffee machine and mini refridgerator. We also got complementry 2 bottles of water.
Breakfast was pretty good - but it seems it wasn't well managed - you need to order coffee and eggs from the waiter, which is absolutly fine, but in our case only my hudband got his coffee - I had to order again...
WiFi in the hotel wasn't great - in some cases I preferred to use my cellular data for web accesss...
The thing that really bothered us was the air-conditioner - on the first morning we woke up to a beep sounds coming from the remote control of it. It took us sometime to understand what causes the sound, but we coludn't stop it. After about15-20 minutes it stopped. We escalated that to the staff, who told us they took care for that. Durining the evening and night it seemed it was OK, but then again on the second morning, at the same hour, we heard the beeps again :-(
I know the staff was trying to fix the problem, but apparntly with no success...

BTW - I'm not sure I'm famiiar with the defintion of 'Boutique hotel' - but it didn't feel like that...

There should be an ice machine available for all to use anytime.
When you are in 40 degrees Celsius, your water needs ice.

Also the pool area needs cleaning daily.

Soleil Boutique is centrally located and feels newish, which is great. Reception was lovely and staff of restaurant room generally ok. Only thing that sucked quite a bit was waiting over 20 minutes for a breakfast table on Friday morning, since hotel receives external diners for brunch (people who aren't hotel guests). This causes a major overload that the hotel can't seem to handle, causing us and other guests to wait unnecessarily. I finally found an empty table, which staff for some reason didn't seem to notice.. It's a pity, because otherwise the hotel would get full marks from me.

Charming Soleil Boutique in Eilat

Having been recommended to the Soleil Boutique I took a chance and was certainly glad that I did...
Nice smallish ,extremely friendly hotel right in the Centre of the town.
Front desk staff were very obliging , as was everybody else I encountered .
Breakfasts were delicious as well and although it was near the airport the noise didn’t seem to bother at all.
If you’re looking for a reasonably priced friendly smaller hotel as opposed to the large chain hotels then this is for you ...

Not much comfort

The hotel is next to the airport and the planes land really near by. There is construction next to the hotel. It felt more like a motel. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was fair. The rooms were like a motel.

The regular room is too small and the baths are not clean. The big rooms on the 4th floor are very good, nice and clean.

Large room, very comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Large balcony - watched the planes landing at airport. Very friendly, easy check in. WONDERFUL breakfast - everything you could ask for! Only stayed one night, but definitely enjoyed our stay!

A great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Soleil Boutique Hotel. The location was ideal as you could walk from the airport to the hotel in about 10 minutes. It was also near the beach, restaurants, shopping, and many other attractions. The hotel was very nice with very comfortable rooms. Everything was clean. Bottles of water and a tin of delicious butter cookies was a very nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with many great choice. The people who worked at the hotel, including the restaurant were kind and went out of their way to be helpful.

we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights - me, my wife and our son (3.5 yo):
the hotel is very nice, the breakfast is amazing, staff are very nice
