A first rate stay in Eilat. Beachfront. Easy walk to promenade and the water. Hotel pools are plentiful and cooling. Very roomy accommodation, comfortable bed, large bathroom, enough for two. Plenty of closet space. Balcony to sit on any time of day gives a great view of Eilat and Aqaba. Breakfast to suit any palate. Would stay again.

The room according to your description should have had an accessible bathtub. All rooms of this grade only had showers with no handrails.
Asked for a room with bathtub wanted over £100 extra per night!
The room which was quite spacious had 3 steps on entering the room! No warning signs nor from staff.
And had 3 dark steps from the bedroom into the lounge.
Being positive the restarant breakfast and the staff there were excellent and attentive.
In conclusion - hotel excellent except for no bathtub and the potential dangerous 2 sets of steps inside room and had we known would not have t booked the room.

The staff has no experience how to treat a guest with respect. upon our arrive our room wasn’t clean and then on the next day I asked the housekeeper that was cleaning our room to take a better care on the cleaning and I give him a tip. definitely this hotel is not a four star maybe 3 star they only started treating us good once we started complaining definitely this is not professional. I wish that everyone that chose this hotel know what to expect!!!

The check-in was straightforward - the front desk staff were varied (some were helpful, friendly - others were standoffish and some even playing on their phones while people waited) - the pool area is magnificent, but the water a bit too cold - the breakfast was delicious and had a very large variety of items. My biggest complaint is the noise level as the hotel is directly on the promenade, it got very loud particularly at night. Construction projects on the promenade with loud noises, beeping equipment at 11pm/midnight were going on during our stay. We called the front desk but were told there was nothing they could do about it. Better sound-proofing (windows, doors) is advised.

The facilities are amazingly beautiful! The 16 story atrium is impressive.
The pool area is gorgeous with terraced lounge chair levels, so everyone gets a clear view of the pool with waterfalls and a grotto.
Most importantly… the food! The kitchen staff is unbelievable! The food is five ***** star quality. All breads, pastries, & desserts are baked and made fresh everyday!
The buffet dinner and breakfast at the Vista Restaurant gives you so many choices to eat. All fresh and delicious!
The outdoor dining areas above and around the pool give you many options to eat.
The rooms are furnished with what I would say “ sophisticated elegance. Absolutely Beautiful !!! The bathrooms are stunning.

Beautiful stay.
It was our anniversary and on our first night there was some kind of a party with loud noise until 1 am. The next morning we complained and they moved us to a wonderful suite with a huge balcony with a hot tub and a beautiful view of the beach. We were pleasantly surprised and appreciated the service. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we experienced. A beautiful hotel and will certainly come back if we have a chance.

I have stayed at the Royal Beach for over 20 years. This year pool was cold. I spoke to manager on the first day and said I would move hotel if they weren’t going to heat it. I was told they were heating it but it remained cold. I then moved to Dan Eilat which had a heated pool. 6 days of holiday was ruined for my children. Royal Beach has lost a loyal customer.

We could’ve saved a lot of time if the staff was even the slightest helpful, but despite asking on 3 separate occasions, they were not helpful and we had to figure it out ourselves. I arrived and told no parking but for 100 shekels a day there is valet parking, sounded like a scam to me to force me to pay 100 a day that is that i have not taken my car out in 2 days what so ever. I wish that i can get a refund for such thing,

Beautiful hotel on the beach and the promenade. Both the breakfast (included) and dinner (extra) were amazing. The food was always fresh. The guest room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the bathroom with the large walk-in shower.

The facilities and location are great. However none of the pools are not properly heated, the gym and spa facilities are small and not well equipped for a hotel this size and the staff in the sauna rudely turned us away, stating that we had to pay extra as there was not enough room for all the guests. This is absolutely ridiculous for a hotel charging over USD 500/night. (Besides the fact that the sauna was empty at the time).
I must, however, compliment the pool staff, who were most helpful and courteous.

Lovely views and grounds but this hotel only offers heating during the winter months, NO AIRCONDITIONING.
It was 27 degrees during my stay and there was no Aircon available

The hotel is excellent but, it is very big and on high season is too crowded with lots of noisy families, than, it could take an hour to enter breakfast and 10 minutes to get an elevator and all that at the highest price in Eilat

this is a beautiful hotel, breakfast was amazing, so abundant, i dont think we tasted everything, and we were there for 3 breakfasts!! Eilat itself was hot, we were there first week of June. It was very relaxing stay. One minor thing, the pool closes at 6 pm, we thought it was a little too early. Our room was spacious, and had a separate room for our teen age daughter, they called it family room. loved every minute there, expect for the heat ( not hotel's fault)

the website on the hotel's site claimed it had renovated rooms which matched the photos on hotels.com website but when we checked in we were told only one floor had been renovated and that was not the room we had rented anyway. Hotel is dated, rooms, hallways are older and kind of dirty which comes from just being old.

We are a couple aged 25-30. The hotel has great location and good vibe to it. The hotel lobby is very pleasant. The pool is terrific and breakfast is superb. However, the hotel staff are doing a bad job at keeping you satisfied. We would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Eilat, but don't expect any 5 star treatment, as you will be dissapointed.

VALUE: Poor. Isrotel charges 5 Star Prices but offers less than 2 star service - with sneaky cutbacks on almost everything not nailed to the floor. Spa, bottled water, room extras, Jacuzzi - all I can say is after you pay 3x what you normally pay for a hotel, get ready to open your wallet to pay much more. After a few days my guests at the Royal Beach and I felt like we were walking through a mine field of hidden costs. If we picked up a bottle of water we had to first read the mini signs littered across our room that this was going to cost us plenty. at one point we were in a line to check out for an hour while OTHER GUESTS complained about the hidden charges. Warning: the SPA and HOT TUB are NOT FREE. No Ice Machines on any floor.
SERVICE: Bad. every time we called down to the front desk we waited at least two hours for anyone to come up. they don't seem to care if the guest is handicapped or elderly. I don't mind chutzpah but our $750 room wasn't even ready and the management's attitude was like how dare we complain.
The management offered me a tiny discount so that i would keep quiet about this. The discount was only good for a future visit within a month. Instead of an apology they should stop suckering people to register online by calling the place a 5 star all included hotel.
