I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars. The property is beautiful and has all the amenities you could ask for. Unfortunately, I can’t overlook the fact that we found roaches during our stay. A clean and pest-free environment is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel. It’s disappointing because everything else about the hotel was great, but this issue definitely impacted my experience. Hopefully, management addresses the problem quickly. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. We stay here when we dont bring our dog. We have not had a bad experience. We love the location and rooms. Depending on the room you can have a decent, good and or excellent view of the ocean. Our condo didnt have a can opener and they brought one with in an hour. We dont do the pools but the pools look clean. Group we stayed with said only one pool was heated and there is no hot tub? We definitely recommend and will 100% be back

Right on the beach. Excellent room. Jacuzzi tub was very small and weak. Nice roomy shower. Washer/dryer was nice. Lots of pans for cooking. Elevators took a good minute to arrive. Ubers were quick to respond. Parking was an additional $50 per vehicle per stay!!

Everything would’ve been OK but as soon as we came in the door, the slide door to the balcony was unlocked. It was unsafe couldn’t go nowhere that first night because it will not lock. I tried to reach out to maintenance. They didn’t come to the next morning, really that evening or midday and it’s just was overall bad situation. It was bugs in the bathroom as well.

Detailed Review - Pros and Cons
The property exterior is pretty well kept. But you can tell the buildings age in the stairwells. The condos themselves are old and in need of uodates. The pull out couch is horrendous. Not usable. Falling apart with springs that poke into your back. The linen for it was also in desperate need of replacement. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Linen was good. I liked the washer and dryer. The outdoor grill was well kept. However there were no utensils for it in the condo. The sink in the condo needed repair also. The side angled view of the beach was nice. The pool was also enjoyable.

Condo is comfortable and could use some updates but you’re there for the beach. It is nice to have a washer and dryer in the units.

4th of July Vacation
Me and my husband and two kids decided to come to the beach last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It was an awesome experience from check in to check out. The room was very clean and taken care of and had all the essentials that we needed for our family. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Excellent communication through texts as well, which I personally loved. The pool was awesome and the beaches were beautiful as always. I love that every room has a beach view as well! We will definitely be visiting Palm Beach Resort next summer!

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I had an issue, however. I decided to extend my stay by two days, and I guess there was some confusion with my door code. Someone tried to enter my room around noonish (which is well before the 4pm check in time). I’m glad I had the door clip on the door because I would have been face to face with a complete stranger. I recommend that going forward, door codes should be changed after each guest has vacated the property so that this doesn’t occur again, and employees should be made aware of any adjustments to guest stays during their shift changes.

A small five story resort right on the beach with easy beach access. Parking was plentiful and nearby to the unit. We rented the two bedroom unit and it was very spacious with 2 1/2 baths. The unit also had a washer dryer, as well as a full kitchen and dishwasher. The owners communicated frequently prior to our arrival as well as during our stay to see if we needed anything.

We have come to Palm Beach Resort 3 times. We love the location, the condo amenities and fact that each time the communication and accessibility to the property has gotten better. The only downfall to the property is that the pools are small and not as varied as the other properties and work seems to be done on the property every time we visit.

Location is amazing! Great accommodations, but the jetted hot tub was not working. Lots of amenities and the pool was great. Our room had a terrific view of the ocean and it looks like all of them have a view except for maybe the ground floor ones. Would love to come back!

Text I got did not come through, so I had to make several calls to get room code and parking registration info. Property was fantasttic, but checking in was confusing for us and a number of other people who were there.

The room came with a jetted tub and I couldn't get the tub full of water before the water ran cold. The shower ran for about 15 minutes before turning cold. We NEVER have a bad stay at Palm Beach. The staff is amazing, check-in and check-out are incredibly smooth, the condos are fabulously comfortable, and the pools are great! The only thing this resort is missing is an indoor pool for the winter, but that’s a really minor missing feature…barely enough to mention. A special shout out needs to be given to the staff!! From the front desk to especially the maintenance staff, they are all FANTASTIC!! I’ve yet to stay in a resort in Orange Beach with better staff! We will definitely be back in the very near future!!

Our stay was amazing! Right on the private beach. Room was amazing. Had everything you needed. Bed was so comfortable. Parking was $30 for the week but it's off the street in their private parking lot, so I didn't mind that at all.

It was clean and nice overall, but when it came the day before departure they notified me maintenance would be there between 9 and 10 to inspect hail damage to the balcony. Or check out was at 10 and it’s my opinion they should have waited until after check out. Also, I was sent a message my digital parking would expire at 9:30 and check out was at 10. I was not impressed with the late notices. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this property.

99% of our stay was great! The only “complaint” I would have, and it’s not a huge deal, would be the shower head in our unit had NO pressure. Other than that, everything was great!

The office personnel were super kind & did everything possible to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The property is nice. Beware of snakes! Yikes! & lizards. Our unit B53 (one bedroom) was simply adorable. Super clean, nice view of the pool & beach. I like the sturdy clean outdoor table/ chairs on the balcony. We had some rainy days but watching tv was challenging due to satellite tv going out. Maintenance knocked & tried entering our unit unexpected & insisted upon a door repair. Didn't take long but I didn't like it. Overall, I loved my stay.
