The Sleep Inn was in a perfect location: right in front of the beach: super convenient. There grocery stores are right behind the hotel, another convenient. Lots of restaurants next door, another plus. The breakfast: Wonderful! They have a lady name Theresa that would make your omelette as you wish in the spot. Amazing:) the rooms: well, I felt it was a bit tight but it’s ok. My family wanted a bigger space but we were right in front of the beach and can’t get better than that. The shower was also a bit small but it had good shower (water pressure). Overall, it was a good stay for the money we paid. Oh, and free parking. Can’t beat that.

The only negative thing I can think of to improve stay was our room didn't have a tub nor did they have a hot tub outside by the pool. Still, it was an awesome stay and we will go back!

The bed was absolutely terrible, you could fill the springs in your body. I called the front desk and was told that I would have to pack up all of my belongings and move to a different floor that they could not bring me another mattress no hot water in the sink. The room had not been cleaned. The staff was of no help. We ended up driving home at 2 o’clock in the morning after the concert would not recommend.

Being right on the beach is wonderful. There is a Walmart, grocery store, a couple of restaurants, convenience stores, souvenir shops and a DQ right across the street. Every room has an ocean view. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Breakfast had made to order omelets & waffles included. The halls are noisy, but who cares - I am right on the beach!!!

This was a nice hotel and close to everything that was needed. Right on the beach. The breakfast was good, they make homemade omelets cooked with whatever you like. They also have waffles, fruit, pastries, etc. as well as juice, cereal and coffee. The rooms are small but were clean and well maintained. I recommend it and would stay again.

My husband and I stayed at the Sleep Inn Orange Beach Gulf Shores from 5/11/26 - 5/17/26. Alexis and Jennifer welcomed us at the front desk with warm smiles. We were pleasantly surprised when they offered to upgrade our room. They moved us to the third floor and gave us an amazing room with a balcony and a view of the Gulf. The room had a cold refrigerator, a hot shower, a Keurig coffee maker and a very comfortable bed. The water is so blue and there is a sugar white beach. The pool was very clean. We had plenty of fresh towels. Every morning they provided a lovely hot breakfast, including a made to order omelet bar. Other food choices were yogurt, fresh fruit, breakfast sandwiches and waffles. The entire staff is personable and attentive. The Sleep Inn definitely exceeded our expectations! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much!

The internet did not work in the room in the evening, appeared to be out of bandwidth, but connected in the morning so I was able to get some work done.The facility was clean. Beds are a little noisy (metal frames) but did not hinder sleep. Front desk in the evening was a little slow and seemed understaffed. Overall I would stay again for a similar outing.

The room was clean but smaller than the average standard room. The furniture was pretty worn with a lot of scratches and scuffs. The bathroom situation was also very small with frosted small double doors that were hard to completely close. The sink was outside the bathroom and it had a lit mirror that protruded out past the outlet which made it impossible to use the outlet. The beds were comfortable. The view was nice because you could see the pool and the beach but from the side of the hotel. Just after we arrived the elevator went out of service for about 36 hours. There was two washing machines and two dryers on our floor that were free but one each was out of order. Also it was very noisy. I could hear the people in the next room talking. As for the breakfast, I would give them five stars. Every morning they would make you an omelette to order on top of the standard breakfast sections.
