Good beach view…horrible check in me and family waited until almost 7 pm in lobby wasting time check in was 4pm. I went back up there asking was there any update on check in at like 6:40 pm and the comment of ohhh your room just got ready. We ate dinner at that walk in restaurant it was not very good. The hamburgers were even burnt. The service was even worse. I asked for mayo for burger my wife and I kids were almost done eating and i finally had to get up go to desk asking for mayonnaise. The breakfast was pretty good at the same place though

the bar attendees were very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking with them. Also we had a beautiful view of the waves in the ocean. The only down side was the weather which you all have no control of and the rip currents in the ocean. I did not want to get swept out to sea. I was disappointed in the fact that there is no jucazzi with hot water in it on the outside. I realize you all are in a transitioning period and it takes time to improve facilities. But the staff as a whole was extremely helpful and very imformative.

This was our fourth stay at the resort, and it continues to be our preferred choice each year when we attend a conference at the Wharf. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff consistently provides excellent service. We were especially pleased to see the addition of complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests this year, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning again next year.

The resort was nice and clean. The room we had had a small balcony with a gulf view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was entertainment each night in the lobby and there was a bar for evening cocktails. We heard there’s a pizzeria onsite, however it was being remodeled. We used the exercise room for workouts daily! We also appreciated that parking was included as well as beach chairs daily. Only suggestion for the beach chairs is that they add a small table between so guests can place a drink or something on it while lounging. We will likely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Room was very nice. Beach staff was great.Breakfast was worst I've had in a long time. How do you screw up scrambled eggs & toast?? But, they did. Stone cold. Would have said something to waitress, but once she delivered the food she never returned. Never ate at the resort again...we always went out after that. Room was supposed to be cleaned daily. It wasn't cleaned 4 of our 7 day stay. Had to complain to front desk twice to just get refreshed towels.

Perdido Beach resort has everything you would want in a resort. Beach front, pool, pool bar and lobby bar both have live music. There’s 2 restaurants on premises delivering delicious food. Theres a coffee shop in lobby with coffee, pastries and bagels. The Perdido Beach resort is a short uber ride to several restaurants and bars…the legendary Flora-Bama is a must do but uber to and from this epic dive beach bar.

Perdido Beach Resort is the best place to stay on Orange Beach. It's a beautiful, modern property with spacious rooms and the convenience of Beach front access. Free self parking is available and our stay included 3 beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach area is beautiful and their is live music, with a talented musician. What a treat to lay by the pool and here your favorite songs! We love staying at Perdido Beach Resort. It has good eating options, but there are several other good restaurants within walking distance, including Gulf Shore Steamers, which has the best crab legs in town!

This year's stay at Perdido Beach Resort was our first stay since change of ownership. The scenery was exquisite as always, and we noticed new additions to family friendly activities ! There's still many renovations in the world , but none that interfered with the atmosphere we enjoy during our stays. Many new faces , most of which had big smiles for all visitors . There were a few faces we missed, both as entertainment , and family members missing. There were only three of us this year. My mother who's 87yrs old & disabled, my 79yo aunt with late stage Parkinson's , and myself, who is also disabled , but thankfully, can still be the designated driver of our little family.
Apparently, my spinal & knee disabilities were perceived by 1 waiter as alcohol induced. I had brought 1/2 a glass of wine from the bottle purchased the night before , down to the bar ,with plans of purchasing another bottle & rejoining my family already relaxing in our room. We were actually in the Coastal Art Museum Hot Shop blown glass class , that morning & visiting family, since this was possibly the last chance we'll ever have to all vacation together. And my recent spinal surgery affects my gait & ability to stand up quickly. It can cause me to vear to the left at about 45,° and at times, & can cause uncontrolled tremors in arms. I will be wheelchair bound within the next couple years, so I'm trying to enjoy the little time I can still stand without assistance, no matter how clumsy it may

Overall, the experience was great. The food and drinks in all restaurants and bar lounge were delicious. The view and heated pool was fabulous. The free beach chairs and umbrella were extremely convenient and a nice perk.
Voyagers atmosphere and food was wonderful and oh my goodness…all of the desserts were unbelievable.
We Wish there had been a hot tub. There definitely is a need for different types of pillows. The pillows were way too fat and stiff. We all had major neck cramps, and headaches. Even spoke to other guests who said the same.
The café desserts and coffees were outstanding except you really should consider whole milk as no one really drinks skim milk anymore especially on vacation and it does not make for a very yummy cafe latte or flat white which requires whole milk.

We had a wonderful stay and will be back. They were renovating some of the restaurants and the aquatic adventures store. So should be even better on our next trip. Loved the proximity to the beach and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella. Outdoor pool was heated. Also had a very nice workout room. Great stay.

Great place!!! The set up was perfect. No wait for chairs or spot at the beach! So clean. Room was a perfect layout and I was nervous using a 3rd party booking app but we had ocean view and that was really exciting for us.
You legit just walk out and have a great pool overlooking beach w instant access. I would definitely come back to stay here. I liked the food and drinks more then some of the restaurants we went to. Pina colada at pool was the best one out of all we tried at restaurants and bars. The staff at pool hotel bar were kinda slow but at least it’s good!
My only disappointment was no hot tub or fire pits for at night other then that I was Very very happy!!

Perdido Beach Resort has very attentive staff and great location on the slightly quieter side of the Gulf Shores/Orange beach hotel strip. Have to give a slight knock for ongoing construction on the Beach floor, which is mostly the entry people use to enter and exit property. Almost gave a three star rating due to the non-valet parking being full on multiple occasions, due to a prom and then a ongoing conference.

It turned out this is where we stayed 22 years ago on our honeymoon. The staff was outstanding especially a middle aged stocky bearded valet who was very helpfull. The bar lounge was excellent with good entertainment and I enjoyed the Latitude 30 restraunt. The only disappointment was the indoor pool being closed during a cool spring week for restoratrion.

Unfortunately there was a lot of renovations going on so some of the hotel amenities were closed. No spa or indoor pool. It was a beautiful hotel with great location and you got a free day of beach chairs and umbrella.
I would stay here again when it’s fully renovated.
