Staff was wonderful. The humans are trying, but more than 1/2 the buildings are red-tagged. The Front desk room is nice, the room we stayed in had possibly a new floor and bed, but when we left, I saw the stairs going above the room was red-tagged. At some point they may have put in a new building to expand, maybe it was the recent earthquake, but I will not stay there again. Just not safe.

First and foremost, I want to say that the woman at the front desk (Katrina? I feel awful for not getting her name) was a sweetheart and very helpful. Unfortunately, the stay at this hotel lasted all of 20 minutes. The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes and triggered asthma in all three family members on this trip. The room was quite dirty with visible dirt on the walls, a disgusting bathtub, and even a note on the door written in paint marker letting a previous occupant know that they’d be back from their storage space shortly. The scariest part was the fact that the door had clearly been kicked in recently and the security latch had been ripped from the wall along with a couple feet of door frame.
I completely understand that I booked a Motel 6 room. I was not expecting bells and whistles, but a lot of Motel 6 properties have been refurbished in the last few years and are pretty comfortable. This one felt downright dangerous. We lasted about 15 minutes before repacking are car and finding another hotel that was unfortunately nearly twice the price since it was last minute on a holiday weekend. Definitely not recommended.

This location should be condemned. It’s falling apart. Some of our group had rooms with no hot water. Our room had so much hot water the toilet was flushing with hot water. Bathroom was leaking and moldy. I didn’t see cockroaches inside but there were so many outside. Save your money and go camping instead.

No way in hell I was putting my kids in the shower under those conditions. Never will I ever stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and that was the best part about this property. Obviously it's not the staff's fault but the property is in disrepair. My towel rack was hanging off the wall in the bathroom, there was cracked tile with messy foam and putty, and there was no hot water in my shower. The pool was well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun because it only got to 5 ft so it was pretty safe. No bugs or anything like that and the beds were very comfortable and clean. The rooms are just funky and a lot of wear and tear with all kinds of little repairs that are needed. TVs worked fine. Mini fridge is a nice addition! It's what I expected for the price.

The desk woman was wonderful, give her a raise. The hotel room? Large, yes, but what good is that when they are too cheap to FURNISH it. Just huge, empty spaces with nowhere to sit but a desk, one hard chair. Tons of room for a cheap sofa, why not? You have to sit on the bed to watch tv. Walls were depressing Jail Gray and dirty white, very gloomy and very dark, not enough lighting. BOTH the front and bathroom doors had been kicked in and patched, with no attempt at repainting over the splits, breaks, and empty screw holes. The floor felt and was unclean, had to keep wiping our feet yo get in bed. Baseboards were filthy. Refrigerator looked from the 60's or 70's, VERY loud all night, microwave wouldnt spin. A new one is like $49, but no go, leave it broken.
Go to the other Motel 6, south side of town. MUCH nicer, cleaner rooms. Yhis is yhe worst Motel 6 we've ever been to, owners just dont care (but again, nice kind woman at the desk deserves a raise!)

The room is dangerous, not ADA compliant, I fell on the floor in the disability access bathroom due to it being improperly drained. The “management” aka Olga is threatening and unprofessional. When informed of falling in shower/bathroom, “management” couldn’t bother to even acknowledge. The regional is equally useless. Do not stay here if you value your health and safety.

The room was relatively clean, but had a terrible smell to it. We arrived after midnight and had an early morning, so we didn't ask to move rooms. If we weren't exhausted, I would have complained and switched. Also, the room didn't have any hot water. So if you enjoy cold showers and foul odors, this may be a great option for you.

Very disappointed

The doors only had one lock and didn't seal (any insect, cockroach or bug could enter through). There were people sleeping on the ground in front of the building. The light sockets didn't meet standards for medical/oxygen equipment (OSA), bathroom faucet leaked. The only thing that gave the room an inviting look was the wooden floors. It took 10 minutes for the water to warm up for a shower. Renovation and innovation should meet the standards of today's population. We definitely won't be staying here again.

We found stains on both beds, exposed wires, the bathroom mirror was cracked, and the room was so barren and spartan nothing about it felt welcoming. We were so not okay with the stains and smell that we left immediately. I can say the front desk person - who did not look surprised when I asked for a full refund - was helpful and efficient. Also the employee called me a broke a** b**** after talking about being in the wrong room. This employee also locked us out of our room went through our stuff and stole. My husband talked to the manager in the morning and she didn’t seem to care. She admitted employee had stolen our stuff and we could have it back only after we had a meeting with her.
