Hotel is very well refurbished, clean and well kept. Breakfast options were good. Bed was comfortable but I am not used to hot weather, it was 90+ degrees outside that afternoon/evening. Initially the room felt cool, but not cool enough to get a good night sleep. I would stay there again, just bring my own portable fan to move air. The parking lot is a little tight. Not much they could do to improve that. And the location is convenient for getting off the 101, but not a very walkable part of town. It felt safe and it was quiet for sleeping too.

The entire room smell like dog. The smell got worse in the shower room, that room is use to keep dog. Where we sleep the room also smell like mold, like the carpet had not been clean for a long while.

Overall, more than met my needs.
I will stay there again.
Area feels safe, motel is in a neighborhood (very quiet).
Door lock - not electronic. Must use a physical key for both the dead bolt and door handle.
Cons:
(1) no smoke detector
(2) Shower drain cover was not attached.
A person might damage their foot if they’re not aware

The room was overall good. It was the breakfast that was non existent. When we asked what time breakfast was going to be served we were told that there is no breakfast on Mondays. We purposely chose this hotel because it offered breakfast. Because of that we had to then stop somewhere and get some breakfast. It should have been on their website that breakfast is not served on Mondays. There should have been some discount because they would not be providing breakfast. If we would have known that we would have stayed at another hotel.

They do allow pets for a small fee.

In my room, the single handle skink faucet is up to the left for cold water and to the right for hot water. Also the toilet is very close to the wall on the right side, with the toilet paper holder sticking into my ribs while doing my business. 127 if Management is reading this.

It has a very nice roll in shower, and is a handicap room, made getting my wheelchair in really easy.

The non-smoking room was absolutely clean. And no scent of cleaning products or laundry soaps is important to me.

Two weeks after stay and still waiting for deposit! Last call to check with hotel they hung up on me during a civil inquiry. As a traveler, it is impossible to have hotels holding deposits this long. In the last week I would have a thousand dollars unavailable if all hotels were this slow.

Property is decent for what we needed it for, sleeping and showering. It was loud though. We could hear the person above us loudly walking all night and in the morning.

The room next to me was playing loud jazz music at morning 4.30 am and I could not sleep well. When I reported this to the front desk they got it controlled. But I lost my good sleep and the front desk guys did not appear to be feeling sorry or concerned about what happened to me. I expect a full refund for this inconvenience caused to me

A Bed Sheet Situation

We had a very nice stay overall but the bed sheets were terrible. They were dingy and didn't feel clean. A top sheet was used as a bottom sheet which caused a tangled mess during the night. Why was there no fitted bottom sheet on the bed? The rest of the room was very comfortable and appeared clean and maintained. Other then the bed situation, the stay was very nice.

The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the issue is the roughness of the area across the street. The building is a little oasis

I have stayed at this property several times. It’s always been fine. This time there were fleas in my room. I collected several of them in a cup of water and gave them to the manager. I told him about this. There were also pieces of cereal in the dresser drawer, and a bottle of Gatorade left in the refrigerator from the prior occupants. I was surprised that the manager did not offer me any sort of discount or refund. I don’t think I’ll stay there again.
