No food left at 9AM. Coffee wasn't hot, strong perfume/cologne odor in lobby, shower pressure poor, excellent TV, convenient ice machine, parking right outside the hotel door!, Safeway grocery 5 minutes away. Staff was very nice.

For the price, this was a great night's stay and I will definitely stay here again. I felt safe and my car did not get broken into, but there were a couple transient folks walking the parking lot and talking to themselves at all hours. They moved along, but it was abit disconcerting for a few minutes. Breakfast was very tastey--biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee and tea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed. I give the room a 7 out of 10 for cleanliness, but it was acceptable.

Bed sheets were very old. Room did not smell clean had to buy an air freshener. Walls needed attention. Showing their age. Needs painting.

No trash cans near room. Difficult to remove trash without walking great distances.

Breakfast was terrible. Only good part was the juice selections.

The rooms are generally clean. The floor is vinyl and cleaned well, no dust seen. The bathroom is small but functional. Good storage and furniture. 4 pillows per bed, with clean sheets. Staff is nice. Breakfast was sausage, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs. Limited fruit options. No yogurt. Would stay here again, good value for location. On-site electric charging was a bonus.

we were only there for 1-night. We didn't have breakfast. The room was very clean; it was quite at this location. No issues, I would stay again. We are 3-adults & 3-childred.

if you need to charge a non EV vehicle it's possible to slow charge but you'll need to download the Tesla app first, even for the CCS charger. Charger worked well, there's only one CCS charger

This was a great place to stay and I loved the room, very comfortable! The king bed was comfortable with good sheets, the flat screen tv was large, the bathroom was adorable with a sliding barn door, also large w ironing board, etc. There were extra chairs to sit in, set up like a little loveseat. They had a keurig coffee brewer in room, mini fridge, microwave, even a safe for valuables. Really liked the flooring in my room!

The property is kept nice and in the back there is a large wraparound grass area with a bench for dogs and it is beautifully upkept! They are dog friendly w fee unless you have a service dog.
In back of the grass area there is a locked gated hot tub fairly good size w good jets, a pool, and a cute lighted seating area.

I highly recommend this place and the price point for the amenities and likeability of the property is great! The staff was really sweet, will come again!

Nice bed. AC worked great. Staff at desk cery nice. Wifi was good. Location quiet even though right next to the 101. Location in town convenient. Safe enough feeling to walk my dog.
I was in a pet room, so that may have accounted for the curtains with some marks and the floor needed a deeper clean.

This is a wonderful hotel, large rooms, great amenities, and a personable and caring staff. The near new spa/hot tub is clean and a nice surprise. I was totally impressed. And the “vibe” with the staff is upbeat and refreshing in this era of impersonal support teams. Their young but very capable desk manager “Happie” was a delight going over and beyond in helping me with a few issues that arose. So great to find an affordable hotel with so many things that set it apart.

I was wonderfully surprised by this excellent hotel. Quite roomy King room, very complete breakfast with multiple protein options (a big deal for me), and superb location, literally just off the 101. Hot tub was a nice surprise and I was totally impressed by staff’s upbeat, positive outlook and overall “vibe”. Obviously excellent management. The young desk manager (Happie), WAS a happy staff addition, going above and beyond to help with a couple of small issues for me. Way above the average hospitality experience in today’s market. Ten stars!

The breakfast was nice and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hot tub/pool didn’t open until 3oclock and that was already way past check out time so if you missed it the night before you don’t get a second chance in the morning. A mortuary is next door so if you have a problem with that then you might not want to stay there.

The bed isn’t very comfortable, they could get some new mattresses. There also wasn’t a comforter on the bed, just 2 sheets and one thin blanket, they could get better bedding so you don’t have to crank the heat so high to stay warm. Also, the furniture in the room was very worn out e.g the end tables, dresser and tray, they should be replaced. And my worst complaint it that toilet in the bathroom wasn’t secure. Every time I sat down and got up, the whole toilet would shake very loudly and I thought it wasn’t going to come out of the floor completely. I’m not a huge person so it definitely wasn’t because of me.
But other than those things, it was an okay stay.

The front desk staff was pleasant. Check in was easy and straightforward, although something you sign is misleading. The room itself was in need of a good cleaning. There was hair in the sink and some sort of gritty powder on the vanity countertop. The floors were also quite dusty and dirty. Also, if I were to recommend an addition, a mat either inside or outside the door would be a good idea. It was raining during our stay, so especially not ideal to have nothing to wipes ones feet on. Another high point was the dog area, great size and space if you are traveling with your dog, which we were.

Ukiah as a community has its own reputation that I’m familiar with. Let’s hope future customers come with consideration for others with babies and children staying here as well. As for this motel it was the great service that stood out to me and would have me come back. Any issues were quickly resolved without push back. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, sausage, boiled eggs, white toast, cereals, oatmeal, waffles, and apples. They also had orange juice, apple juice, and coffee.

Beds weren’t very comfortable honestly but for the rate I won’t complain. You can’t beat it for a night stay, hot tub, and hot breakfast and great customer service. Water pressure and hot shower was perfect.

It made me wish I brought my dog because it was a very dog friendly property with grass and I believe doggie bags.

I didn’t use the hot tub because I forgot my swimsuit but there was steam coming off it at night and I did see a women using it. So I believe it works well and it’s open in February!

Check in was okay. The lobby had avery strong odor of insense, to an almost intolerable level. But it was quick. Eventhough i had a room with two beds, I was only given one key.
Went into the room, which smelled of paint. Other reviews said it had been freshly remodelled. At first glance, the room looked clean. One of my group took a shower and found someone else's hair on a towel.There was paint splattered on the floor.
I went to the counter to request a blanket, as they are thin, with holes, like little burn marks. The new clerk at the counter had to locate keys to the laundry/supply room. We walked there and got an extra blanket. I could see they seem to do their own laundry on site, versus using a service with industrial eashers.
My guest and I checked the two beds to find one sheet was dirty, and had stains. The second bed had pet hair on the sheet. I noticed another human hair on my pillow and a sheet that had discolor stains or was dirty. I walked back to the desk with three of the pillows that were dirty. The guy that checked me in was brought to the counter by the new clerk. I could tell he ad been asleep. I showed him the pillows and eplained my sheet. He said he didnt believe the pillows was dirty, which was problematic, in my eyes. When i asked if i could get my sheets changed he said hed give me a new room. He clearly wanted to go back to bed and not deal with this.
The new room I got did not smell of paint, but there was other issues

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. After checking out and driving away, my husband realized he had accidentally left two phones in the room. Within five minutes, the hotel contacted us to let us know that the housekeeping staff had found them and immediately brought them to the front office. We were incredibly grateful for their promptness, honesty, and professionalism. This level of care and integrity truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and soft just what we need to rest in after a very long drive. The full service breakfast was served hot on a cold day the biscuits and gravy with sausage was my favorite. One highlight was that my little doggy can stay with us. They allow pets. It was a lovely experience staying here! We will stay again.

I was booked into a room I assume a no smoking room, but the smell said otherwise.
The floors were incredibly dirty so don’t walk around in socks or barefooted.
The beds are definitely old by the sound of the springs everytime someone moved.
Toilet seat was loose and wobbled when I sat.
The bathroom paint received the landlords special and specks of paint on the floor too.
This was a cheap hotel so I wasn’t expecting so much given this used to be a Super 8.
Dog fees is $25 per dog and if you don’t declare a pet on checkout and they find out they will charge you $100..per sign at the front desk. Just a heads up. It would be nice if it was just a charge per room and not per pet, but $25 is cheaper than other hotels I’ve stayed at.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
Waffles, cereal, sausage, biscuits, gravy and coffee!!
