This hotel was a new option for me this visit and I liked it. The location had quick access to downtown Hsinchu by walking 20 mins. The local train station was walking distance. As we were visiting company's south of the river this was an ideal spot as the traffic in the city is very busy.
This hotel also had free self serve laundry which was a huge help on a long trip.

Solid hotel. Not really equipped for tourists - limited English speakers, no English on coupons, etc. Adventurous English speaking travelers can use Google Translate app to assist. Everyone was very nice. It’s next to a police station (safe). The entrance after hours is in the back alley which is currently undeveloped but safe. Breakfast buffet was good and opened early (good for business travelers). Overall solid place to stay.

Good place, big room with balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. At first I thought that the pillow would be too firm (it is soft and firm), but I had one of the best and longest sleeps of my life, so that was not a concern. Bathroom soaps are not on display and are strangely kept in a drawer in the bathroom.

飯店食物好吃，餐廳飲食樣式多元，還有新鮮現切的水果，且非常乾淨、服務態度親切，住起來真的很舒適。

特別想提出來兩點：
1. 飯店使用車牌辨識系統，辨識精準、速度快，進出入飯店非常方便，不用每次去櫃檯消磁，可以自由掌握自己的行程。

2. 房間內的衛浴設備有蒸氣功能，覺得新奇體驗了一下，真的挺舒壓，推薦大家試試看。

Definitely will return again! New hotel in the area, very comfortable and clean. Very homely feel which caught my heart. Bed was great, service were beyond satisfactory, staffs offered plateful of fruits upon arrival and for each night. Hotel Location had a different address and staff notified us immediately via Expedia message thread upon our booking confirmation! Breakfast Buffet had large varieties and were nice! Convenience stores and Hypermarket are at reach too. As I travel to Taiwan very often, this is the best hotel I had came across. Thank you Dar Lon team for the wonderful stay and please do keep up the good work, see you guys again in the near future!

Surrounding of the property is a little run down, it feels different when enter the hotel. Room, although basic, is new and clean. A plate of fruit is delivered to our room daily. Breakfast is also not too bad. Exceeded my expectation as a business hotel.

Best Hotel in Hsinchu with Excellent Service

The hotel is new and clean. The service is top notch with lots of attention to details, such as serving ginger tea when you are waiting in the lobby, or putting your hold luggage to your room if you extend your stay. The staffs are very friendly, helpful, and respectful. The hotel has stone floor which is easy to clean. The bathroom is spacious with both rain shower and handheld shower. I am very pleased for my entire stay. I will definitely book Dar Lon hotel again for my next business trip in Hsinchu city.

New Hotel - great staff & service!

Our room was spacious & quiet with a very comfortable bed. Shower doubles as a steam room - which we didn’t use but might have done had the weather been cooler. Staff went out of their way to be helpful - even coming with us around the corner to bring our hire car into the hotel parking garage. Language sufficient to cope with English-speaking guests. Hotel facilities, including roof garden, not quite completed - only opened January 2018.

CP值超高！第一次住被驚艷到！尤其是早餐，樣式多，食材好，擺盤漂亮，服務人員態度很好👍迎賓點心也不隨便，一樓空間很棒！應該有300吋的螢幕早餐播新聞，晚上播聖誕情境畫面👍大廳餐廳寬敞明亮，房間、浴室乾淨，床跟桌子設備新，裝潢用心很像住家！除了地點不是在市中心，距離火車站跟城隍廟都有點距離，需要搭計程車，不過距離動物園很近，家庭、親子旅客可以考慮。有點不想講那麼多好話，很怕我以後訂不到了😆

check in 時間是下午4點，但check out 仍是上午11點，沒延後一小時，沒有任何彈性，希望3點入住的話，提早1小時要收費500元。櫃台員工應對感覺不友善，是\"不友善\"，不是不親切(不敢要求親切)。迎賓水果盤西瓜不新鮮，若是直接跟飯店訂房還有招待雞湯，透過訂房網的就沒有。以NTD5,400元4 人房來說，房間小了點，沒有什麼公共設施。網路上說早餐很讚，很多樣等等，其實也還好，是有中式西式，但樣式也沒很多，口味倒是可以。

Terrible staff attitude

Hotel room is big and spacious. The bathroom has good lighting and spa. However the hotel staff are very bad attitude with no welcoming expressions. Especially the male staff serving in snack bar. No smiles or any expressions when serving the customers. Because the hotel is little bit pricy than another in Hsinchu, customers should expect good hospitality. The hotel staffs absolutely need the training in order to maintain the image of the hotel. The location is not good, we need take at less 15 to 20 minutes to the public transportation and restaurant or supermarket, because it located in narrow lan. And we can’t receive the snack coupon on the second days even i make 2 separate bookings. It’s really doesn’t make sense and the snack can only eat inside the cafe, even just only a small piece of cake. What the heck!!!

不錯的住宿經驗

新竹的平價商旅，雖位於巷內但是步行即可到大潤發，且離十八尖山不遠早晨可前往散步或運動。因為是星期日晚上住宿，停車位多且進出方便。房間大小適中，雙人床為大尺寸，很好睡。早餐的種類算多（以商旅等級而言），口味算是中上。總之，到新竹住宿可以列為參考。

入住心得

在挑選住宿時，看到評價超好的飯店，本來只是想體驗看看是不是真的如此厲害。實際入住後發現，果然網友不會讓人失望！不管服務、清潔、設備都非常棒。尤其讓我驚訝的是迎賓點心，真的做得很用心！浴室內還有蒸氣室，實在舒服！唯一的美中不足，覺得早餐的餐點有些失望，不至於到不好吃，或許是整體而言對這間飯店期望太高了。總之，下次新竹之旅還是會首選這間！

缺點：入住時被多刷了9百多，查閱訂房紀錄後去櫃檯反應才幫我刷退，建議自己檢查一下。廁所的衛生紙很小張，不太好用。淋浴間缺乏置物架及掛勾，沐浴巾只能放在椅子上。衣櫥內的衣架只有3個，有點少。
優點：房間空間大、有陽台、冰箱有完整冷藏冷凍功能、插座夠多，備有免治馬桶及蒸氣浴。早餐及迎賓下午茶還不錯。

근처에 RT마트가 도보 5분 가능하고 영업은 07~23시 까지 효울성은 있으나 주변 상권은 없어보입니다.
평점 9점 이상이던데 조식이나 룸 상태, 스탶 서비스 포함해서 이가격에 8.4점 주고싶습니다.
조식은 그리 훌륭한 정도는 아니고 다른 도시 호텔들 조식과 다를바 없습니다.

第一次住達龍，一開始走錯到附近的達龍開發。

比較晚才入住，當時只有我們一組客人，不知為何櫃檯人員辦理入住花了一點時間，我是從Hotels.com 的app訂房的，但不曉得為何被轉單（Expedia，訂房確認單全英文。所以原本用中文名，櫃檯人員找不到，用訂單編號最穩當）
原本有先借的寶寶澡盆跟床圍也還沒提供。（不過櫃檯人員態度良好，也有儘快送到客房）
浴室有提供蒸氣，有加分！
客房寬敞、乾淨。

早餐菜色豐富，整體算中規中矩，週一早上，客人不多，份量充足，時間快到時，服務人員也會來提醒先取餐，可慢慢用。

二樓有一間餐廳有很多書，悠閒時可點餐邊看看書。

優: *房間不是很大但乾淨整潔 *提供的下午茶有蛋糕或水果可以選擇，也有餅乾果汁，大人小孩都開心，且兌換時間很長15:30-20:00，這樣讓晚check in的人也能吃到 *接待人員都蠻有禮貌的 *防疫措施不錯，取餐都要戴口罩，進餐廳要量體溫 *早餐以商旅來說我覺得相當豐富 *停車場路稍窄，但乾淨明亮，也不會太難停，中大型房車也ok *有任何問題反映給櫃檯都很快派人上來處理。

缺: *辦理住宿接待的人員(有位先生)口條可以再訓練一下，加油~ *同一位先生晚上快22:00打電話來說早餐券給錯日期要更正，但其實沒有給錯，>< 我小孩快睡著被吵醒 *連住兩天，不曉得是否房卡設定有問題，第二天早上六點多，房卡插在房門口感應器上，嗶嗶嗶不停叫，小孩再度被吵醒 ><，反映後有上來處理 *有個間接光源要睡覺一直關不掉，反映後有上來幫我們關(自己沒辦法關，好像是電腦設定短路)

總體來說，很ok，離市區近停車方便，乾淨，寢具很舒服~下次會再訪。
