The room is not ready when we arrived at 3pm. Staff said we need a Taiwan Mobile number for her to call us when the room is ready. Come on! This is 21st century! They can contact clients using Whatsapp or Line!

The room is quite old but clean. The towels quite old as well.

I can see that they are renovating the rooms. Hope will be done soon!

I personally think that the carpeted rooms are kind of outdated, have you considered replacing them with hardwood?

因為是比較匆忙的訂位，沒注意到訂到了雙床房，在住宿前跟櫃檯人員詢問是否可以併床(因為有小小朋友)，沒想到直接跟說有空的雙人大床房可以給我使用，讓我免費升等，真是太棒了!
房間非常的舒適，打掃得很乾淨，兒童遊戲區也規劃的很不錯，非常值得再訪的飯店!!

Parking garage was not very convenient. I parked on B4 and then had to take my luggage with me to B3 to enter my car license plate number, then back on the elevator with my luggage to B4 to get my car. Staff did the minimum amount of service and did not try to resolve issues. All in all, it was ok, not great and not terrible.

飯店櫃檯接待人員友善親切且態度積極，房間內桌子與床鋪之前有些許灰塵及頭髮未清潔乾淨，廁間內有免治馬桶感覺很加分，但淋浴間牆壁感覺有些許污垢，洗手台在廁間外，晚上時會有滴水聲，把按壓式水塞壓下後才沒有異音，但房間隔音好且床鋪好睡，整體來說感受不錯。

一切都很好，但有地方還需要改善

入住的期間服務都很好，環境也很整潔，但辦理入住的動線都沒有完善規劃，導致下午3點開始一堆人聚集在櫃檯前，也沒有拉排隊線，也沒有服務人員指引，非常混亂。

整體來說算還不錯。

但乾淨程度普普，不是很髒但感覺地板跟衛浴清潔可以在用心一些。

跟其他地區住過的福華不能相比

3點可以入住
4點半去跟我們說再等一下還沒好所以就做在椅子上乾等
浴室牆壁發霉 肥皂包裝紙超髒有奇怪咖啡色點點
地板髒到穿附設白色拖鞋走一下而已鞋底就黑了

不曉得是什麼原因，房間內的網路流量似乎有所限制，孩子看完一部Netflex的電影後，就再也無法連上飯店網路？！
但距離廟口很近，早餐好吃，前台服務櫃檯的針線神救援，都讓我們覺得是一家下次來新竹還是值得入住的旅店。

我是為了他的三溫暖跟早餐住了超過五次，不過，這次得知三溫暖要晚上六點才能開始使用，所以四點辦理入住後就不知道要幹嘛了!晚上吃完飯也趕緊回來趕九點半前入場，十點就結束。一樣建議三溫暖置物木櫃區可以改善一下，很潮濕，置物櫃內的木頭潮濕味還是很重。
早餐還是很棒，選擇多，服務好。小小建議，服務人員很勤換碗盤跟整理桌面很棒!不過聲音真的頗大聲，大家吃飯交談都比碗盤撞擊聲小，或是有房客在看手機影音的聲音都還會被收碗盤的聲音打斷。或許收放碗盤的動作可以放輕一點。

早餐很棒，熟食區樣式多，有新竹摃丸、水潤餅、現做牛肉麵，咖哩飯、肉燥飯，港式蘿蔔糕、薯條也是粗版好吃的，現磨咖啡、四海豆漿、養樂多、鮮奶、優酪乳都有，沙拉區跟水果區品項也很豐富，還有新增主廚菜色，清潔跟服務，補餐速度也很快!
住那麼多次，很感謝這次有免費升等，謝謝!
我會這麼常住的原因是因為有游泳池跟三溫暖，每次都覺得很享受，請你們一定要繼續維持住。
唯一建議要改善的，應該就是三溫暖儲物區木櫃有點老舊了，櫃子內潮濕，木頭味道也比較重，或許可以慢慢整修會更好。謝謝
