Tidy clean hotel but slightly further out

The hotel is tidy and clean and staff are very friendly. The only issue is the location. It is a bit far from the main area where the shops and restaurants are. The hotel offers free shuttle to Aonang beach but sometimes you have to pay a tuk tuk to get back. The tuk tuk drivers at Aonang beach are a big scam. We were told it is 100 baht to get back but been charged for 200. The driver first took us to a wrong hotel and asked for 100. We told the driver it is not the hotel we told him to go then he looked at the map and asked for 200 we argued with the driver and the driver threatened us to call the police. The hotel later offered to pick us back after our unpleasant experience so stay if you think you can deal with the gangsters or asked the hotel to pick you up at the end of the day.

Nice place, great host!

This is my second time staying here. So that says a lot to start off with. Fon the lady that runs Nemo house is great and extremely helpful. It is quite basic but for what you pay it's a lot better than a lot of places around. It is a bit out of Ao Nang, but they have the tuk tuk and will happily run you back and forth. Would I stay here again yes, unless I wanted something more upmarket.

Nice quiet area close to Aonang beach

The room itself was spacious and clean. There are only 6 rooms on a single floor so you get very good service. The airport shuttle will take you to the hotel for 150 baht in a shared van. There is a free shuttle (tuk tuk) service from Nemo house to Aonang beach (where all the tourists go for shopping and dining). It takes about 7-8 minutes to get there. A little far but we enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the free shuttle was very convenient. No need to buy a Thai SIM card - we just told the shuttle driver to pick us up at a certain time, or politely asked the people at the restaurants/cafes on Aonang beach to help us call the hotel. Convenience store and a few food stalls just walking distance from the hotel.

You can find lots of brochures in the hotel, but we ended up booking them at Aonang beach. Ask multiple tour agencies for the best price!

Overall - great value! Recommended for couples or groups of 3-4 (since the tuk tuk can only take that many in one trip).

Great location, rooms and the best staff!

We stayed in Nemo 2 and had the best time so much that we actually extended our stay. Fon is lovely and her and her staff cannot do enough to help you and always are up for a chat or general help. The free tuk tuk service to the beach is great and they will also take you to other close by places. Laundry is excellent at 45BHT per kg and comes back smelling great and bike rental is cheap and safe. Rooms are super clean and are cleaned daily for you, with big beds and fresh sheets and towels. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here - it's brilliant!!

Fon the manager is a nice lady giving suggestion about where to go and they provide thai phone for us to call them up for a tuktuk ride back to the hotel if we were to go to aonang nightmarket. Just that the phone connection will be at zero sometimes so it depends on your luck to be able to call them up

Staff was really friendly and kind, great people! We booked our tours with them and they were cheaper than in other places.

Nice Owner + Free Transport + New Room

Location is in the middle of nowhere but hotel has 2 complimentary transport that will bring you to nearby Ao Aung beach and shopping areas anytime. Hotel tuk-tuk will bring you to the place you want to go and when you are done, you call for the tuk-tuk to pick you up using the mobile phone provided by hotel. Thus, very convenient.
There is a few eating places around and a 24 hours convenience store opposite the hotel. The beach nearby (10 mins walk) is for long tail jetty and thus, no view.
Hotel is very new, very clean and house keeping provided daily. Fridge and TV included. Cable TV however has limited programs. There is no safe and kettle in the room. 2 X 600ml bottle water provided every day. Housekeeping is forgetful - miss out towels, soap and shampoo every day but is quick to replenish when asked to do so.
Internet (WiFi) service is good when available but need to ask the reception to reset every day. Otherwise cannot connect properly.
Owner is good in English and runs a tour company that offer good services to airport and surrounding day trips.
Overall, a good place to stay for the kind of money.

The loaction of the hotel is pitch perfect with the Ao nang beach and Central point at a walking distance. So one can't get bored in a place like this. The hotel staff was very friendly and rooms were quite neat and clean.

For the price, this hotel is definitely a value for money!

We spend 3nights at krabi nemo house 1.6 room all my family stay together.We went to Ao nang beach with free transportation provided by hotel.My brother rent a bike to sightseeing around krabi.Tour package also can get from hotel but I prefer we choose travel agent can speak Malay.So far our trip to krabi was amazing.

Friendly service. Nice new building (Nemo 2). Faun very efficient in running the place. 80 bht breakfast on site was good. The free tuk tuk service as great and fast, we used it a couple of times a day and was convenient to be given a cell phone to call for pick up. The location is a way from Ao Nang beach but the beach commercial strip is a zoo so good to be away and have free transport to visit. Some inexensive places to eat nearby. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to know if you are in Nemo 1 or 2 when booking.

Practically located place for the Pier

as we arrived late in krabi airport we had to stay one night in order to take the boat to Phi Phi.
The hotel is far away from everything but the pier. (which is why we choose it)
its a good place for 1 night but there is nothing around to see.
the rooms are nice and big but we had one pointing to the road and its very noisy.
the staff was kind and the breakfast is eggs and bread. ok.

Family run hotel with warmth,no luxury but good

We stayed 4 nights, rooms are all at ground floor on a walkway so you have to keep all curtains drawn if you want privacy,hence no sunlight. They speak poor or no English apart from Fon ,who was very cheerful and helpful with finding us a scooter for rent. There are coffee facilities in the lobby, but in the room there are only glasses so bring your own cutlery and plates if you want to eat in the room. Room was clean overall although a geko visited us every evening coming out from a hole in the shower box! It's a spartan ,shabby countryside guesthouse but a good base to explore the area, and seen what shambolic accommodations we got for a much higher price during the rest of our holiday in the area, this wasn't so bad as at least the staff was helpful and welcoming. The shuttle tuk tuk would bring us to town center and pick us up within minutes of us calling ,wich saved us few hundred THB in taxi as everywhere was far from there . Overall I would recommend it for a short stay as it's a good base to explore the area .

Great little place for the money. Location not great, but hotel offers free tuc tuc around Ao Nang. They provide you with a Thai mobile to ring for collection. Without this it would be a pain. Apartment just needed a safe or lockers at reception.

We had a very nice stay at Nemo house. The accommodation is not far from the beach but it is not walkable, however the hotel staff take you down and give you a phone and they will pick you up whenever you like. We really enjoyed staying a little bit further off the main road. There is a lovely restaurant across the road next to the family mart, we enjoyed it so much we went back each night to eat there and work our way through the menu.

I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

The staff were AMAZING.

THe hotel is 10 mins drive from the beach and the hotel staff (a family) will take you there and back for free, whenever you want.

They speak great English and are so accommodating.

It made the stay for us!

We stayed in 5 different places and although this wasn't a 5* resort, it was a highlight for us. With excellent staffing and service!

We are aged between 27-33 in couples and 2 friends. And we thought it was perfect for our needs and trip
Rooms were new, clean and great condition and size.

we loved krabi nemo house

first of all, I need to point out we were put in krabi nemo house 2 which is newer and on the main road, and looks much nicer than the original it has to be said!

our room was basically brand new, extremely clean and very comfortable! the aircon was great, the bed comfy and the shower hot! be aware this place is not right on ao nang beach, but it doesn't matter because they offer a free tuk tuk/van drop off service to wherever you want to go in Ao Nang which is an excellent touch. you can also ring to be picked up from wherever you are up until 10pm!

the owner and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, it was so pleasant walking through reception to our room.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was back in the area!!

Best place in Ao Nang.

This place was awesome! Don't be alarmed by the slightly run down neighborhood that is about 2 miles away from the beach. When you get there you can rent a scooter from them for a good price, the two women who run it are just awesome. The rooms are very clean, the staff is super helpful, and at night there is a nice little bar open right next door and a cornerstore that is always open. We wished we could stay here throughout our whole stay but they were booked through January.

Stayed here for a week. Perfect location for Ao Nang. Set back just from the beach, Krabi Nemo 2 provided a scooter tuk tuk to take us to the beach or wherever we wanted to go. For provided us with a Thai Mobile so that we could call for pick ups, this was perfect. It saved us a huge amount in fares. The room was cleared every other day. There was plenty of room - more than ample double bed. The air con worked very quick. Good lighting. There is a fridge in the room. There is free wifi and a rooftop which is very cooling in the evening, with the breeze. To get to Ao Nang beach it's about 20min walk. Here are lovely sunsets. There is also a pier about 1k walk away, where you can get ferries to Phuket, Phi Phi and long tail boats to other beaches in Krabi. It costs about 600baht to get there from the airport. Which is what the Krabi Nemo House charge too. There is a lovely coffee shop across the road - The Coffee Corner. There is a Family Mart too. Take a long tail to Railey and walk through to Phrang Caves the beach is a little busy but here are long tails that sell food and a lovely spot to catch the sun going down, before getting one of the last boats back.

She even offered us a thai phone to contact her if there is any issues. She even offered free transport to the nearby Aonang beach to and fro. I had a pleasant stay during my trip to Krabi.

It was great. Just what we needed. The girl in the reception (Fon) is so nice and helpful and her English is really good. She booked excursions and ferries for us for at a lower price and also gave us a cell phone to call her when we need a tuk tuk to pick us up. The location is great if you want to be here as a base to go Railay, Tonsai or to the islands, since it's really close to the dock. Plus: there is a mini market and a nice halal restaurant on the corner.

Krabi Nemo House is more that what i expected for the price. The place maybe a bit too far from Aonang beach if you are expecting place within walking distance. However, the owner Fon provides free tuk-tuk services from hotel to the Aonang street which does not take a long time for the driver to come and pick us up. Besides, Fon also helped a lot in planning trips and she got really great deals. We came to Krabi without any planning and we were satisfied with her recommendations. Thank you Fon and hopefully i can see you next time!

Warmest welcome I've had!

My time at Nemo house, was great. Fon the lady that runs Nemo house is great, extremely friendly and really cares about her guests. She I also a fountain of information about the surrounding area and can give you some good ideas of where to go and things to see. If you want to go on any trips I recommend you book them through her, as it will be a lot cheaper than doing it else where.
The room itself is a very good size, plenty of room. The bed is big and really comfy, so you wont have a problem getting a good nights sleep. The air-conditioning in the room is unbelievable literally have it on for a couple of minutes and the room is a nice temperature.
The bathroom is a good size and most importantly has a hot shower.
It is just out of the main part of Ao Nang but they run a tuktuk to and from the town for free. If you want to just go to the beach then its a couple of minutes walk and you are there. Its not as busy as the main beach at Ao Nang and you will see the locals there enjoying picnics with their families.
Overall I was more than impressed with the service I received at Nemo house and would definitely return there again.

The hotel is outside the main attraction area (Aonang beach)..but we rent a bike,and it is only 5 minutes away by bike.and there's a lot of Halal food nearby this hotel, and the price of food is slightly cheaper compare to the Aonang beach area.
at night,it was calm without any noise from the club or bar.good for a nice sleep after a full day activities.
The owner was nice and helpful, speak fluent English.

Overall, we were satisfied with the stay.

Great accommodation for quiet people!

Great small high level guesthouse. In Krabi you will not find anything more luxurious in same (low) price range. Good equipped, clean medium size rooms with AC, fridge, toilet/shower and comfortable beds.
Very quite street, however it's not a center of Ao Nang but only about 1 km from there. The owner is very nice woman and she offers free tuk-tuk taxi transport hotel-Ao Nang center.
///About wrong localisation in Expedia: based on GMap where is wrong placed marker [state 29.04.2015] - error reported and next time please don't make bad opinion for good Hotel only because wrong localisation if it's not a hotel owner's mistake. ///
100m to well stocked 24/7 minimarket. Nearby that shop you can find stalls with \"street food\". If you preffer better quality food, closest restaurants about 1,5 km from Nemo hotel, closest Thai Massage points about 1 km.
About staff: they are nice, very helpful people. You can buy by owner (she has good discount in local trip guide agencies) very interesting for tourist trips around Krabi and islands. In my opinion really good trips for sensible prices (even I met many Thai tourists on these trips).
Good public transport from Krabi. 600m -1,5km to boat piers (boats to beautiful Railay Beach, Krabi City and Islands).
I don't recommend Nemo House only if you can't use AC (necessary here) or you preffer an accommodation in very loud tourist madness place.

Friendly fantasic family resort

We loved our stay and we want to thank fon and all the family for looking after us and being available at a drop of a hat for free transfer to anywhere in aonang, yes a bit far but with the free shuttle which would normally cost quite a bit it was great as away from the hustle and buzzle of aonang and between two beautiful beaches, the local food was excellent and cheap and the resort had such a positive energy so will definately recommend.

It was a pleasant stay i would say.. Quite near to the beach... Since we rent a bike, it took us about 2 minutes only to the beach... The owner of the hotel - Fon, she's quite firendly and can offer you cheap packages for islands hoping or other activites. This is not a 5 stars hotel so font expect it to be one. A nice stay =)

1st impression was not good as d location n appearance doesn't look like a hotel. But d owner makes a lot of different as she is extra helpful which is very nice. D hotel provides free transportation to aonang city area for free and other hotel facilities....

Food or eating area for Muslim is very near n convenient.

Don't try to write bad reviews but was shocked to get off the shuttle bus and find out my hotel that was supposed to be near the beach was in the middle of nowhere. Also the hotel itself didn't have any rooms and had to go to Loma place nearby. Seemed like a scheme to book as many people as possible during the holidays and profit without a care.

Everything is great!

I super love this guesthouse. Tho its not near the beach (bout 5 minutes by vehicle), but the location is good.Near to the main road, at the junction near this guesthouse also have a halal restaurant. It is new so all the accomodation is in god condition.

Rainy is so friendly. She helps us a lot. When I was at the Emerald Pool which is took about 1 1/2 hour from Ao Nang, I emailed her to ask for a late check out and she allows us to check out at noon.

There is also a free ride by tuktuk from the guesthouse to the beach.

Brand new, amazing little guest house!

This place was a great stay, we were sad to leave, the owner is so helpful and beautiful! They have just opened about a month ago so everything is beautiful and brand new :) they offer a free ride into town, and will take you to their friends restaurant maybe for two meals and a coke for the same price as just one meal along the beach is Ao Nang

chambre a coté de l'accueil avec un climatiseur qui fait du bruit comme un hélicoptère toute la nuit, impossible de dormir en plus du bruit de la route car la chambre est a côté de la réception.
pas de possibilité de changer de chambre sauf pour une autre en face avec les mêmes défauts malgré une réservation de 5 nuités!
la directrice m'a proposé d'être remboursé et de changer d'hôtel, chose que j'ai accepter.
Cela n'empêche pas le bon empacement de lhotel (a 15mn a pied de la plage) et si vousaurez une chambre loin de l'accueil.

В Краби есть два отеля:Nemo1 и Nemo2. Мы жили в Nemo2.
Первое, о чем хотелось бы сказать, так это об управляющей отеля, готовой помощь вам во всем: от экскурсий, которые, кстати, покупать у нее намного дешевле, чем где-либо в других местах, до транспорта и местных рынков.
У нее мы заказывали завтраки (100 бат), состоящие из яичницы, тостов, салата, кофе или чая, очень сытно, удобно, вкусно и недорого.
Приятно удивила уборка номеров, о которой мы даже и не подозревали, так как из-за невысокой стоимости отеля не ожидали такого, меняют воду, полотенца, моют пол, заправляют постель.
От отеля предоставляется бесплатный транспорт до пляжа, можете сообщить водителю или управляющей, во сколько планируете вернуться с пляжа в отель, вас заберут.
Открыли для себя кафе \"Стейк у Лао\", открыто с 18.00 до 22.00. Приятная обстановка, лучшее обслуживание, приветливый хозяин, самые вкусные рыбные и мясные стейки (обязательно стоит попробовать фирменное блюдо повара).
От отеля остались только положительные эмоции, отлично отдохнули, советуем этот отель и вам :)

Value for money

Great value for money. I stayed in Nemo 2, which was a new building. Very helpful staff and free ride to the Ao nang beach every day. There is a cafeteria nearby to have a breakfast.

Relaxed, nice place with amazing staff

Had an amazing stay here. The owner Fon is a lovely person, she really helped with arranging everything and gave us information when we needed. Really made you feel welcome! The other workers were lovely too, even if they didn't really speak English. Overall, clean nice room. Shuttle service to ao nang made the location perfect as well. I would definitely recommend!

Bon rapport qualité prix, tuk tuk plage<->hôtel gratuit jusqu'à 22h (un téléphone est fourni par la propriétaire des lieux). Climatisation fonctionnelle. Salle de bain minimaliste qui mériterait d'être refaite (mais vous aurez de l'eau chaude sans interruption ce qui déjà top à ce niveau de prix). Bien pour une étape d'une ou deux nuits mais pas plus.

Czysty, nowy hotel z bardzo dobrą obsługą

Ładny czysty, nowy hotel, położony około 10 minut spacerem od plaży (1km). Trochę dalej znajduje się centrum Ao Nang.
Jeżeli nie chcesz iść, zawsze możesz skorzystać z tuk-tuka na usługach hotelu (czyli za darmo).
Właścicielka udostępnia oferty lokalnych biur podróży, dzięki czemu interesujące wycieczki można zarezerwować na miejscu. Ogólnie jest to osoba, kto dba o swoich gości. Załatwiła dla nas kilka drobnych rzeczy, skontaktowała się również (z własnej inicjatywy) z organizatorem jednej z naszych wypraw, gdy ten się spóźniał (po mimo tego, że wycieczkę wykupilismy gdzie indziej).
Mamy bardzo pozytywne odczucia względem tego hotelu oraz jego obsługi. Polecam.

Ładny czysty hotel

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w hotelu Krabi Nemo2. Obiekt położony jest w odległości 10 minut spacerem do plaży. W pobliżu znajduje się duży sklep (Family Mart) oraz restauracja. Dojazd do centrum Ao Nang zapewniony jest przez darmowego tuk-tuka. Właścicielka dba o swoich gości, co stanowi dodatkową wartość.

Einfache aber saubere und moderne Unterkunft. Die Dame der das Krabi Nemo gehört ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel bietet zudem kostenlos eine Fahrservice. Mit diesem kann man sich in der näheren Umgebung rum fahren lassen inkl. Pick-Up Service. Klare Empfehlung

Im Großen und Ganzen TOP

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und Chefin. Kostenloser TukTuk-Shuttle zum Strand oder Essen/Massage in Ao Nang - sogar ein Handy bekommt man-ein Anruf und man wieder abgeholt - einfach sagen, wo man gerade ist... Trotzdem haben wir einen Roller (von der Chefin) gemietet. Auch einen Ausflug sowie unser Weitertransport nach Koh Lanta hat sie organisiert. Geht natürlich auch alles ( etwas preiswerter) wo anders, aber so war es uns lieber!
Das Manko war nur der extreme (Straßen-)Lärm bei Nacht (da wir im Nemo 2, direkt an der Hauptstraße untergebracht wurden auch Klima und Kühlschrank sehr laut) und die sehr harten Betten.

Lovely Guesthouse in Ao Nang

When we arrived at Krabi Airport, Fon, the manager, helped us via phone to find the airport shuttle which would bring is to Krabi Nemo House. We received a warm welcome when we arrived. Since the house is about 20 minutes walk from the beach and other interesting places, and were offered a phone which we could use to call her whenever we need a Tuk-Tuk to the town or back. One of Fon's brothers would always drive us or any other guest.

The rooms were not luxurious but big enough and clean.

The staff spoke little or no English, but we could always call Fon if we had a question.

She would also book tours for us (some for a really good price, cheaper than advertised), and the ferry to Ko Phi Phi. Additionally, it was possible to rent a small motorbike via Krabi Nemo House, without having to deposit our passports (motorbike is subject to availability).

A restaurant and grocery stores were 3 minutes walk away.

After checking out and spending the day still in Ao Nang, we could still use a shower before actually leaving.

All in all we were treated like welcome guests and we really felt welcome. On my next trip to Ao Nang I will definitely try to stay here again.

Vi dro hit for en natt da hotellet vi skulle besøke vennene våre på var fullt. Vi kom frem og var litt skeptisk. Vi ble godt tatt i mot og fikk rom på Nemo 2. Fantastisk service!! Vi fikk et nyoppusset, rent rom. Vi fikk gratis transport hvor enn vi ville og vi fikk en telefon som vi kunne ringe eieren på hvis vi lurte på noe underveis. Billig hotell som absolutt knuste forventninger vi hadde ned i støvlene. For en natt, eller kort periode var dette hotellet perfekt og hadde alt vi trengte.

Todella miellyttävä paikka. Hotellin omistaja todella avulias ja ystävällinen. Muu henkilökunta ei osannut englantia, mutta soitto omistajalle auttoi selvittämään asian tai hän porhalsi skootterilla paikalle. Aamiainen oli aika vaatimaton, mutta sillä kyllä pääsi alkuun. Etäisyyttä keskustasta oli, mutta sen korvasi ilmainen tuktuk-kyyti, jonka voi noutaa hakemaan kyliltä hotellin antamalla puhelimella. Kun oppi seudun tuntemaan, niin kävelemälläkin pääsi takaisin. Retket ja liput kannattaa tilata omistajalta, saa edullisemmin kuin muualta.

La gérante est adorable et toujours disponible pour vous donner des bons plans! Elle vous donne même un téléphone pour pouvoir la joindre n'importe quand et vous transporte gratuitement comme bon vous semble jusqu'à 22h, il suffit juste de l'appeler ! O hotel esta pessimamente marcado no mapa do Hoteis.com. Ele fica MUITO DISTANTE do ponto indicado. Embora a proprietaria seja muito atenciosa e prestativa, eu optaria por algo mais proximo da praia.

Eine schöne Reise in Krabi

Es ist ein kleines Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern. Die Hotelzimmer sind allerdings sehr groß. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Zudem werden Hotelgäste kostenlos zu allen Stränden mit dem hoteleigenen Tuktuk gefahren. Die familiäre Stimmung hat mir persönlich sehr gefallen. Sollte ich mal wieder nach Krabi reisen, dann werde ich definitiv wieder in diesen Hotel übernachten.

アオナン中心街で遊んだ後、タクシーを捕まえて5分でホテルに着きました。タクシーはすぐ拾えました。（タクシー代50THB）

チェックインが22：30になったにかかわらず、フレンドリーな笑顔で対応してくれました。ファミリーマートが徒歩1分にあり最低限の用は足せます。部屋は清潔でエアコン、シャワー、簡易冷蔵庫、Wi-Fiもあり何不自由なく過ごすことができました。

チェックアウト後に無料タクシーでアオナン中心街まで送っていただきました。空港までのタクシー代は150THBと表示してありました。現地ツアーやフェリー、スピードボート、船上タクシーなどの手配代理業務もされています。

中心街から少し離れてるとはいえ、タクシー5分のアクセスで1泊990THBと格安。それにもかかわらずこのクオリティーに大満足でした。
