I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. From our check-in to checking out everything was perfect. Great breakfast served and they have a great shuttle to and from Ao Nang market or street. The pool is stunning and located in such a serene area. We loved it and wished we had stayed longer than a week. Su has such a great personality and loved talking to her. You will not be disappointed if you book here. Also we had great mountain views every morning for the sunrise and beautiful greenery at the back of our room where we had stunning sunsets

Property very run down, understaffed, poor maintenance of property. Food is very low quality, service is poor. Not allowed food and drinks by the pool
From outside yet no staff around to take orders, have to ring a bell. Air conditioner froze up, owner said we turned it to low but we had it at the required 25C, which is very warm for sleep. Cannot be visiting by pool or common area after 8, felt like a dormitory. Location very bad, if no scooter getting to shops/restaurants not convenient; in dirty residential area. Cleaning minimal, owners don’t allow taking pool towels to beach. Overall, staff seemed like they blame customers for everything and not happy to prioritize good experience for customers. Drinking Water provided in room in unsealed reusable bottles, not trustworthy to be safe to drink so had to buy own water. Charges for ice, but fridge couldn’t keep ice. No shower head, pipe sticking straight out of wall sprays water straight across whole bathroom, so have to turn water almost off to get it to drop down onto you, zero water pressure. Side cot mattress filthy, linens questionably clean. Breakfast sparse and limited. Pool area grounds overgrown, much less well maintained than pictures suggest. Would not recommend this property, if for no other reason than location.

This is not a 4 star hotel. 1 star at best. No service. No room cleaning. No hand towels. Restaurant wasn’t open as advertised. Almost missed our flight because the taxi didn’t show up. Shower flooded the bathroom. One of the dogs on the property defecated at the end of the main steps. No one cleaned it up and it got dispersed over next few days. Avoid!!

Spacious rooms, which were clean and basic. The hotel is very dated, and looks much better in the photos. A bit off the beaten track but we knew that when we booked and we liked how peaceful it was. Room not cleaned one day, despite leaving the sign out, and cleaned another day but no towels. Room door was not shut or locked properly by house keeping two days in a row - putting our belongings at risk. Shower was crude but functional, and toilet paper couldn’t be flushed. Breakfast was poor. We were asked to pay for a missing glass - we neither broke or stole it and I was left feeling like I was in the wrong. A shame as could be lovely.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff who were always willing to help. Outside the busy resort of Ao Nang and very peaceful. Great shuttle service to the resort. Pool area needs a bit of an update but not a major issue. Everything was immaculate. Great little escape from the busy resort. We will be back 🙂

Beautiful Resort with Amazing Service

This was our favorite stay in Thailand. Bhiraya was so helpful the entire time. We got there at 9:30pm without letting her know that we were getting in so late, and she waited for us to come in. When we asked what food was still open, she called a Thai restaurant that does free shuttle service to come pick us up even though they were basically closed. They also have scooters to rent, which was so convenient. When we told them we were gonna drive it very far, she had her guys do extra maintenance checks to ensure we were able to make it there and back. Excellent service all around; can't get more value than that.

The hotel was dated and everything was to much trouble For them. on my booking I requested a baby cot, when we arrived there wasn’t one in the room not only that they had put us on the 2nd floor with no lift, we asked to be moved but there wasn’t any rooms available until our second week, so for the first week we had to lug 2 prams up and down the stairs, we asked to be moved to the ground floor, which was such a hard ship for them to swap a booking before they checked in. I also injured my knee whilst on holiday and asked for some ice A few times to take down the swelling, after the second time they told me I had to get it myself as I was taking up to much of there time, so I didn’t ask again! The swimming pool was filthy. Food service was shocking, we ordered a small lunch for our children we waited 30mins to be told it was sent to the wrong table, where they ate it, so they had to cook it again we waited another 10-15mins for one plate to be sent out and the second one followed around 15mins later! Bearing in mind we ordered two of the same dish! We ordered Food a few times Thinking it might have just been a busy day but on average we waited at least 30-45mins for two plates of lunch, and most of the time there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant. when we complained about the slow service and hairs in our food we got shouted at and they said “we don’t need your money, you can leave and stay somewhere else”. Would not recommended this hotel! They made us feel unwelcome.

I couldnt be happier with my stay here! The service provided was incredible!

Prior to arriving in Krabi I called asking for an airport pick up, I was advised against this 700bht option as I was solo and was given a 150bht option instead. I could have easily been ripped off but instead wa offered genuine advice.

Upon check in I got more than I bargained for with the owner organising my Phi Phi travel arrangements for me.

I was exhausted after weeks of backpacking but the hotel room provided me with pure comfort and the room service was delicious.

I even left my phone adapter and charger in the room and they held onto it for me until I returned to pick it up.

I can never thank the owner enough for the kind and welcoming hospitality and I will forever be greatful.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Krabi I would recommend you stay here!

Good hotel in a quiet area. Helpful staff. The pool view rooms are bright and clean enough. The balcony overlooking the pool is a perfect spot to unwind after spending a day in Aonang. The hotel is not within walking distance to the beach areas, but there is a shuttle that will take you to town. The pool is so nice! Overall, a good place to relax and escape the large crowds of Aonang.

Wow..... describes this hidden gem. It’s off the beaten path, quiet at night and feels like a resort. The owner speaks great English and the poor lady I don’t think ever sleeps, she is to busy running around making sure guests are happy and the place is running top notch. The 7/11 is a few minute walk from hotel. Pick up and drop off at beach was GREATLY appreciated. Would recommend to others and definitely stay here again if we visit Krabi.

Ao Nang is amazing - Andamanee is very good for a budget friendly hotel... Clean and friendly the owner / manager and daughter work tirelessly around the hotel all day everyday to make it the best experience for their guests.
Only downside came over a miscommunication regarding what was included on a day trip we booked... watch out for those national park fees - (400 BHT per person) turned a lovely day out into an expensive day out

We arrived a bit early because we came over from Phuket on the ferry and was told we would have to wait until 2 o’clock to go to our room so we rented a motorcycle from the hotel and went into town and came back after 2 o’clock..... fast forward to checkout....we had a pickup arranged for 2:30pm to take us to the ferry and I asked for a late checkout but was told it was not possible. The hotel was not busy and I feel an extra hour would not have been an inconvenience to them. We had rented the motorcycle for 5 days so I asked if we could use it for an extra couple of hours and was told that we would have to pay for an extra day if we wanted it for 2 hours. We were told we could we could use the hotel shuttle to go into town but we would have to find our own way back as we had checked out.... just greedy... it would have cost them nothing for us to do the return trip. We hadn’t used the shuttle for the 5 days we were there because we had rented the motorcycle from them and I feel one return trip wouldn’t have hurt them at all. There was no attempt to assist us in any way. The whole time I tried to talk about our situation the owner talked over the top of me and was rude and impatient. In short I do NOT recommend this hotel and advice anyone thinking of staying to look elsewhere.

Best resort experience!

My friend and stayed in Krabi for a couple days before heading to Europe and we found this hidden gem of a resort. It’s far enough away from Ao Nang and all the noise at night there and tucked away in a peaceful area near a school. Our experience began when we first arrived and we were greeted with the best welcome I’ve ever received at a hotel. Our hosts were extremely gracious informative. It almost felt like we were visiting family that we haven’t seen in awhile. We rented scooters right at the hotel for 250 baht per day and the free breakfasts every morning were made to order rather than buffet style which in all my travels I don’t think I’ve experienced before either. If you need to book a trip to Phi Phi island or anything else, make sure you talk to Su who was more than helpful every time we needed assistance. The room was very clean and the water pressure was great in the shower. We enjoyed our swim in the pool and really enjoyed our coconut shakes at the pool bar. The beds were super comfy and the air con was nice and cool! Hope you have as great of an experience as us!

Wonderful resort with a very friendly staff. They were so kind the whole time, and very accommodating. Having the beach shuttle makes it very easy (and cheap) to get back and forth between town and the resort, which made participation in activities such as kayaking or visiting the islands very easy. The room service was lovely and decently priced. Overall, a lovely stay at a lovely resort. I would definitely recommend for those wanting to visit Krabi.

Calm oasis, tranquil

This hotel is set on the end of a short lane away from the main roads and is 3 km from the beach letting you escape from the hustle, traffic, and motorbike noise. I rented a motorbike for ease of mobility. There is a lovely courtyard pool, nice landscaping and all of the amenities provided by a boutique resort. I especially enjoyed sitting on my second floor balcony overlooking the pool with a cool shaded breeze most of the afternoon. The rooms are large, beds typical Thai, well appointed, a little dated and worn but characteristic of beach style resorts.
Su, the manager, is very helpful with information and tour bookings with deals, excellent English and excellent service attitude. All of the staff were friendly and courteous.
I had first booked for two nights, but on the second day booked two more as it was great to re-charge here after being in busy cities. Krabi province has lots to offer as a vacation destination, and hasn't developed the downside of the major tourist areas, and this hotel is a value deal as your home base close to the piers, the beaches, and AoNang.
The only downside is some of the area surrounding the resort has not been maintained giving a feel of desolation as you approach, however pay no attention to that, as it makes the oasis that much more inviting!

It was a good experience. The staff was really helpful, polite, and nice. Their food wasn't great, and portions were really small. Their wifi doesn't work well for iPhones. They should be more flexible with their shuttles. They only send their pre-scheduled shuttle if the guest asks for it in advance, and it is hard as a tourist to know the daily schedule in advance or to call them from a phone. On the other hand, they expect you to pay 200 Baht if you request a shuttle 10 minutes after schedule.

Lovely family run resort

We booked Andamanee Boutique Resort for 22 nights. We loved our choice right away. The size of the resort is not too big, and not too small.
“Su” is the lady in charge and she works very hard to please. Her English is good, and she is a fun lady to get to know.
Though not on the beach of Ao Nang, the staff will shuttle you back and forth on a regular schedule; free shuttle. The ride is about 10 minutes, so this resort is pleasantly away from the crazy, busy, noisy section of Ao Nang,
We travel full-time, so stayed at the resort on many days just to relax. The atmosphere and pool are lovely. There are tours available that Su helps to arrange. Tours picked us up at resort, so easy enough.
We are scuba divers, and the best rated PADI dive shop is right around the corner from resort. This was very convenient.
We enjoyed getting to know the family who runs this resort, and we would definately stay again, if we come back to the area

The swimming pool is good but hotel policies are not friendly. Asked us to wear swimming suit as a muslim we are not allowed to wear those suits. Yes, there is a proper suits for muslim but we are not aware that its a must for hotel swimming pool. Stayed 4 night and regret on our staying.

Breakfast was ok but not much halal food. The only thing we can eat is french toast and egg.

Rent a motorbike from hotel but didn't inform us to fill the fuel full when return. End up go out and fill in. We only use 10% of the fuel

The location is little away from Aonang beach and Nopparatthara beach but the hotel offers free shuttle bus to the beach so no problem at all to reach the beach. Also the room and the swimming pool is really beautiful so good for holiday. I will definitely come back here.

Horrible staff wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Our worst stay in Thailand yet and pretty sure this is going to be unparalleled, in not the nicest of ways.
1. There was a lizard in our room chirping away to glory through our three nights in the hotels. We requested for a change of room, which was of course not entertained
2. No hot water in the shower. Geyser didn't work and the staff couldn't care any less about it
3. The safe didnt work either.
4. Worst of all, wifi didn't work
5. Nor did the temperature controller for the AC.
6. The lack of lift was aggravated by absolutely no one helping us to get our luggage up and down the stairs
7 two tiny dogs that looks too cute to be true at first glance, turned out to be a pain in no time
8. the room had a terrible stench as soon as we entered it each time
9. The staff was as rude as they could possibly get. Just stay away, and don't repeat our mistake.

We arrived after 8:30 pm, with Su not having received notification of our booking...we showed her our online receipt and we were in our room in no time. They even opened the Restaurant and Bar for us.

Comfortable and clean. Very few food options within walking distance, but quiet area away from the beach. Near mosque though, so call to prayer in early morning gets you up! Appreciated the shuttle to Ao Nang beach. Coffee in room would have made the stay better, as the west facing rooms have lovely sunrise views from the balcony.

The worst of Krabi!

I don't give bad reviews, especially for living in Thailand for more than five years and understanding the condition and staying in many hotels from no star to high-end. But this hotel is the worst...first of...location is horrible and all the owner want is to take as much money as possible from her guests. By the way, the hotel is running by mother, aunties, sisters and kids...it is super unprofessional and they don't seem to know how to talk with good manner...just screaming in your face. If you are on your holidays and wanting a good time...do not book this hotel...there are so many better choices and with the price you pay. As I am writing this while waiting on my next trip heading over to Koh Lanta...totally not gonna let this ruin my day. Horrible horrible service I have ever had to experience...

Overcharged and Not Worth To Stay Here

This hotel is extremely overcharged. I dont mind to pay for extra bed but every childreen including age of 1 year sharing bed with parent also being charged. The swimming pool is good but hotel policies are not friendly family with childreen. If you dont have transport dont come here bcz it is isolated and far from beach. If you are with childreen, be ready for extra charged or otherwise dont come here because they will welcomed you with extremely overcharged.

Pros:
Rooms are spacious, really spacious. Got bath tub in each toilet, for some people it really matters to have one. The pool is nice and clean.

Cons:
Far from everything. One Noapparat There beach is nearby, yet 1km walk. You need car to go everywhere. For Ao Nang beach, it is 50baht per person. They have free shuttle though, at 3pm, 5pm, 7pm. Not sure about the timing in morning. But it is throughout the day i guess. Breakfast is not buffet. You can choose and order from their set menu. Very limited choice. If you have not selected breakfast during room booking, it will be 200 baht per person per day. The housekeeping was not done properly. No coffee or tea provided in room, it is only at the lobby and you need to walk to lobby for just simple tea and coffee. Bathroom only got those very simple supply of body wash and shampoo. No other amenities. A bit surprising.

Wonderful staff and peaceful place

My stay here with my two friends at Andamanee Boutique Resort was very very enjoyable and pleasant! The staff was fluent in english, and ALL the staff were friendly and very helpful, making sure that their guests are safe and that we are not overcharged for tuktuk services.
Although the resort is not of walking distance to the shop areas, the hotel has arranged for scheduled transport to drop us there and pick us up again!
This resort is really quiet and is perfect for a holiday away from the noise.
My friends and I really enjoyed playing and swimming in the pool. It was very clean and well maintained.
Be sure to receive good service, during my time here, there was a small misunderstanding but the manager explained patiently and did what she could to settle the issue.

The hotel was fabulous! The owners are soo welcoming and went out of there way to make sure our stay was perfect! It was that great we decided to stay an extra night. Definitely recommend this place. Very resonably priced for such an amazing hotel. We hope to visit again soon.

It was a great stay here even I only stayed for one night. The room is huge with a really cool shower and bathtub. Also the hotel runs the free bus to Aonang every 2 hours so it is quite easy to reach Aonang.

Far away from the hot spots.

Horrible on-site services. Hotel staff aggressive and rude without common understanding of resident's needs. Don't bother with the served breakfast as it is not worth it.

In-room amenities, on-line information is not correct.

No blackout drapers or curtains makes it hard to sleep past 6 AM.
No room service.
Housekeeping will be available if the already limited staff is available.
Bring in your own towels if you can, to avoid issues during checkout.

Peace and Tranquility

Very good standing hotel. The staff is doing a great job and offers a very good service at any time. The hotel site is quiet. Not far from all the activities that offers the beach front(5-10min, the location is perfect for a retreat in the calm of this beautiful environment. Rooms are quite big and clean, the pool side and landscape garden is well maintained.

The rooms was at first class comfort but the next day even upon request for cleaning, the housekeeping only top up the coffee's & tidy up the rooms & doesn't sweep clean as the coffee drops were visited by groups ants.

I will still say satisfied at 90% in overall.

Never ever come to this hotel

This hotel run by 2 sisters that really don't know the meaning of hospitality . I spoke to expedia agent twice to make sure that this hotel deleted from the listings, however I notice that it is still available and the owner seems to be ok with all the harrasment from the guest. I'm sure that she is ok because at the end , people keep coming and get cheated by the website. The least that expedia should do is to take out this hotel from listing to help other potential guest being cheat by the owner. I'm glad that I only spent here one night instead of 2 night (I book for 2 night , but decide to stay somewhere else). When I walk to this hotel, I am prepare to give the good review despite they have very bad review and I am suprise that this hotel still part of expedia listing. True enough to my intuition, the owner really dun know how to run the hotel- rude, no apologetic, all about money only (heard from other guest that she insist to put additional bed instead of giving new room with an excuse it is fully book when its quite obvious that she still have room. When I speak to other guest, everybody give the same comment. I really hope that expedia look into this matter and delete this hotel from your listing immediately.

It was an experience - Not the best one!

Well it was an experience!

The hotel is located out of the city - like 10-15 minutes drive!
Full of mosquitoes (We all got our worst mosquito bites in our 20 days of travel) - Every night i was fighting with mosquitoes!

It is so out of the way, the hotel offers a taxi (thai style taxi - which was kinda fun) to take you to and from the city in certain hours. At night, you definitely need to get a taxi from the Krabi center to take you back to the hotel - definitely not a walking distance!!! (not all taxi drivers know where this hotel is located!)

Probably only good thing is that is close to the one of the ports (which a lot of activities begin from there!) But still not an easy walking distance!

About the staff.. all i can say is that they are weird! They appeared nice, but they are moody and not that helpful after all - I felt like i was in school camp and they were the horrible teachers trying to fit you in their schedule!
(for example: They got really mad one night that we wanted to go to Krabi center and the hotel taxi was over - so we asked if they could call us a private taxi to come and pick us up. They said it was impossible and that they would take us and charge our rooms for 200 Baht! They drove us to the center having the worst mood ever!)

To be honest - the hotel might be interesting but i would NEVER stay there again!

Disgusting Hotel

When we got to this hotel, the staff were not professional in their approach on first impressions, we got over this, we were then taken to our room, before approaching this the cleaner had emptied all the contents of what seemed, the whole hotel, onto the floor in the corridor where our room was, the person showing us our room said don't worry about that, just kick it to one side, on entering the room, it was very dark and dingy, the bedding was grey and dirty looking, we were told if we wanted to watch television we would need to unplug the fridge and then change them over again, the bathroom, well, the shower was a pipe hanging off the wall with a bit of concrete as the apparently, waterfall effect, I turned the shower on to see how this would work, it was a disgusting flow which wasn't worth the effort, this was alarmingly called a deluxe shower, consequently, I wanted to upgrade, she told me, it probably wouldn't suit you and it's much more expensive, we went into Aonang to find a decent hotel, on returning to tell her we wouldn't be staying there, she said OK give me the keys back, no customer service skills no professional touch, awful hotel with awful reception staff, don't waste your money

Great service and the manager was very friendly and welcoming. Only downside is that the hotel is too far from AoNang's main strip and it costs 300 baht for a tuktuk ride if you miss their free shuttle.

Breakfast was good quality as well. Would recommend if you want to stay in a secluded resort and relax.

OK hotel but really poorly located

I have stayed in Krabi several times in past so knew my way around. And I was renting a car so I didn't mind a place a bit away from the beach. But this place is REALLY hard to find. Have to circle around a confusing neighborhood with poor signage to get to the hotel. The hotel is advertised as 800 meters from the beach. While that might be true if there was a straight road to the beach, it's at least 2 km via the circuitous roads around the hotel. There is no way to walk to the beach. And Ao Nang is a 10+ minute drive away. I really don't see how this hotel works for anyone without a car - and even then it's not very convenient. They have shuttles to town a few times a day but it's on their schedule. Their truck can give you a lift at your convenience...for 150 baht each way.

The hotel itself was fine. Our 3 rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service was good and friendly. On the downside were the high price for a ride to town and very high prices for drinks at the pool...this is a 3 star hotel with 5 star drink prices.

For the price I paid, next time I would stay at a place in Ao Nang. I might not get as nice a property for the same price but the convenience would make up for it.

A tranquil backwater with access to everything

Slightly away from the beach but with easy access and a nice bit of peace and quiet. We really enjoyed this resort. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. They have a regular shuttle to take you to the main shopping area. The pool was never busy and the facilities were generally spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

So much potential, not at all tapped

This was my 2nd visit to this hotel - I wasn't impressed the 1st time but it had so much potential I wanted to see if they've improved. Sadly they haven't. The lobby area, pool and rooms are beautiful and well maintained, but the hotel is deserted and service is lacking. For one, I was given a full menu with options and times for lunch and dinner. When I tried to order dinner one night, not wanting to get a ride all the way into town (which costs 200 baht round trip), I was told they don't stock food at all, and all they could do is a sandwich. Why give me a menu and information on times for lunch and dinner if they don't even stock the kitchen?

Second, despite not seeing a single other hotel guest in 2 days, I was given a room far to the back of the hotel with a terrible view. 50 empty rooms and I get the farthest one away looking out on the parking lot? Not that I was expecting an upgrade to their nicest room, but one equal in size with a balcony overlooking the pool wouldn't have cost them a cent.

In short, this hotel isn't terrible, but it's quite far from the beach and town and just not worth it. I thought they could try and make up for it with good service and a nice meal, but that never happened.

Nice hotel and in a quiet sorroundings.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel away from crowded beach hotels. You can go to main beach area using a tuk tuk or hotel provide shuttle service. Owner is very cooperative for your comforts and needs. It's run by a family and we were lucky to have a good meal cooked by the mother.

We fell in love with this place and had 3 nights here. Pool view first floor was very clean room. Food here is bland and over priced so we used the free shuttle and hotel scooter to get in and out. Great pool and great base for all of the day trips out of the pier.

Experience of the hotel

Hotel is huge. But the first room my two friends n i stayed in(1102) the aircon was leaking. The first night,it was leaking for the whole night. Toilet bowl was choked after two usage. When we told the lady incharge of running the toilet bown,she thought we had thrown in sanitary pads in it. She thought we were stupid. The reception counter and room service closes at 9pm. which i think is plain stupid. Imagine if u needed something urgently at night,you cant even call the reception bcuz its closed. And she was pretty rude whenever we approached her. She was very friendly towards the Caucasions tho. Which i thought was very biase and racist. She was generally very rude. When we wanted to go to AoNang by the hotel's transport,i called the reception and when she answered the phone,she was not friendly at all. She dint even bother saying 'Bye'. The other staffs were very friendly tho. The hotel is a 10 mins drive away from the AoNang beach area. We nvr tried walking to AoNang beach area,but i assume if we did,it wud have taken us at least 20mins. And if u get back at 4-5 plus, the last bus ride to AoNang beach is 6pm from the hotel. After that,there are no more bus services.....and once u come back at night? If u want to go out again,u need to make your own arrangements. The pool is very nice. Generally when we went,the area was pretty quite. Only on friday night we saw more rooms being occupied. The breakfast spread very basic. But the one thing that me and my friends were very

Beautiful, but a ghost town

Great property but very quiet. The room and pool were both great but the pool bar and the lobby bar were both closed. There were only two people providing any service. They were happy to oblige any requests but the hotel felt like a ghost town. On our first night everything closed down by 9pm and we couldn't even get a drink. The hotel is a little bit out of the way, so great if you want somewhere quiet, but about a 20 mi mute walk to the beach. They do offer a free shuttle service to to town 4 times a day and a tuk tuk should only run you about 100 baht to get home

A Lucky Find - Best Shower Ever

Booked very late at night after arriving in Ao Nang. Pleasantly greeted by the receptionist who informed us of how lucky we were she had her mobile on her to confirm the booking after they tend to refused turn-ups after 10pm. We had a triple room (singles) which was clean and spacious a comfy nights sleep. The only gripe was a leak in the bathroom from the toilet or the sprayer, fine for a single nights stay but not for longer. However the gem of this hotel was the waterfall shower just amazing! Unfortunately we were only there for a single night so did not get chance to comment on the other hotel facilities but the place looks impressive and the breakfast buffet was plentiful for us. Receptionist was very helpful at arranging transport for us in the morning - all in all I would recommend a stay here

Decent hotel, bad location.

Everything was alright for me from the room to the facilities.

Staff were alright but insisted on charging us for bottled water.

Main problem is the location, walking distance to 7-11 and what mot, but not to town. The last shuttle bus is at 6:15pm so you have to have dinner at their restaurant which gets tiring.

Family run nice quiet place

Hotel is quite far from the beach (10min tuk-tuk ride), but the place is very quiet and pleasing.
The hotel is run by the local woman and her relatives. This woman is strange sometimes, but if you like each other (as was with me) you would have a very pleasant stay.
The restaurant is quite good, I really liked it.
Experience with laundry was awful: quality was very bad and it took more that 24 hours.
But my advice is not to expect something special from the third world country and just relax and enjoy the climate.

Amazing Service and Great Room

The lady who runs the hotel is fantastic! She made our stay in Krabi! The hotel are happy to book all excursions, organise all transfers and were more than responsive when we had issues with our room. (Though the issue were small... we had now TV signal for a day. but in all reality it wasn't a big deal) The hotel was clean, quite and a perfect getaway from Ao Nang chaos. The organise free shuttle buses to the beach and back on a regular basis throughout the day, though if you missed these they were happy to organise tuktuks (all of 100baht!) ... I would highly reccommend this hotel for any couple that want some peace and quite and stress free travelling. Great hotel, friendly welcoming staff!
