The hotell is very run down. Needs an upgrade. The shower was full of what looked like black muld. The \"gym\" was horrible, and the AC in there did not work.
Service and staff was very sweet, but that does not make up for tje overall poor shape of the place. Would not stay here again.

A week at Phu Beach Hotel

there were slight problems due to the virus shutdown. For instance we were told at the Front Desk that the Gym was open but it wasn't. Slight confusion over this. Much better to be clear and say upfront it is not open. Breakfast. I was quite clear telling to staff what I wanted - and no matter what I wanted - a huge breakfast kept on appearing. What a waste of food. It was good food but not what was ordered.

It’s all about the pool. The rooms are pleasant but need renovations also, sometimes there is a smell from the bathroom (I don’t know what it is) The pool is phenomenal( lol So it happy hour from 3PM to 6PM :-) the staff is super friendly and helpful.

We loved our time at The Phu Beach Hotel. Our room had direct access to the large pool from our patio. Additionally, the room was very large and clean. One of the nicer hotel rooms we had during our travels in Thailand.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Krabi. There is not a lot of places walking distance from the hotel, but the hotel provides a shuttle to the nearest beach.

The hotel is a gem in the sea. The price is reasonable, the room is spacious and the pool is just a step from the balcony. Everything you need for a good vacation. There are massage and restaurants opposite the hotel and islands hopping too. Its quiet and less hectic compare to the other resorts near beach. A pleasant stay and will definitely come back for more.

The swimming pool is very nice with music.The most attractive part is all the rooms are pool access. Besides, the breakfast is not bad and have variety of choice.The hotel is very new and have a nice environment.I love the view of this hotel so much. However, it is far from Ao Nang Beach,you will definitely need to rent a motorbike (200 batt/day) opposite the hotel since it is not easy to get Tuk Tuk or Taxi. The hotel provides free shuttle service every 2 hours which are not very convenience.

This hotel could be much better if they improve the breakfast.It says breakfast included but is very poor and limited.In 12 days we had the same breakfast everyday,the only tea that they have is black tea and that one only on request and no maple syrup at all when they served pankakes or waffles either.On the other side the room was well sized,nice comfy bed,and the housekeepers were outstanding.I was dissapointed that they charged us 50 baht for breaking a bottle of water which you can purchase in 7\11for 14 bahts and they only informed us when we checked out.I think if you are a respectable hotel you don't charge people for breaking a bottle of water which was complementary but you will more likely charge for causing damage to the room,like a lamp or a vase or something that you eat or drink from the minibar.On top of that they asked when we checked in to pay 2000 baht deposit.I offered to leave them my credit card but they declined.It makes no sense to block 2000 baht and get the deposit back on the day you leave as the money are no use to you anymore.A plus is the fact that they provide a shuttle to the beach and back as the hotel is pretty far from Ao-Nang area and they have also next to the hotel a place called Meet Up Cafe and Bistro where they serve excellent food compared to the hotel,probably the idea is to spend your money there.We have done our laundry across the street with 40baht/kg and paid about 200 baht for something that the hotel will have charged 2500.

Nice hotel overlooking mountain

Nice spacious rooms with access to swimming pool.. my kids throughly enjoyed the stay. Most of the staffs were friendly . Breakfast spread was good. Although the location was a bit off, the shuttle service was there to make up for it. Just plan your outings in advance so that you can use the shuttle service back to the hotel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Amazing new hotel

This hotel is just about a year old. Even though the name is The Phu Beach Hotel, it is not near the beach, I read reviews complaining about how far its if from the beach. My advice, please check the location of the hotel before booking. Its your fault for not checking.
I love the place, its a Gem in a secluded unnoticed area but once you came into the compound, it takes your breath away. It is not a 4 star hotel but love the colours and simplicity of the open design, very welcoming. The rooms are big enough, clean and all have direct access to the pool. I booked two double rooms direct access and it was just amazing. Being new, all appliances are good condition. Beautiful decorations which are different for each room giving a slight personal touch and individuality. The surrounding is littered with interesting figurines which is good for photo taking. Breakfast is good enough. Good staff all around. They can speak basic English
I love the LED night light. Very cool.
I came with My 6yr old daughter and she love the pool. Who doesnt?
My only gripes are the TV channels not having any international channels. They are Thai channels or dubbed over in Thai language.

It's a beautiful hotel , it's nice and spacious . It's too far out from town and there are no nearby shops which open till late night to find for tibits or even water . Hotel only opens restaurant till 10pm and after that if you're hungry you can't get anything .

great and friendly staff, spotless everywhere, amazing swimming pool, very comfortable rooms, nice hot rain shower, lovely toiletries, bed super comfy, every single room has access to a massive and clean swimming pool. Every room has balcony, great AC in each room, very complete and nice breakfast. Free shuttle to town every two hours or you can rent a motorbike in front of the hotel for 200 baths a day.

We were in love with their stunning pool access design. Room was clean, bright and spacious. On our first day, it was raining, when the rain finally stopped on 2nd day, only then we realized that the pool water was quite dirty, however it was cleaner at the centre of the pool, near the small fountain. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Power point adapter can be borrowed from the hotel, with 200 Baht deposit each. Breakfast variety was limited, but all tasted good. The hotel is far from beach front, although they provide shuttle service to the beach areas, our schedule would be lack of flexibility in order to accommodate the shuttle schedule which is 2 hours interval. Room service was okay, food tasted fine, price acceptable.

Very nice hotel and pool!!!! Staff is nice and helpful. Great choice of breakfast from Thai to Western options. Hotel has shuttle to beach but you really need to a a long tail boat to various islands for nicer beaches. Hotel is a bit far away from main tourist area but we like it. There is a great Thai little restaurant next to the hotel and food is excellent we end ate there 3 nights in a row lol.

We like Phu beach hotel for the money. It's really cool to have pool access from every room. The rooms that don't claim to have pool access when you are booking still have direct stairs down to the pool from the patio.

The location was not an issue for us because we rented a scooter. If you want an actual beach hotel, stay elsewhere. This is a beach themed hotel that is a short car or motorbike ride (10-15 minutes) from the beach.

Breakfast could definitely be improved for westerners.

Very nice boutique hotel but far from Ao Nang. They have complimentary tuk2. Pool is beautiful and breakfast is slightly above average. Everything went well until yesterday May 1 during check-out. The receptionist asked us to pay 150 Baht for a missing face towel from room A107. We disagreed and asked them to go through our suitcases n hand luggage. After 5 minutes of verbal exchange, they asked me to fill up a form saying we had not taken their towel. For the record, I also told them they did not replace our room towels for day 1 and we had to use the same towels for 2 days.

Great resort, stayed 11 days in Apr.2016. Retired couple from S. Africa, loved everything except the Pillows.
Very Hard & large. We brought our own.
The staff were marvelous, spoke english,

Very good hotel for the price, the room is descent, clean and new, the breakfast is okay, not bad as it is incorporated in hotel room price. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids and was given rooms in ground floor and we just need to go out to the balcony to access the pool. Very convenient especially with kids. Language barrier was not an issue for us as everything we requested we got, late check out, taxi ect... free wifi so for those commenting on the lack of English use google translate or something similar or learn some Thai phrases before going as the language barrier is not just unique to this hotel.

Accueil très sympatique, petit dejeuner sucré salé copieux, l’accès à la piscine depuis la chambre est très agréable. La réceptionniste très gentille a reservé une excursion pour nous et nous a remis une breakfast box car départ matinal, possibilité de reserver les transferts en ferry ou speed boat avec ramssage à l’hôtel. Laverie, supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds. Par contre un rafraîchissement serait à prevoir ainsi que le nettoyage des rideaux blancs.

Det positiva:Stora rum med bekväma sängar. Härligt att kunna kliva rakt ut i poolen som är fin ren om än lite sliten. Ok frukost, lugnt och skön stämning på hotellet. Bra med kylskåp och nya vattenflaskor varje dag. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra med gym.
Negativt: Bodde här 2019, stor försämring, fick byta rum pga av mögel doft. Nya rummet hade ändå mögel fläckar i taket på gardinerna som det fattades hängare även på tygskärmarna på lamporna var det mögel. Rent på det ytliga men fullt med damm bakom tv:n och på dörrar och hörn i rummet. Dåliga lås på rummets dörr som fick bytas ut. Saftyboxen satt ej fast så det fick vi också säga till om. Stopp flera gg i toaletten och varmvattnet funkade sisådär. De borde ha fler shutle turer om dagen till centrum och stranden. Med små enkla medel kan hotellet fräschas upp, som ex ta ned och tvätta gardiner lite oftare, samt tvätta bort möggelfläckar för att gästen inte ska känna sig obekväm.

Nous y avons passé 6 nuits et je n'ai jamais aussi bien dormi. La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, la clim bien entretenue est silencieuse. Le staff est souriant et bienveillant, le petit déjeuner varié.

Хороший отель, хорошие завтраки. Расположение от моря не близкое, но ходит шатл, тук-туки. Мы были на машине, поэтому проблем не было вообще.
Ресторан и бар у бассейна хорошие, цены нормальные. Поблизости есть несколько местных кафешек с достойной едой. Есть мелкие недочеты, которые не сильно мешали.

Super fräscht och rent hotell. Trevlig personal - väldigt hjälpsamma. Tillgång till pool dock var den inte uppvärmd så ibland var det väldigt kallt. Nära till Ao Nang där det fanns strand, massa restauranger och shopping. Moped gick att hyra från hotellet mittemot gatan vilket underlättade hela resan. Nöjd med hotellet och skulle lätt rekommendera den till andra.

Dejligt hotel som klart kan anbefales. Lækkert stort og rent værelse med direkte adgang til virkelig skøn pool.
Vi var det jul til nytår og der var primært gæster fra Asien. Det eneste minus var den dårlige roomservice - her var maden elendig. Men elles toppoint på alle fronter. Der er ca. ti minutters kørsel med den gratis shuttlebus ind til byen. Det koster 200 bath for to personer at køre turen med taxi

Veldig fornøyd

Jeg og min kone hadde 6 herlige dager ved The Phu Beach Hotel. Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, og spesielt fint var det å ha tilgang til, og utsikt over bassenget fra terassen. Maten var god, servicen upåklagelig og wifi/Internett fungerte. Drar mer enn gjerne tilbake.

Tweede vakantie in dit prima 4* hotel. Lokatie is rustig gelegen en wat verder weg van het strand. Prijs/kwaliteit is zeer goed.
Gratis transport van het hotel naar Ao Nang Beach.
Top: Zeer vriendelijk en meestal goed Engels sprekend personeel. Niets is hen teveel gevraagd.
Tip: Organisatie in het restaurant, met name tijdens het ontbijt kan beter. Alles is er, maar je moet er wel vaak om vragen. Bijvullen gebeurd op verzoek, zou vanzelfsprekend moeten zijn!
Ontbijt is vernamelijk gericht op Aziaten echter ook voldoende Westerse producten.
Schone nette kamers en heerlijk zwembad.

친절한 직원들, 유용한 셔틀버스 루트와 스케줄, 깨끗한 수영장과 환경, 만족스러운 하우스키핑 그리고 칵테일이 맛있는 풀바까지 가족을 위한 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 맞은편 타이음식점, 세탁서비스, 마사지숍 그리고 바로 옆 김치가 예술이었던 아오낭촌장님이 운영하시는 한국식당(정식오픈전이지만 이미 유명한)
걸어서 조금만 나가면 인심좋은 타이식당 맛집도 많고 24시간 마트도 있어요. 매주 목요일 호텔 맞은편에서 정말 아오낭 랜드마크의 1/3가격인 로컬마켓이 오픈! 끄라비 여행시 아오낭지역에 묵는다면 푸비치 선택입니다.
