We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.We were celebrating our 42 wedding anniversary and on our arrival received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine,which was very thoughful.
Our room with a verandah was spacious withovely country views.All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful,especially Sara and her co worker.
Communication was very prompt when messaging the hotel re certain arrangements.
Just quite disappointed that the Spa was closed due to the present situation.We most certainly will return and do not hesitate to recommend this place for anyone wanting a very quiet and relaxing break.

Fantastic location, beautiful building, nice staff. Our second visit this year and we were there four nights this time. My only reservation is that, although the food is all good, they could have more menu items for people only longer stays to have greater variety.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent service. Food was great, beautiful views over the garden and valley, very clean, large room, bed was comfy. Quiet location. Extra cost for the saunas/spa but it was worth it. Wifi was slow.

Hilltop hideaway that doesn't disappoint
Perhaps in summer this place would be throbbing but in February it was delightfully quiet. Spectacular views, beautiful building and nice people. It is a bit remote but they have everything you might need.

A real out-of-the-way gem. Well worth the detour on our Andalusian tour. We stayed a night in January and took a tour or the grounds before leaving in the morning. So beautiful! Springtime here must be magical. Dinner was good, too.

This was a wonderful hotel in one of the most beautiful corners of Spain. My only negative comment about it was the extreme difficulty of finding it. There was very little signage or directional information given. If we had not spoken Spanish and persevered, we never would have found it. Now that we know where it is, we would return in heartbeat. But other clients should be aware that this hotel is way off \"the beaten path\" --certainly worth the effort as long as you are not looking for an urban experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is perfect for people who don't mind being away from it all. Our room was lovely with a large bathroom and large jacuzi bath. The food was much better than you would expect for a small hotel and well worth eating in. Breakfast was extensive and at all times the staff were very attentive.
Our only problem was finding the hotel, having arrived in the dark. The road up is narrow and damaged and our sat nav kept wanting to direct us into a local village, Los Nagales. There are yellow signs posted directing you to the hotel, so ignore the sat nav once you are following them.
Lobos Park is nearby, which is a wolf sanctury. That is worth a visit if you are a nature lover. For about 9.5 euro's you get a one and half hour guided tour in English. We really enjoyed the experience and learned a lot about the wolves.
We would definately go to this hotel again and recommend it to others.

De jongen achter de receptie was niet echt klantvriendelijk en dat is jammer. Zwembad was gesloten omdat ze het niet hadden schoongemaakt. Dat is wel balen met temperaturen van 30graden en we juist door de ligging met het zwembad deze accommodatie hadden uitgekozen. Wel konden we ervoor kiezen om tegen betaling van € 10,00 gebruik te maken van het binnenzwembad met sauna.
Ze hadden dit beter als compensatie aan kunnen bieden omdat het buitenbad gesloten was, was wel wat klantvriendelijker geweest.

Fantastisk imødekommende personale, skøn mad og service, storslået natur og udsigt, super flot værelse med brændeovn, som var i gang da vi ankom, stor lækker kingsize seng og en skøn jaquzzi i forbindelse med værelset, meget højt til loftet med synlige bjælker fantastisk smuk værelse og udsigt til alle sider, kan varmt anbefale dette værelse. Morgenmad udsøgt, der manglede intet - nem check out. Kan kun anbefale andre at booke dette skønne hotel, det er ren afslapning- langt væk fra stres og jag - storslået natur, dejlig park at kunnen gå ture i. Søger du ro, afslapning, komfort, god betjening, udsøgt mad og top service, så er dette her stedet!

Ein wunderbares Hotel, mit Pool und einer grandiosen Umgebung. Dazu ein gutes Frühstück in der ein schönes Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Da einzig störende sind die 30 Euro extra, die für den Indoorpool verlangt werden. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen

Hotel dificil de localizar y lleno de peligros
Casi no lo encuentro. Una vez allí, el acceso al parking y piscina peligrosos. Implica reclusión pues da miedo mover el coche. El spa es escasísimo y malfuncionante. Lo unico bueno: las vistas, el personal y una cocina aceptable. No había mas gente hasta el ultimo dia que llegó una familia (eso dice mucho)

Bijzonder mooi gelegen hotel. Het hotel zelf is prachtig en de tuin is een kleine oase. Perfecte service en vriendelijk personeel. Vanuit het hotel kun je uitstapjes smaken naar o.a. Antequera, Ronda, Malaga. Ligt in de driehoek Sevilla, Cordoba en Grenada. laatste drie steden op ongeveer 100 tot 150km afstand.

Auf der Durchreise Richtung Gibraltar: Ankunft gegen 1 Uhr Nachts (mir war schon vorher klar das wir es nicht zu den normalen Rezeptionszeiten schaffen), es hing ein Zettel an der Tür, das man eine Handynummer anzurufen habe um eingelassen zu werden. Durchklingeln lassen reicht, der Portier öffnete nach 1ner Minute. Schöne, rustikale Zimmer. Super Frühstück (inkl.) mit 2 Sorten selbst gemachten Kuchens (sehr lecker). Super Aussicht. Am Pool waren wir die ersten (um 10 Uhr), erst gegen 11:30 Uhr kamen noch 2 Gäste. Wären liebend gern noch länger geblieben. Ein Hotel zum entspannen

Wer die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag, der wird diese Hotel lieben. Zur nächsten Stadt \"Antequera\" sind es gut 30 Minuten über kurvige Sträßchen. Wir waren für einige Tage dort Das Hotel liegt zwischen Malaga, Granada und Cordoba. Waren mit Mietauto unterwegs (unbedingt zu empfehlen). Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge.

Le cadre, l'hotel sont formidables, le personnel est disponible mais nous devons déplorer la qualité du restaurant. Une assiette de pata negra facturée à 18 euros et qui nous a semblé de piètre qualité car suintant le gras et goût de moisi. Nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir la première tranche coupée depuis bien longtemps. Les autres mets du repas étaient de qualité mais malheureusement comme réchauffée au micro onde. Autrement dit excellente adresse si vous dîner ailleurs avant d'y arriver.
