Feels like home everytime
It's not my first time here. It would always be my first choice, and I was so lucky this time there was a room avaialble.
It's always nice to come back here, it feels like home.
It's clean, in a very convenient location. Susanna the host is always so kind and she never makes you feel bad about anything. She treats her guest like royals. Definitely recommend it

We stayed at room 1. the room was very clean.
There is no fix reception which makes check-in difficult. The structure is just a couple of apartments on floor 3 reconfigured into some separate rooms each with an internal toilet. To enter the structure you need to open the door downstairs, take the elevator that is improvised in the staircase and then open the door to the apartments. Once inside there is a very good express coffee machine Lavazza. Then open the door of the room. In the room there was a tea-maker and lots of chewing cookies (Karamele) There were towels big and small, a TV set and a place to hang your clothes.
The most annoying thing is that the room does not have parquet or moket, just concrete tiles and there were no slippers in the room. We had to use our shoes inside the room - terrible.
The bed was, I do not know why, but shorter than at home. Probably a 190cm, not longer.
There was a hear dryer in the toilet. But the washing liquids in the shower were on the floor.
The pressuriser in the bathroom was snoring all night long.
Tax is 6 eur per night per person.
Then next morning brakfast - terrible. you have to get out and walk around the market. at the bar that was supposed to serve breakfast they asked us not to sit outside, but in an ugly room inside. there were only sweets available either croissant or some other cookie. No bread, butter, ham or cheese. No eggs. Practically just a coffee service in an ugly room inside whre there were some cartoon boxes.

This is my second time staying there. I loved it already the first time. The location is very convenient. The place is beautiful, very welcoming, supet clean and comfortable.

This place was a steal. It’s very private, feels more like an Airbnb than a “hotel.” I booked the double private room, which had a nice bed, and clean bathroom with a shower & toilet. The room also had a mini fridge and TV. Before my arrival, I got a message from the host & informed him I would be arriving late (9pm). He connected me with someone to let me in, and communicated via WhatsApp due to me not having international service. They called me right when I arrived & let me into the building promptly. It was an easy, private, place to stay with an incredible location. I would recommend it to a couple spending most of the day outside or someone traveling alone.

I really enjoyed my stay! I took the metro to Ottavani station and it was a 5 min walk to the place. I didn’t realize I was suppose to call them when I arrived so I waited outside for around 45mins. I called and someone came over and checked me in. I booked the single room for myself and I was upgraded to a double!! Fantastic. The room was spacious, very clean, just what I needed (no iPhone clock though). The bathroom was great also. The area does not have a lot of tourists which was nice, more locals. Great places to eat at and shop (groceries and clothing/souvenirs) all within walking distance. 30-40min walk to the main tourist attractions in the city center or 10min by metro. Only issue I had was the wifi was out for 2 days (Saturday and Sunday), not really a big deal but may affect some people.

The room was pleasant and clean (if decorated a little weird). However, despite agreeing with the owners of the hotel that I was to arrive at a specific time - I was unable to access the building and no-one was answering the bell. I eventually called them and someone came to meet me (seemingly not from within the hotel though). To be honest, after a long journey the last thing I needed was to be stuck in the mid afternoon sun trying to trace the owners... Similarly, when I left there was no-one at reception and so I gave my room keys to the cleaner.

It was a perfectly clean well appointed and comfortable room. We even got two rooms for the price of one.
My only problem was there was no front desk device both on our arrival and during our stay. We were give the keys and literally left alone in the hotel. It would have helped if we had a receptionist to open the door and settle us in to find basic basic places and things were.
I would recommend it and I would return to this hotel.

Fantastic B&B in a great location in Rome, not far from the metro with easy access to all the sites of Rome and only a short walk to the
Vatican and ST Peters. The hotel was modern and beautifully furnished an cleaned to a high standard each day. Overall had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel.

This is our very first time to stay at a bed and breakfast place in Italy and we were very pleased with our stay here. The hosts are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They try very hard to help you and make sure that you are comfortable and happy. they really make you feel like HOME! The room itself is very clean and cozy, and the location of the place is fantastic, just a few blocks away from the Vatican city. the stay here is unlike staying in a formal hotel that oftentimes makes you feel like a tourist and therefore out of touch with the city. staying here really gives you a very special experience at Rome, making you feel like you are living in the city as a local while at the same time receiving the hotel-level service:)

Air con was amazing as was the location. Looks like the hotel is slightly out of the city but it was 10 mins walk from the river and the Vatican and allowed you to escape the crowds!!! Very quiet to sleep.

Loved is little place. Location was perfect, just a block or two from the Vatican, we found it excellent to walk anywhere we wanted to in Rome. Great that it had a little lift that would take the luggage upstairs. The hotel was so private, the staff, when we dealt with them, were excellent. The decor was just lovely especially all the black and white photos around all of the apartment. Would definitely recommend Ai Senatori and next time in Rome we will stay here.

Perfect!!
Fantastic hotel! I loved the modern look of the decor. Bed was super comfortable after long days of hoofing it all over Rome. Really close to the Vatican and Ottaviano Metro stop. The neighborhood has plenty of little convenience stores and pharmacies for any need that might arise. Highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again next time I'm in Rome!

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe des Vatikans. Gut erreichbar vom Flughafen mit dem Shuttlebus & Metro sowie Bus in der Nähe. Einziger kleiner Abzug, die Zimmer sind recht ringhörig und je nach Nachbarn hört man wirklich jeden Ton, egal um welche Uhrzeit. Susanna ist mega! Herzlicher Empfang, immer hilfsbereit. Hab mich wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The owner contacted us prior to our arrival and gave us a ride to and from the airport for a flat rate of 40€ each way. A very nice way of escaping expensive taxis. Owner was welcoming and the room looked as shown on pictures. A bit of wear and tear but nothing more than a bit of chipped paint. Price was great and location even better, would highly recommend this to anyone

il bed and breakfast e' situato in una posizione super strategica a pochissimi passi dalla metropolitana. dopo aver atteso il check-in per 25min. a causa del \"traffico\" inatteso di una citta' come Roma... la camera e' accogliente, ben tenuta e ben arredata, unica pecca l'acqua calda che va e viene e rende la doccia un po' \"irregolare\" e la donna delle pulizie che lascia la finestra spalancata (a roma c'erano 12° alla sera durante la mia visita). un bed and breakfast ma senza breakfast (solo un caffe' con due biscottini o bollitore in camera) dal prezzo un po' alto per quello che offre... in pratica si paga la posizione ottima!

Номера новые, очень чистые, каждый день происходит уборка, меняют постельное белье и полотенца. В ванной новая сантехника. Очень удобная кровать, много ТВ каналов, есть мини холодильник. nice room, but no reception service!
difficult to find the hotel, n the hotel never mention that i need to contact them before arrive, the result was nobody in the hotel for giving me the room, finally, i need to ask the neighbor who live next to the hotel for contact the staff come back to the hotel n give me the room! the hotel is only an apartment in a building, when i want to check out, nobody in the reception, i need to keep the luggage for serval hours, no choice that i have to take the key out, n left the luggage in my room, but when i came back, the staff blames me that i took the key out, that make the new guests cannot get the key! whatsup! they must have spare key!! the one who need to complain is me!!!

O B&B é muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô Ottaviano, 10min a pé da Basílica de São Pedro e de fácil acesso a outros pontos turísticos, a pé ou por transporte público. O quarto era grande, muito limpo e confortável. O box do banheiro é um pouco apertado, mas não chegou a ser um problema. A única recomendação que dou é entrar em contato antes da chegada porque quase nunca tem alguém responsável lá para te receber. Então, para evitar quaisquer transtornos, é bom combinar um horário para que o check-in ocorra sem problemas. De resto, tudo foi ótimo e tivemos uma estadia muito agradável em Roma.

Tout simplement génial
L'accueil est y personnalisé avec le sourire, ce b and b est dans un immeuble particulier ou il y a d'autres résidents à 5 minutes de la cité vaticane dans un quartier non touristique et proche de commerces et restaurants ( dont un très bon \" l'archetto\" à 10 mètre). Le quartier y est agréable et calme. La chambre est tout en longueur, assez spacieuse dans le style romain avec le nécessaire : bouilloire pour thé et café, délicieux bonbons, bouteille d'eau fraiche , un petit réfrigérateur ( type bar d'hôtel) bien pratique pour quelques rafraîchissement ou produits frais. une tv écran plat large avec chaîne italienne, la climatisation réglable ( un peu capricieuse parfois, mais très agréable), une salle de bain fonctionnelle avec grande douche. La propriété des lieux est excellente ( ménage fait tout les jours, attention parfois les personnes entrent, donc laissez sur la porte), bref le lieu est parfait, j'y est passer un très bon séjour. 5 minutes de la cité vaticane, du métro Ottanavio, 20 minutes du Coeur de Rome. bref ce B et B est parfait dans tout les sens du terme.
