Had 2 coffee pods in the room that I cannot use because the machine was broken during my whole stay. The room is no where close to the pictures shown. Safe does not work either. Staff was not there when I was going to check out, so I just left the key in the room.

Very clean; air conditioning works well. Though there is no concierge per se, Anna was very responsive. When the cab driver we had arranged to take us to the port didn’t show, she immediately got us a taxi on a day it was hard to get one!

The host Anna was absolutely amazing, she helped with so many things and answered every question we had. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was brilliant especially for the vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. She also arranged transport for us to the cruise terminal in civitavecchia with a brilliant driver who picked us up in a lovely mercedes for the same cost as a normal taxi. 10/10 for everything.

Lots of restaurants nearby. Owner, Anna was extremely helpful answering all our questions and giving recommendations. She was terrific. We stayed there twice, once on each end of our Italian vacation. We had no problems walking the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

The Suites are located in a central location and it was easy for us to get to sites that we wanted to see from there. It was not far from the Vatican, which we walked to, and to many other sites. Being that it was in a central location, we were exposed to many locals, and it was great! There was some noise outside at times, but that didn't bother us at all.
We found the address for the Suites in a building with several other domiciles, but it was listed on the plate to the left of the front door, if I recall. There are some stairs up to the suites, just in case that is important to anyone considering staying here. For us, it was not an issue.
We based our decision to stay there on past reviews, and we were very happy with our choice. It was a different experience for us to stay in private suites, and, after our stay, we would definitely go back to Chester Suites, and indeed, try a stay like this elsewhere.

What we like about this boutique suite it is very unique with four suites only, it’s clean, quiet and close to the Basilica Di San Pietro, Castel San Angelo, Piazza de Popolo and many restaurants and many boutiques.
Anna is a very accommodating person while we were there, she helped us how to get around Rome, she booked a taxi for us to the airport. Than you Anna for everything!

Walking distance to Vatican, which is why we chose this location (we had early VIP tour). However, heavy construction near and around hotel and not a lot of options for dining and public transport. Noisy and dirty because of construction but once this is done, the stay would be better.

This hotel is amazing. Tucked away on a narrow street 2 blocks from the harbor. A very short walk to the main dining and night life area. 1 mile from the cruise port. Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff was exellent and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Paulo made our stay most memorable. From a tour of the hotel to delivering drinks to our room, he has us ready to book Malta again.

I really like the level of security the property had since I was there with a friend of mine and we are both women. The location is around many shops and restaurants. It is a bit a walk from other sites but so close to the Vatican. My friend and I walked from the room to everywhere, the colosseum, Trevor fountain, etc and it was not bad. When you check in they give you a map of sites and explain transportation. I am very satisfied with my stay and the bed was SOO comfortable

The Chester Suites was well situated not far from the Vatican and walkable to other interesting parts of Rome. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and very quiet. Immediately downstairs was a salon allowing my wife to have a wash and blow dry whenever needed at a very fair price. But most importantly, Anna, who runs the “Suites” was available, helpful and always cheerful. We would definitely stay there again. A 5 star experience

The location was great - not quite downtown Rome which was good to get us out of the hussle and bussle of the city but close enough to walk to everything.

The accomodation is so well placed. If you have walking shoes, you can easily walk to all the attractions. The rooms have AC which is a blessing in the hot months. There is a coffee machine in the entrance hall which serves the nicest machine coffees!

Conveniently placed near the Vatican, getting taxis to and from was no problem. Restaurant downstairs (Zig) is fantastic and well priced. This is a great base for exploring the City and was exaclty what we were looking for. Anna wad also very helpful and attentive - thank you for looking after us during our stay!
