We loved our stay here. The location is close to everything you want to see and a 15 minute walk to beaches. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything. They answered all our questions in our planning of a day trip and their super cool 1943 Citroen was our ride to and from the train.

The only negative is that the owner (at least we think she was) watched our every move at breakfast (sometimes sitting there with a friend) which made us feel very uncomfortable. She also sat watching everything and everyone when we dined in their charming restaurant in the square.

These luxury apartments are amazing! The staff is extremely responsive, very respectful, and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Francesco and Rocco were both fabulous. Our bus to Monopoli arrived much later than we anticipated, but they continued to stay in touch with us to request status updates and understand when they needed to pick us. The rooms are all clean, big, and very modern - very beautiful and no complaints.The breakfast spread was beyond our expectations, offering everything from eggs and bacon to focaccia and smoked salmon. Finally, the location of this particular hotel is key. Our room had a view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea, and we were in the heart of Monopoli’s historic center. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! It exceeded our expectations in every way!
The last thing I’ll mention is that the hotel was located a 15 minute walk from the Monopoli train station. Super easy and super convenient. Just do it!

I would highly recommend you try it especially on a Sunday. The food was really good! Everyone was nice and would give a shoutout to Patricia the manager who was very accommodating and very helpful. You can always ask her for suggestions and help anytime you needed her during the stay. We have a really nice stay and enjoyed it, except for some minor problems. Our room tends to get hot and we can’t control the thermostat and it tends to get a little bit noisy at night. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Would highly recommend it.

The property I stayed in, \" a sea view apartment\", No 11, looked directly over the new larger harbour of Monopoli and was adjacent to the castle tower. . The Xmas and New year decorations were still up and the whole area seemed to be decorated in the \"old historic centre\".

We loved our stay! The attention to detail in our suite was much appreciated. We had everything we needed...shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, dental kit, shaving kit, q-tips, coffee maker, bottled water (dont need bottled water...water out of the faucet is great). We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was amazing with all the choices, etc. You are located off the main Piazza which is nice because it is quiet but still convenient to everything. They have a car that can pick you up outside of Centro Storico...we didnt need it, but we took it and Rocco was awesome (the driver).

Literally EVERYTHING about my stay here was great! The property is in the best location, with easy access to amazing dining and historic sights. The room was spotless, comfortable and very well-appointed.
But perhaps the best part of the stay was the staff, who absolutely went out of their way to be helpful, professional and welcoming! Patricia and her team were simply the best!

Amazing studio apartment in the old town
Excellent location in the historic old town, nestled in the beautiful old streets. I was collected from the train station at no extra charge. The studio apartment was fairly, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities I needed as a solo traveler in hight of summer. Reception even provided me with a beach towel on request. The included breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had; I highly recommend the focaccia, cheesecake, cream filled doughnut to be enjoyed alongside a healthy breakfast.

Simply a wonderful hotel/apartments. It is the second time my wife and I have stayed here for a week in the last year and it was excellent.

Great apartment style accomadations. Very comfortable and beautiful view from the bedroom of the sea. Right in the centre of old town, perfect location. Rocco can drive you to places within old town and also out to the beach clubs or teain station, very handy as it us very difficult to get a taxi. Cleaners were there every day and we great with restocking everything. The owner is a lovely woman who always made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast is delicious and their restuarant for dinner was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This Apartment Hotel is wonderful! The reception hostess went above and beyond expectations to assist me and get me complete after a long day of delayed trains and travel. She arranged a pickup for me at the train station (in their very cool vintage car) even though it was getting late in the evening. I'm already planning on coming back to this gorgeous property. The room is fabulous with luxury amenities and oh so comfortable bed and linens. The location in Monopoli is also perfect!

Nice but a little noisy
Amazing location, nice size apartment and super cute courtyard for drinks. The issue being noise (not from outside but in) and temperature. We were kept awake most of the two nights we were there by neighbouring apts, and the apt was so hot the aircon just made no difference whatsoever. The ‘superb’ breakfast was also sadly disappointing, as just really some sweet treats and fruit. However, for a couple of nights stay you couldn’t beat the sea-side location in the heart of the old town and we felt very welcome by the friendly staff.

Excellent experience. I needed a last-minute place to stay during a road trip in Puglia and this was the perfect solution. I booked the same day and arrived later in the evening and Patricia at the front desk was incredibly helpful both in terms of generously finding a place for me to park and in welcoming us. After staying at some very nice places during my last two months' travels in Italy, this hotel has been the most pleasant. Everything was of a quality with the comfort of the guest in mind: from Himalayan salt in the well stocked kitchen to a bottle of each, naturale and frizzante, water in the fridge, to rain shower in the bathroom. All adds up to a genuine valuation of 'superb'. I think the town of Monopoli also desrves a mention. Tuscany in general, Tropea in Calabria and Lecce in Apulia, all were 'best places', for me. Couldn’t recommend these apartments more!! The room was exactly as described and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way! The apartments are easy to find and in the heart of Monopoli! You will have to park over near the beach overnight! Great stay and if we ever come back we will definitely be staying here again!!!
