We stayed here for 9 nights and honestly I was really disappointed with the experience especially because of how expensive it was. The location was great due to it being in the center of the city but it was sooo loud at night. We could hear the music and the people till about 2 am every night (the nights with the live music right in the square were the worst) and then at 4 am this horrible crashing of bottles sound due to people picking up trash and this was on a nightly basis. It was also really hot in the room the AC did not work that well. We told the front desk about it but they brushed us off and never brought it up again. The free parking was kinda far and we had to make that walk in the hot sun every day. I was under the impression that the tuk tuk would be able to take us back and forth but he was never there. The shower was also so small I could barely wash my hair in there. The front desk staff was not very friendly and kind of made it seem like a burden every time we needed something. It was not really the “nicer hotel” experience I was hoping for.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is located in a great location right in centro storico. The staff were super helpful and even have an amazing man named Mario to help bring you to and from your car in a free parking lot since the hotel is located in a walking only zone. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful time in Monopoli

We had an amazing stay at Palazzo Indelli. The AC worked very well - much needed this summer. Our room was very spacious with high ceilings. Great central location, close to the water and lots of restaurants / shops.

It is in a main piazza with multiple bars/ restaurants, which can get noisy at night. On Wednesday night, there was very loud live music until midnight. This was fine for us, but if you have kids or are going to bed early you may want to consider this when booking.

Service was amazing, the front desk was so helpful with helping us book taxis - even on last minute notice. Nice included breakfast every morning!

The reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were charged 30 euros per night for a baby cot for our one-year-old daughter. We were in Puglia for two weeks and stayed in several hotels, and this was the only one that charged us a fee for a cot.
The room was very noisy due to music playing from the bars and restaurants on the square.

The best hotel in Puglia

This was my first stay in Monopoli. I have no complaints. Palazzo Indelli is gorgeous, the food amazing, the service insuperable. Marilenia, (sorry if I’m writing your name incorrectly), was so sweet and amazing as well as the two gentlemen who also took care of us in concierge. All of them were so polite, professional and helpful. The two ladies at breakfast were so sweet! I am looking forward to visit Palazzo Indelli next summer with the rest of the family. If you need a taxi, please tell concierge to call Sergio, best driver! Speaks great English and is so polite and professional. Monopoli is a quaint little town with cobblestone streets, beautiful and sweet people. One train stop from Palignano a Mare. Another beautiful And small town. My experience at Palazzo Indelli was superb. Thank you so much!

This is a lovely hotel, beautifully renovated. I was very impressed. My room was large and comfy with amazingly high ceilings. The staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is at the heart of Monopoli in the best position on the central square in the old town. The sea is one minute away.

Lovely hotel on Monopoli's main plaza. Perfect location for seeing the town. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a large balcony shared by 4 rooms. The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful.Would stay there again.

The management and hotel is excellent! We had a car which made it difficult to get near the piazza that the hotel was situated upon check in but the managers on site were very helpful and accommodating. We called the hotel and the tuktuk driver met us, ushered us to a free, secure parking lot, then drove us to the property. Once we were familiar with the area and surroundings we could walk to the car park in about 10-15 easy minutes. On a side note, as many Italian hotels the showers are incredibly small. So is the case here but otherwise the hotel room, bed, pillows, air conditioning and service were excellent. Highly recommend.

Indelli is located right smack in the heart of the tourist restaurant & shopping area. We loved the location. Staff were so nice! Our room was modern, had great AC, coffeemaker, minifrig, hairdryer & safe. Front desk has an iron. Bring conditioner as the shower had a bodywash/shampoo dispenser. I don't think there was body lotion & bring euro adapter plugs. Free WiFi worked great & nightstands had outlets. Some nearby restaurants had live music til midnight, but I have a white noise app on my phone that easily drowned outside noise. We rented a car & were a bit confused on luggage dropoff & subsequent parking, but got texted directions & it wasn't too hard. We were going to pay 30€ a day to park closer to the hotel, but the inside garage had lots of columns & the car had no backup cameras, so we nixed that & used the free parking lot. Within certain hours, you pay 5€ for hotel golf cart each way (not pp) & it was convenient & quick. If you walk it's about 12 min (or 8 from garage) & people were around so we felt safe, though we weren't out after midnight. Had our train been later, the shuttle would've taken us to the station but the front desk got us a taxi for 20€/cash. Breakfast had lots of options. Ask for cappuccinos as we found them better than the coffee. We checked out the night before bc our train was early & they had a breakfast bag at the desk in the morning. Of course no coffee, but it was filled with juice, water, & goodies. We would love to stay there again!

The perfect hotel in Monopoli

We had the most amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful & it’s in the most perfect location. We had a huge room with a large balcony that overlooked a city courtyard with cute cafes & restaurants. It was near everything, the old town, the water front & the cutest streets with shops.
Franco & Marilena were at the front desk & were absolutely lovely & super helpful. They both spoke perfect English & were extremely kind & friendly. They helped us with car / taxi service & gave us excellent suggestions for local restaurants, site seeing & beautiful towns to visit. The hotel also has a beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Our breakfast was included & was fantastic with a nice variety. Overall this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in & the location is absolutely perfect.
Also a huge plus was the fantastic air conditioning in the room with a comfortable king size bed.
Book this hotel in gorgeous Monopoli, you won’t be sorry.

Hotel Indelli in Monopoli

We had the most amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful & it’s in the most perfect location. We had room #112 & it was a huge room with a large balcony that overlooked a city courtyard with cute cafes & restaurants. It was near everything, the old town, the water front & the cutest streets with shops.

A true Monopoli experience with A++ service

Our stay was excellent. Before we arrived, the staff was assisting us with airport transfers and answering any questions we had. When we landed, we received a message from the front desk letting us know the status of our driver. We had a great room, super quiet, comfortable beds, amazing air conditioning (a huge plus for the area especially in August). The customer service was above and beyond without being prompted. The area couldn’t have been more convenient, either. Run don’t walk to Palazzo Indelli. I wish we stayed longer.

Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that was a negative would have been the noise at night if your room faces the square. Rooms were large with comfortable beds and nice linens. Very beautiful area with great restaurants and lovely walks. Parking is pretty far away, but the hotel has a driver that can pick up and drop off guests to the public parking lot. Would stay at this property again.

Monopoli is a delightful place and Palazzo Indelli is right at the heart of the old town. With cafes and restaurants on its doorstep and lovely views of the harbour just round the corner, its location is perfect.

The staff are fabulous and were able to accommodate an early check in. You have a lot of dining options and activity nearby, just note that there are no taxis available in the area, so you’ll need to organize driver transportation which the Hotel can also organize for you.
The front desk staff are extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Monopoli is beautiful.

Great night for family in monopoli old town

We had a lovely night. It is in a really good position in the old town in the best square for food and drinks, but was not noisy (in April). We had pizza in the hotel restaurant which was good. Staff were lovely. Family room was very nice and big enough for two adults and two large teenagers.

We had only one night in Monopoli,but this hotel was perfectly placed 500 years ago near the old port and the entry to the old town. Walking around was quite easy and festive during the Christmas holiday season… the staff was attentive to our needs and made our short visit memorable…

Decent hotel

First off, I have VIP GOLD status. This hotel obviously has zero idea what that means. I requested a bit of an early check in but the unfriendly lady at the desk at the time of check in said I could not check in until 3. There was nobody staying in my single room I can guarantee that. The hotel was very quiet and not very many people staying there. The room was the smallest room I have ever seen and there was no blanket, only a bed sheet. This was the single room. The bed was a hostel sized bed made for a 12 year old.
The night front desk guy was really nice and friendly and provided me with a blanket the next night.
The hotel is in a great location and has the best free breakfast so far that I have encountered in Italy. At the time of check out the unfriendly lady was back. Shemade me payfor the Tourism tax again, thesame tax I paid for when I checked in. I have both receipts to prove it. I didn't have time to argue and the price was not really worth the energy to do so. I paid it and left. All in all the hotel is good but just don't book the single room and hopefully you dont have to meet the lady at the front desk. I travel a lot and I am super low maintenance, especially with accommodations. I was just very surprised the was she treated me

Room.had a terrace overlooking the piazza which was a great place to sit and relax after a day exploring the old town. Although there were areas marked out by plant pots, the terrace was essentially shared with 3 other rooms thus by no means private. Not a huge issue but wasnt clear on booking that it was basically a shared area.

Lovely place and very helpful staff. Location was perfect for exploring the town and some great places to eat snd drink nearby. Hotel restaurant food was fabulous too so didnt have to look far for great eats!

What a fabulous place to stay in Monopoli & what amazing staff. The reception manager was super helpful & the tuk tuk driver was so helpful taking us to the parking area & back- thank you! Beautiful location- right in the centre of the old town & walkable to all the attractions, bars & restaurants. A fabulous breakfast was included as well as the tuk tuk transfer back to our car. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Monopoli!

Well appointed modern and very nice. Room was very small: a bit surprising for a 4 stars hotel but other rooms can be bigger or with a nice terrace over looking the piazza. We took a less costly room which might explain. Generous and very good breakfast. Little free shuttle available for transport back to the train station but since the historic center has hours where no cars are allowed in, this might apply to that small vehicle. Better check.

Our stay here was average. The room we were put in was very small, no luggage cart or place to put any bags. The cleaning staff were also horrifically loud every morning. We were located on floor 1 and at 7am they were slamming doors, yelling, and making noise in the hallway, all 3 of the mornings we stayed there. There was mold on the shower tile in the grout in spots and corners.
Breakfast was very good, great selection of fresh items and egg/omelette station.
The front desk was helpful in arranging transport to and from parking, and holding our bags prior to check-in.
The service was perfectly average, nothing bad, but nothing outstanding either.
A good hotel and stay overall.

The best hotel option in Monopoli. Have been happy guests there for many years. It is a great historical property, privately owned, well kept with friendly staff.
This year we experienced a little inconvenience as our room wasn’t cleaned on the last day of our stay.
Also, the new bar manager and cocktail maker wasn’t simply as good as last year’s in terms of quality of drinks. That was partially compensated by the amazing breakfast room staff in the morning.
Overall, we enjoyed our 2023 summer vacation at Indelli.

Leider gauckeln einem die Fotos der Zimmer etwas falsches vor. Wir hatten einen Standard Double Room gebucht, weil auf den eingestellten Fotos eine Terrassentür mit einer netten Sitzgelegenheit im Freien zu sehen ist. Stattdessen hatten wir ein dunkles Zimmer mit einem kleinen Fenster mit Blick auf die Wand des Doms.
Die gezeigt Terasse ist ein für alle Gäste zugänglicher Innenhof (siehe Foto)
