Staff super! À l’écoute et très gentils. Par contre le mois d’octobre n’est pas le moment pour séjourner à ce complexe. Saison basse veux dire pas de piscine chauffée, la plage est démontée et 1 seul resto buffet est ouvert et la nourriture est pas super.

Para un hotel 4 estrellas y su precio le falta mucho para mejorar y dar un servicio 4 estrellas, los cuartos les falta mantenimiento. No dan productos para la limpieza personal, solo las toallas, trabajan bajo un concepto \"eco\" y debes llevar la llave del cuarto contigo ya que es la misma que activa las luces y el aire acondicionado, asi que cuando llegas el cuarto esta caliente, el menu del desayuno siempre es el mismo, no esta ma pero por su categoriany precio deberian mejorar

Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. Food is incredibile.

The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all. Floor were mopped but not vacuumed which was quite disgusting with hairs and dust left sticking down. Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! Probably overstretched cleaning team doing way too much. The lifeguard on the big pool could use some mannners! As the lady manager at the beach bar.
All in all we would go back but such a shame this could be the perfect place.

Nice but not worth the money

We stayed here for 1 night. What was good
- rooms were clean and spacious
- pool areas were large
- kids area was good

Here is what was not so good
- check in at 5pm is the latest of any hotel I have stayed in and it took ages to get my keys despite there being 3 people on reception
- they charge you EUR 30 per night on top of the room rate for the ‘use of the facilities’ which is ridiculous
- the WiFi was down at night in all areas other than reception

Overall for the money I expected more

This is a really nice resort that is customer focused! I loved that it had inclusive food options and lots to do for kids! Great place for families or couples.

The food at all the meals was very good and felt like restaurant quality.

Some areas of opportunities - outside the rooms could be cleaner with leaves and pine needles to be removed. This would make the rooms cleaner as things wouldn’t come in. I would have appreciated the room being cleaned daily, which was not done. Just beds made and new linens.

Very nice hotel, super clean and modern and with friendly staff. The only thing that I (and, from what I overheard, others guests) found quite annoying is having to top up your card/key to spend money at the hotel (you can’t use your own bank card). This means that you need to keep track of much you have left and walk all the way to the reception top up if you don’t have enough. Prices at the bars are also extortionate, like almost double the price than anywhere in town.

Senza parola! I'd never been treated like this level of excellency especially by the hotel staff in Italy! At this time was for my parents invited to Italy for 45 years marriage anniversary, their services were way more beyond expectations! I'm very sensitive with people behavior thus good staff services(more of it tends to be a personality that whoever the staff presents to clients in the end) are very important.
By the lead of Mariangela(mi dispiace se c’è doppio \"a\"), assistant director we had the extraordinary services at this resort….rooms were excellent way more enough covered a little con(night noises at 601), and specially the last night they cleaned the room AT NIGHT when we went to the apuglian buffet dinner at the facility✨Even at the little high end facilities don’t wanna do this kind of service so very special and meet well at our needs👏not just last night but the daily cleanings were flawless and we had very comfortable staying for entire 3nights.
At the breakfast they prepared “auguri” cake and from her blessings for parents with helping family photos, with reserved outside spacious seats beside a big tree😌Even if it’s raining they helped us at our needs of seating near the buffet so my 74-75 years olds were reachable to their wants for the breakfast. also my vegan latte d’avena e insalata😋 Bellavista is everywhere from 602 suite, we can see/hear the ocean waves without need of walking mornings/nights, walkable nature gem lungomare, nearby “Torre Cintola” 💖

The good: The buffet breakfast was great! Lot of selection and a good barista. The bar staff was also very helpful.

The bad: The bidet was dirty when we arrived. The cleaning staff did not clean it or the toilet the next morning either. The air conditioning didn’t work and it was so hot we had to open booth doors in the middle of the night. We told front desk and they pressed some buttons and said it should then work. The only noticeable change was that we could change the temperature as far down as 15 whereas 18 was the lowest before but still no air conditioning. There was also a conference that was going on in the main area and the music was blasting until 11pm. In our 10 days in Italy this was definitely our worst stay.

We booked a suite for November. When we arrived, the front gate was closed, and we had to use the intercom ask them to open the gate. The lady who answered was rude and inpatient. Instead of a suite, they gave us two family rooms, which cost much less. When I asked, the reception lady, which was also very rude, told us the suites were closed during off season, but later at night we could see a couple of them had guests staying there. I ended up contacting Expedia to deal with the hotel and get the difference in price back. Very unpleasant experience staying here.

The domed rooms were cute and in a good garden setting. The beach is rocky and not useable. The pools are great. The breakfast was good but the same everyday. The restaurant food we tried once wasn’t that great. About 10-15 minutes drive from the town which was nice and by the water.

This is a lovey hotel with accommodation dotted around the site in pods. Plenty of facilities, sports courts, 2 pools, restaurant and bar. Unfortunately some of the amenities were not open during our stay, e.g. the shops and rooftop restaurant, which was disappointing as it was only September. If you haven't paid for full board you can dine in the buffet restaurant for 35 euros each including wine, however the food choice wasn't great and the hot meal was below par. Breakfast choice not great either with long queues for coffee and hot food - this consisted of only scrambled egg and bacon every day. Had lunch one day which was expensive for a very poor/small pasta dish. We were advised by reception that there were 2 other restaurants in walking distance, but when we walked along the road at night to find them there was nothing open - a bit of misinformation here. Pool area lovely with plenty of loungers and nice music, beach area consisted of small decking area but very rocky and no obvious access to the sea. Bar prices quite steep but as there's nowhere else to go locally there's no alternative but to pay them! Location a bit out of the way and car required to drive to the nearby town of Monopoli but a lovely resort which is probably very busy in the summer months.

All in all a nice hotel with good amenities, 2 swimming pools and a private beach, this, however, being rocky. So bathing shoes are recommended. Food choice (and quality) was, in comparison with other hotels of a similar standard, somewhat limited. Food items such as eggs (scrambled or boiled) and others were not quickly replenished and there was often quite a wait for coffee or tea. Also, not enough cups and bowls. Staff friendly and helpful. The entertainment on offer was good. Good parking and a bus service into Monopoli from.the outside of the hotel (recommended).

Rude staff, weird atmosphere, terrible food. There’s no beach (just a fake sand in front of the rocks) and the AC barely worked. I didn't use the amazing swimming pool because it was mandatory to use SWIM CAPS! Like in the 50’s.

The hotel is nice for an all inclusive type of vacation. Good to travel with family, but not for a VIP tour of Monopoli or Puglia.
I selected the hotel thinking it had a beach to relax, but it was very limited and far from the city of Monopoli if you want to have dinner

One they ran out of food - could not manage a simple toast
The second night the ice machine broke so could not even put a cocktail together
One ice machine in the whole complex? It’s a bad joke

Furthermore with many people watching the Euro Finals management could not organise a suitable space. Everyone had to watch it in the small bar television WITHOUT any sound.

Check in staff at the reception is inexperienced who have very limited knowledge of the property and services.
Spa has only 1 person managing the spa and the services. She won’t answer or return the call for hours. And the staff at the front won’t pass the message.
Not many activities on the property and the beach is all rocks..
Dining options are limited.
However the rooms are good and bed comfortable.

We used the resort as base to drive/visit other towns (Alberobello. Monopoli, Ostuni, etc) Attentive, helpful reception staff. Convenient on-site self parking and manned security gate. Well maintained grounds, 2 pools (chlorine & sea water). Buffet breakfast with plenty of seating, including outdoor. Large room with semi-private back patio. Good A/C. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom, abundant hot water. Highly recommended!

Only lunch and dinner options were buffet which was 30 and 35euro per person. I thought there should have been more options as we were hoping to spend most of our time in the resort, but walked down the seafront for other restaurants instead.
Breakfast buffet had very limited choices.

Also you were not allowed in the pool without a swim hat, we didnt know this so had to buy swimhats to be able to use the pool.

The hotel was OK. Few points that I wasn’t expecting though. Although the check-in is at 5pm, my room was only ready at 6pm. The AC is the room is locked and you can only turn up or down by 2 degrees. Access to the pool requires a cap to be worn which I had to buy… The food options are OK, but limited in range and time you can have them. Towels are only available with a paper card and there was a queue to collect them.

It is a good place to travel with kids, but not if you want to swim in the sea. The Beach is a disaster, unfortunately. Adriatic is not a best option to swim, it is not hotel’s fault, but dining buffet food was not good. For the first time being in Italy I didn’t like the food and I love Italian food everywhere in Italy. Also the buffet restaurant at evening has no atmosphere, it feels cheap. We were dining out, because we had a car. The restaurants around are good. We didn’t try a la carte restaurant since the negative buffet experience. Overall it is nice territory, cute buildings, 2 nice swimming pools, one of them is a great option for kids , nice pool exercise program. There is very strange layout for second swim pool, there was no door that opens to sidewalk, people usually climbed over. I never saw it in hotels before, it was quite bizarre.

Very pleasant stay! There were lots of fun activities that went on throughout the day for all ages, and you could comfortably join in or not. It had a summer camp vibe for families, as well as groups of friends, or couples. The beachfront location is beautiful, there are 2 huge pools, one of which is salt water directly from the ocean. We only had the breakfast, and it was wonderful.

It definitely feels like an all inclusive resort (which I think it is) and that really isn't our thing, but it was a good value. Transportation can be really difficult if you don't have your own car - we used the public bus service which was decent. Stops every two hours.

Absolutely stunning hotel that was squeaky clean everywhere. The setting was stunning. Couldn’t complain about the room although the view was poor - but then we’d asked got a quiet room.
Both pools were huge. One more kids/activity oriented and other more adult/ laps oriented. No problem getting a sun lounger. Shame we couldn’t swim from the rocky beach but it was very windy making it too choppy to swim.
Breakfast was just okay. I hate cheap fruit juice that tastes like squash. Lots of cake options, croissants and some cheese/ ham options.
Overall a good hotel and would return.

Really nice hotel with nice rooms, quiet pool, loud fun pool and lovely (rock) beach. Great location and close to lots to see and do.

Only real drawback is the wi-fi is barely usable. If you need to do any level of work while away this will not be the best for you. Shame because this is, presumably, easily fixed.

Our first kids’ club hotel and it was special. Kids loved going there, morning and afternoon. My wife and I relaxed. Evening entertainment was super. Food was varied and a good quality. Swimming pools both great even for young kids.

La camera era sporca, sul lenzuolo c'era un capello,lo stesso nel telo, c'era polvere,il bagno era sporco,per non parlare dell' interruttore della luce diventato ormai giallo e la luce sullo specchio con tantissima polvere. La camera il giorno dopo non è stata pulita,ho fatto la doccia e lasciato gli asciugamani a terra per farli cambiare,al mio rientro dalla colazione era rimasto tutto uguale,la doccia sporca ancora con tutti i capelli a terra e gli asciugamani dentro, era stato sistemato solo il letto alla buona.La colazione ancora più deludente non c'era cibo a sufficienza per tutti,il buffet sempre vuoto e bisognava aspettare tantissimo prima che venisse preparato qualcos'altro. Le quattro stelle non so come facciano ad averle forse per l'esterno,ma per tutto il resto è stato molto deludente

Plusieurs points très décevants

Il y a des points faux dans la description : pas de plage mais des rochers, pas de navette vers une plage, pas deux restaurants mais un seul, pas deux bars mais un seul, etc ... Il faudrait mettre à jour le descriptif hors saison estivale je suppose. Pas normal et dangereux : pas d'éclairage pour sortir des chambres la nuit. Nous sommes partis à 5h30 du matin de nuit et nous avons failli tomber 2 fois. C'est totalement inadmissible pour un soit-disant 4 étoiles. Tres bonne impression génerale sur l’hotel,excentré, il faut une voiture,les piscines et les abords etaient bien entretenus,nous n’avons pas testé les extérieurs a cause de la météo.
Bonne organisation des repas,jamais d’attente( sejour hors saison)
Nous n’avions pas de voisins ,mais il semble que l’insonnorisation ne soit pas terrible.

Séjour convenable, bel établissement. Personnel pas très aimable sauf réception. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de plage. Pas de volets non plus. Pas possible d inverser le repas du midi et du soir en demi pension. Petit déjeuner correct. Pour le repas en dessert que des fruits un peu léger pour un 4 étoiles. Tres belle piscine.

Al front desk il personale è impreparato , il servizio ristorante non adeguato. Unica nota positiva il concierge . Purtroppo non tornerò più

特に、レストランやバーへのアクセス、メニューのラインナップ、豊富なパラソル付きデッキチェア、部屋の清潔さや部屋についている物干しなどリゾートを楽しむために考え抜かれています。
ホテル内決済用のチャージ式カードは煩わしいかもしれませんが、余った分はへんきんされるので、余裕を持ってチャージすることをお勧めします。

Bel établissement aux chambres fonctionnelles, grands lits aux matelas pas trop durs avec climatisation. Nourriture servie très convenable même si un peu répétitive. Deux piscines : une lagon gigantesque et une classique. Service d’animation pas trop intrusif.
Places de parking pour la voiture de location.
La plage est peu intéressante (sorte de roche volcanique sur laquelle des transats et un ponton rentrant dans l’eau ont été installés).
Attention vous serez contactés peu après la réservation par l’hôtel vous informant que vous devrez régler 30€ par chambre par nuit pour l’accès à la piscine et aux restaurants, bien que cette pratique soit assez révoltante, le coût a déjà été inclus dans le montant final annincé par Expédia - donc ce ne sera pas un surcoût (mais un règlement différé directeur l’hôtel).
Sinon l’hôtel est bien placé pour se rendre rapidement à Alberobello, Matera, Polignano a Mare, Bari, Monopoli mais un peu trop loin des plages de la pointe.
Au final établissement recommandable.
