This is an excellent central location along the harbour with beautiful pool on the top. the staff are efficient and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice patios overlooking a square , comfortable bedding. Equiped with a hairdryer , no ironing board but iron provided on request. A few more hangers would be nice. The only thing that could make the accommodation better is if there was an option for queen size beds for couples instead of all being two singles.
I highly recommend this as a reasonably priced option in a location where everything is available, with wonderful restaurants within a short walk and options for touristing close by. Irene from Canada

The location is great if you rent a car, there’s a huge parking lot across the street from the supermarket which is only a two minute walk from the hotel. Also all the best beaches are about a 15 minute to 20 minute drive and there’s even a local one, which is really nice that’s only seven minutes away.

Great location, spotless room. Was an apartment but no knives/forks/spoons even though there were plates, kitchen etc.

Great location.
Parking is really difficult, free street parking nearby but never any spaces during our few days, had to park 500 m away from hotel and still difficult. Had I known bus station was so close wouldn’t have bothered with rental car.

Clean, comfortable and stress free stay!

The hotel is a minutes walk from the egg roundabout so perfect location!
Friendly, clean and comfortable. Room had microwave, hob, sink and utensils needed. Bathroom does have a hair dryer. Although the room does have air con, it didn’t get too cold. You can hear noise throughout the night due to location but it doesn’t stop you from getting a good sleep and that was with our balcony door open all night so probably wouldn’t have heard anything if it was closed. The roof top pool is beautiful with a view! Serving drinks and snacks throughout the day too.
Staff printed our boarding passes for us to go home and we very pleasant to deal with.
Tax was €4.40 per night.
Vending machines in reception for drinks, snacks, and coffee! Think I saw a cigarette one too?
I would stay here again and recommend if this is the area you want to visit.
One pool is 1.9m all round and the other ranged from 0.5-0.9 roughly.

I don’t understand why this is rated a one star hotel, all the amenities and location is what a 3-4 star hotel has. Clean tidy rooms, great staff and the view we had was amazing of the bay, the roof swimming pool has its own snack bar with music playing all day! Stayed here for a week and have nothing but good things to say will defiantly be staying again!

Horrible staff, who said they couldn’t find our booking and made us wait late at night 2 hours to check in . Lady on the desk said she wanted to wait for her manager to come and when he arrived said the booking had been there the whole time. Really unfair staff, no consideration and overall disappointed really

The good thing is .. you’re right in the middle of the action.. the bad thing is.. you’re right in the middle of the action. You can hear people walking and talking in the hallway like they are inside your room at all hours of the night. Staff is very nice but but also only came to clean our room like 3x in a week but sheets not changed. Housekeeping knocks really aggressively at around 8am which is not a good way to wake up after a night of partying. A lot of young party people in that area and hotel , frat house vibe . I would not stay here again but may be good if on a budget and under 25 years old. WiFi is available for a fee but still very spotty and non existent in some rooms. Beds are not good, came home with major back pain.

We had a Wonderful stay at our Central Park Apt. The Front staff evening gentleman were very friendly and gave us many suggestions about food, transportation. Hotel is very centrally located to restaurants and shopping areas. We would def recommend it. Also the Pizza place next to it, its very good. Lucas really treat us very well.

Great stay

Great location Ibiza 15 mins walk to mambo one side and then ocean beach the other side... staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and have what you need in for a short stay, balcony on the small side but has a lovely pool area on top of the hotel with a bar there. Would stay again.

I did not like anything about this place. It is not clean, they do not clean your room daily. The customer service is awful, and they charge you to get wifi, for an extra key, there are no complimentary anything. Just dont stay here.

We loved the property! Very central, close to restaurants, beach, 10m walk from lidl, close to party bus and buses to Ibiza and other areas! Very clean, helpfull staff, amazing rooftop pool with really good music playing all day.
Not for families though, as the music from the pool can be heard loud all throughout the property, and neighbours will start playing load music on speakers from the morning until late. As we were party goers ourselves, this was the perfect spot! We'll be coming back next year!

Grubby & noisy.

Floors dirty. Seems just a wipe around had been done as I had someone's hair stuck to my socks. Cockroaches the size of my hand in bathroom. Had to chase them out of room.
Room needs updating badly! I know some of the rooms have been done but I unfortunately had the pleasure of staying in the outdated 80's room.
It's Ibiza non stop party location so it's going to bd a noisy hotel. Perfect for 20 year olds first holiday slap bang in the middle of it all.
I'm approaching 40 I know next time to spend a bit more for a better stay in more upmarket hotel.

Loved the rooftop pools, great music and atmosphere. The hotel is so central to everything, a beach just round the corner, Eden and Es Paradis. Great having a Lidl not even a 10 minute walk away too.

Perfect stay for a cheap trip away with mates.

The place was prefect for a cheap trip. We wasn't spending a lot of time in the room so it was perfect for our needs. If you intend to spend a lot of time in the apartment, maybe it's not for you, it depends on your needs. But decent room, friendly staff, incredible roof top pool. Again, it was perfect for the 10 of us :D Thank you

Perfect for the week

perfect location for everything we needed for the week. Staff are really friendly especially Teressa on the front desk and Santiago at the bar pool!! Hotel was really clean, room a little dated but friends stayed in one of the new rooms but great size room and balcony we had. I’ve been to Ibiza many times and will definitely book to stay here again next year.

Def worth staying in

I abs loved central parks and will def stay there again, not too close to the nutty end of west end but in a decent enough location to get to the beach and have a good night kip. Beds were comfy and clean, room was a nice size and air con worked thank god. Staff kept their distance and the pool on top of the roof was the bomb great music and happy atmosphere. arghhhh i have the ibiza blues now

Cheap but central

Booked for 1 night as I had other accommodation provided for the rest of my holiday.

Location was 30 seconds walk from the Egg and 3 minutes walk to the bus station.

Check in was slow and could be improved with a digital system.

The room was a far walk from the reception but as a result it was very quiet.

Very basic room but clean and amazing air con. Kitchen included table chairs and a kitchenette.

The shower was fiddly to get the correct temperature so had the option of cold or boiling.

Would stay again as it was only £24 a night.

So much to say really. You will not find a better location to experience EVERYTHING in Ibiza. Dont bother looking anywere else for the price aswell (cheap) I would just book here you can't go wrong really. the location in its self sells it. Es paradise and Eden are around the corner Oceon and Cafe Mambo are 5/10min walks. Bus station to all major clubs Amensia, Pacha, Ushuaia etc is yet again around the corner. Bus to clubs €4 bus to airport €4 or taxi €35. Loads bars and food places. Strip in both directions left and right as your in the middle. Your right by the famous egg roundabout. Beach is 2min walk (Although its a horrible beach like) pool is better but cold...) Like I said loads to say to be honest. Just books it and try worth the chance and risk I would say in my opinion you won't get better for the price amd location. I never cooked in there the spa is underneath the apartments we eat out the whole time we was there it was cheap enough. Am a princess when it comes to hotels and this was fine. Couldnt fault anything major. Defo more like a basic 3* like not what it's rated as at a 1!!

Great little hotel, and great location! For a 1 star hotel is sooooo much better than I thought. Close to the bus station, close to the west end and the sunset strip!
I would highly recommend it! I would just say there's a very young crowed and if you want a relaxing holiday this isn't the hotel for you! But great roof top pool with awesome view! And the beer is cheap so massive thumbs up!

Apartment was very dissapointing, very run down and dated. A lot smaller than it appeared on the images. We had to change rooms as the ceiling was damp and caused water to drip on the bed. Glad that we only booked one night as I wouldn't have been able to stick it out for a week.

Great value for money!

Was really pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel - £277 for a week! The room had aircon, a balcony and a kitchenette - even a sofa and separate living area (however small) if so desired. We were initially worried about noise given the hotel's vicinity to Eden and es paradise (you can almost touch them), but we didn't have any bother sleeping at all. The rooftop pool was great and the view of the bay was impressive. Only gripe would be that the linen was perhaps changed more frequently. However, the aircon was ace! Would definitely go back!

Good location and cheap rooms

If you want a cheap room to sleep you cannot go wrong.(No Thrills) Paid about £30 per night in September. Room was clean and shower worked ok and had a fridge, air conditioning and safe is extra per day. Apartment is near to egg and good if you want to go to beach or west end, not far to walk. I was at the end of corridor overlooking the road, it was a bit noisy as you can hear the traffic in the morning but I had ear plugs and it was fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool on the roof which is clean and they is plenty of sun beds, water is quite cold though be prepared when you get in. I would also say if you have a late flight it might be worth booking a extra night as it is about the same as paying for a late check out. My friend recommended this place as he stayed at centre parks in June and come back with us in September due to price and good location.

If you want a bed to sleep in and not pay too much this is your place. Self catering facilties in room was very limited. So be prepared to eat out most days.

No air con unless you upgraded at €45 extra. Paid depost for a safe, upon leaving handed key back but with out the 'reciept' they could not reund the deposit so lost €25. Great atmosphere though with rooftop pool.

We stayed here for 03 Nights, this hotel is in San Antonio which is a neighborhood of Ibiza town.We stayed with another couple friend in this hotel.
This is a very basic hotel and the people on reception are really rude so won't suggest you to stay in this hotel.We came across two ladies and both were really rude.Though housekeeping is on alternate day but it wasn't even done once in our room.
We paid the deposit and price for fan we took from them on rent but while checking out they refused to give the deposit .

Got intimidated each night for pass by security monitoring building didn't once forget this, did full 10 days seen me most evenings still full well knows me an my girlfriend on holiday carried on checking reception seen pass at desk he stormed up stairs demanding my pass an never once seen them ask anyone one else staying made me feel threatened an uncomfortable in his environment I wrote a complaint of my stay. I and my girlfriend would have paid extra if we had the chance, am sure if you was in a group of lads this could be bring some problems an be left in problems if no pass just a warning, when I made complaint for form reception began very unhelpful an demanding pass even though I had just popped down in the day to have a word about the treatment I received.
One pleasant thing was the bar tender at the pool bar nice, an cleaners was nice. But cleaned room one in 10 days

Für die urbane Toplage ist das Hotel relativ ruhig. Der Balkon ist nur einfach verglast, da könnte nachgebessert werden. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, zweckmäßig und sauber. Die Miniküche ist sehr zweckmäßig Kochgeschirr vorhanden.
Perfekt, denn 500m weiter die Straße runter ist ein neuer großer Lidl. Da lässt sich für die Verpflegung viel geld sparen.
Für mich sind die Sunside Ibiza Studios in San Antonio eine absolute Empfehlung und da der Busbahnhof nur 300m entfernt liegt ist das Hotel auch eine ideale Basis um die Insel zu erkunden.
