Our stay at Pesona was fantastic. The rooms are good, restaurant food is excellent and the staff are the best. Cannot recommend enough!

Great clean place, right in the middle of the action. Also just 1 minute walk from the boat dock. Staff are super friendly and tenantive. Will be back again!

Booked this hotel last minute for two nights. Close to Ferry port which is great if you have bags. Check-in was so easy. Staff friendly. We had breakfast included in our room which was worth getting up for. We also dined in the restaurant which is Indian cuisine. Food was amazing. Room was clean, staff friendly. Only issue I have is I didn’t stay long enough.

Lovely Hotel, Chic and Cute

Lovely Hotel on a Lovely Island, Property Shared with Diving Shop Amazing for Divers, Lovely Restaurant, Directly opposite the beach. Clean.

Amazing bed the most comfortable from all the hotels I stayed at during my 14 night stay in Bali and Surrounding Islands.

This is a very solid choice for a hotel while staying in Gili T. I loved the staff and everyone was helpful. Location is quite good, very safe, and the overall experience was positive. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel colse to lots of resturants and bars, as a family with 2 childern stayibg righ next door to a night club wasnt to great when trying to sleep. Although the hotel is right opposite the beach tge are a lot of boats and u need to walknuo a fair way to get to the better sunbathing are. The hotel room was good with friendly staff didnt eat there at night but the breakfast was good

Amazing hotel, great location and warm staff

Located in front of the beach in the heart of everything (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. Indian and Western menu plus a sheesha bar. The staff are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay especially Irandra who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to awesome spa treatments. They have a couple of pools as well.
Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to singles, couples and families :). Staying here will make your holiday.

The location was brilliant, four minute walk from the boat. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included, which was nice but limited choice. We ate in the restaurant twice, the Indian cuisine was amazing, definitely recommend. Whist on the island we had a couple of massages, but found the spa in the hotel was one of the best we had. When we booked Pesona, we didn't realise it was also a dive centre, so the only small downside for us, was that the pool in the resort was used for practice diving each day. Overall a fab hotel. Thank you :)

Only draw back was terrible Wi-Fi. Loved the pool area and restaurant/bar. Spa was fantastic. Pretty loud dj on Friday/Saturday nights.

Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were fantastic - always helpful and gave good advice. Room was large and clean with great aircon. Pool area and bar area are nice and food is good. Spa treatments were also great.

Horrendous - property should be delisted

As I lay awake for a second night, covered in bedbug bites, I wonder how Expedia could allow such a property to be sold on their site. The property is a comple construction site. Noisy from 7:00am to 8:00pm with the sounds of drillls, hammering, workers talking, people moving about. The rooms are dark, dingy, dirty and infestated with badbugs. I have more than 50 bites. I couldn't sleep last night and when I opened the bed I saw 5 on the mattress and pillow. When I complained I was greated with a schrug. Do not book this hotel. It's a health hazard. Shame on Expedia for listing it!!!

The room was not at all spacious. Also there is no phone in the room. The air con was not working and hence everytime I had to move out of my room and go to reception to complain. In my 3 day stay air con was repaired 3 times. Limited food options. In breakfast menu vegetarians have only 1 option of fruit plate. Overall very disappointed with the place.

Fantastic hotel right on the beach, lovely indian food served till late, plus shisha, staff are great to get on with, rooms clean and fresh.Location is in the the heart of the centre.

Good and clean hotel

The hotel staff are really friendly and polite regardless of the language limitation. The facilities are basic and the roomis clean and spacious. It would be great if there were more room facilities! The down side is that the hotel is almost at the end of the lane. Its quite dark to walk from the main street to the hotel at night as there are no street lights. The hotel is also a bit far away from the Seminyak Square. In general, its a good hotel for the reasonable rate.

WOUld have been 5 stars but they were renovating new building which meant I couldn't hear power drills at 8am...could not have been happier with everything else, definitely cleanest hotel room I've stayed in, in Bali, and felt super welcoming and friendly

They give us 1st room in area of hotel which is under construction but I did request change and they give us other room on the 2nd floor with beautiful view and room was great ,service was good food not really but overall it's good place to stay.

Nice rooms but not really a resort

The rooms were nice and the staff helpful - we had a few issues with the rooms but they fixed them
The one thing that is annoying about this place is, you book it as a resort with a swimming pool but you can't really use it! There is a scuba dive centre inside the hotel and they take up ALL the room and tables in the bar area for their meetings! They use the swimming pool for teaching people how to scuba so if you want to relax by a pool do not book here as you will need to go somewhere else as the area will already be being used by the scuba team

noisy rooms beside clubbing. small pool.

it was way far below my expectations..the room was ok but the toilet was not clean. the insects keep coming in from the garden. the complimentary breakfast was so small so you have to.buy add onns. the pool are mostly not available because they use it for diving course. the beach in the front of the hotel was full of boat so impossible to sunbathe there. there is clubbing place just beside.. so the room ate noisy from 8 pm to 1 am. the spa is nice the staffs are friendly

The hotel is in middle of the strip. So perfect if you want to party otherwise quite busy and noisy. Beds squeaked a lot and basic facilities. This place seems very good if you want to dive.

thumping loud music keeps you awake

Dive location, rooms were nice but property next door played thumping loud music until 1am every night!! When we complained to office staff, they only said it is not all night, always stops at 1am! They were reluctant to change our room in case they had other bookings! As it turned out new rooms were no better.
Wifi was useless dropping out requiring login frequently, different areas having different passwords making it frustrating at best.
It is a dive island after diving and swimming all day - and planning to go following days too, sleep is important! Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Not a place to stay and relax

The rooms have slit windows at the top of the room so as soon as the sun come up at around 6:30 your room is lit up and struggle to sleep . Also the rooms have paper thin walls and there are always staff laughing and chatting , sweeping and water so you can hear it all from your room in the early hours of the morning . The staff are friendly and the room was clean and location is in the middle of everything. If your a light sleeper don't stay here

this hotel is near an nonswimmable beach

I was emailed that my room was ready. Upon arrival we were told its not ready. The hotel is near many bars and restaurants. If you want to dive come here. I dont want to dive so this hotel was VERY unpleasant. No beach to swim, loud blazing sounds from nearby bars until 3am, and the bathroom smelled like URINE! We asked many times for it to be cleaned properly but the smell was still there. We stayed 3 nights and I wish we chose another hotel. The breakfast is decent and fresh. Staff was very helpful and nice. I would not stay here again.

The room we booked was not good (room no7, standard room). The bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was smelly and old. We requested a change and luckily one of the bungalows was available. They very kindly changed us to that room without charging us extra. Here the beds are comfortable and the bathroom much better. The breakfast is ok for a couple of days, but it is not very varied. You have to choose between egg and toast, fruit salad or pancake, all including a coffee/tea, orange juice (not fresh) and small fruit salad. The hotel pool is meant for diving lessons but can be used outside diving hours.

Nice bungalows near the ferry

We chose this hotel as it was close to the ferry and we have heavy bags. We stayed in a bungalow which was very nice. At night you can hear loud music as the hotel is next to the bars but I surprisingly found it very easy to sleep through. Other reviews complained about divers in the pool. This does not bother me. They only seem to use the pool in the mornings, which is when I would rather be out doing things anyway and being in a hotel with a dive centre of course they're going to be using the pool! The restaurant also serves nice Indian food although service is slow but I think this is because they're usually busy and breakfast is a fruit salad and eggs or a pancake.

Best Dive School and Resort on Gili T!

I recently stayed at the Pesano and attended the Dive Central School. This place is amazing and awesome! The instructors were so cool and talented and taught me my new life passion. Victor is the God of the Sea. The whole team at Dive Central Gili are rock stars of their sport. So cool and welcoming. The front desk staff, the dive assistants and boat crews, the bar, the housekeeping, the bartenders, the massage therapists and cooks and servers were all first class and kind and so friendly. This is luxury living at reasonable prices. Clean and tidy and everything you need. The food was out of the world good and trust me, it is the COOL place to hang out after the day is done at the Shisha bar on the beach at the resort. I give it 5 stars all the way....love it and miss it....THANK YOU TO THE BEST OF GILI T! miss you, Andy

Friendly staff, just a bit slow with service sometimes. Nice welcome drink on arrival. Nice breakfast. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed. A little noisy with nightclub next door but didn't bother us at all. A few complaints about smelly toilets but on Gili's you can't flush the toilet paper so it's expected. Over powering fragrance in bathroom to cover it, you get used to it!
