I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was plentiful and served right in front of the ocean – such a perfect way to start the day. The beach is beautiful, and the hotel also has a lovely lounge area, a late-closing bar with delicious food, and a nice pool.

Our room was comfortable and overall good, though I’d give the cleanliness a 7/10 (but I admit I’m a bit fussy about that). The location is excellent, right in the heart of town with plenty of bars, nightlife, and the amazing night food market – if you like seafood, it’s both cheap and incredible there.

A little tip: if you’re heading to the Gilis, bring water shoes, as there are lots of corals on the beaches (they’re stunning, but can be tricky to walk on). The hotel also provides beach towels, which is super convenient.

Overall, great value and a fantastic stay!

Hotel matches the pictures, little dates but had everything you needed. Could rent a bike for 50k a day which was really handy to get around the island. Only 5 min walk from the harbour so don’t need to use the poor horses. Was near lots of restaurants so great location. My only issue (I’m not an early bird) was that housekeeping came at around 9.30 every morning which I felt was really early and would wake me up most days- didn’t matter whether you put do not disturb on the door- they would still knock. Other than that a lovely stay.

We loved our stay at Natya! The best part is that it is right next to everything, including bars & restaurant yet it is very quiet (at least our room) so you can get a great night's sleep. Also the staff is extremely helpful and will help arrange everything you need to make the most of your stay in Gili T :).

Right on the beach, clean and fresh, hairdryer and toiletries provided, free safe, wonderful professional and polite staff and a lovely restaurant and pool. Unfortunately no views at all from room as window centimetres from the side of adjacent hotel and natural light rather poor. However, excellent value for money and a great location, you dont go to a beautiful island like this to stay in your bedroom!

Good location

Great location - right next to the beach which has a couple of cool bars overlooking the sunset. 5-10 minute walk into the main part which has great food places (we loved Altrove - freshly cooked pizzas). Very basic room - you get what you pay for. Working toilet, and hot shower (although only lasts for about a minute). Beware that you’ll be woken up very early by a cockerel.

Really good hotel to stay - it's close to everything and they have an amazingly delicious beachfront restaurant.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will help you with anything and make sure your stay is very enjoyable.

Our room was slightly small, however cozy and the wifi worked very well in the whole hotel.

Very good. Close to the main beach. Don't bike around Gili twanagan. Waste of time and miserable time dragging the bike through sand quarter of the way. Very cllean hotel worth the price.

We like the view and the place is in a good spot!!
We don’t like it that the pool cannot be used after 20:00, as it is very hot and we always like to swim during the evening to cool down. I really think that the pool should be available till much later.

Friendly staff!

Call it timing, but our hotel was doing maintenance while we stayed here. It was very loud and did not allow us to see the view that everyone was talking about. Although the construction was going on, the place was still very clean and the people were still very friendly. Nizar was an excellent host in the lobby. He was very helpful and friendly. He even helped us book our fast boat service from Gili T to Lembongan. Thanks Nizar!

This hotel is perfect if you are after something small, close to everything with a wonderful feeling of wow.
The staff are courteous and accommodating with every request. The service is excellent. Breakfast is a wonderful mix of East and west. We will be coming back for sure.

Very central location near to all the restaurants and bars. Good breakfast selection with attentive staff. Some allocated sun loungers on the beach but would have liked more space for these as often these were full. Given twin beds when I requested a double bed.

Not the best experience, rooms are quite small and had a window looking a brick wall, we had mushrooms growing out of our sink into the shower, mouldy shower curtains, blocked up sink most days and safe that didnt work. Though in saying that the staff at the reception and restaurant were very lovely.

Strategic hotel with lots of food & drink

We booked two rooms for 4 pax. However, two of my friends did not show up due to personal reasons. Therefore, we were given a complimentary lunch the next day from the hotel. We are thankful for the warm greetings and great hospitality from the staff and management.

I woke up in the middle of the night and my bed was covered with ants. I kept having to sweep them off of my bed and got almost no rest.

The water pressure in the shower was sub par at best, but then again you are on a small island.

Good distance to and from harbour.
Staff are friendly but expect service requests from room is a little slow.
Toilets and swimming pool could do with a little maintainance.
Transportation tip - can get better bargain if you go to the harbour for tickets yourself.

Bike rentals on property, WiFi disappointing for iPhone users, great menu but a little more expensive than majority of island comparable restaraunts. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great hotel. We had one of the ocean view rooms. The view was gorgeous.the staff were extremely helpful and our room was beautifully cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great.loved that you could have continental with eggs western style but could also order other options too including Indonesian options. Pool was fantastic, and was great to be able to hire their bikes. GREAT location as you are just off the main strip so not to noisey at night but very close to the fun if that's what you want. Would stay again. The only negative I can say is that there was no fridge. Restaurant was fantastic though and had many cold beverages and cocktails!!!

I stayed here for 4 nights in August 2016. The hotel is in a convenient location, about 3 minutes walk south of the jetty. I stayed in a room on the ground level and the room was very clean and comfortable, linen and towels are changed daily. Toiletries and shower soap provided. One thing to note about the room was how quiet it was. The noise from the local mosque in the morning is almost un-noticable. very faintly can you hear the praying in the morning. Staff are amazing and helpful, good English. Pool is nice and towels provided. Natya had just received about 6 brand new bikes whilst I stayed there. These looked good but I didnt hire one. I think it cost about 60,000Rp for a day to hire a bike. Breakfast is awesome, guests are able to order anything from the menu and food is prepared fresh for you. No standard self serve buffet here.
For the price i think this hotel is good. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful; when I asked for adaptor plugs, towels, water or hairdryer, it was delivered immediately. Decor is modern, but rooms are not very clean. The bathroom shower area does not have a curtain so the entire bathroom was constantly wet. There is a very small pool right beside the lobby but it is usually empty as there are only 3 chairs there and a very small space. The hotel restaurant which serves the breakfast is one of the better restaurants in Gili and has an amazing view, very instagram-worthy. However, they had a very limited breakfast ala carte menu so we pretty much ate the same french toast and eggs benedict every morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Natya, and considering the price, I would rate it a 4/5.

Au centre de tout, à 10 min à pied du port.

Petit hôtel calme au centre de Gili T, proche de tout et bel accueil. Petite piscine à l’hôtel et petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse de la plage très chouette. Côté accueil, tout parfait. Côte chambre, la 101 était propre mais la salle de bain a un peu vécu et la chambre donne sur une terrasse de 1m2 close, quasi pas de lumière naturelle.

O hotel tem um ambiente perfeito , fica perto de uma rua com vários bares e restaurante , proximo a dois portos da ilha e perto dos destinos mais famosos da ilha. O ponto alto da hospedagem foi a equipe que trabalha no local, foi a melhor equipe que fiz na minha viagem de 30 dias pelo sudeste asiático.

Se portaron muy bien, por qué el primer nos dieron una habitación dónde estaban los motores de los aire acondicionado y no se podía dormir, pero luego nos cambiaron a otra sin problema. Está en una zona perfecta, alquilan bicicleta, muy contenta la verdad.
