Staff were great. Friendly and helpful.
We got the deluxe suite and it was very large. Our room doors didn’t fully close which was concerning given the mosquitoes but I ended up not being an issue in the end.

Beautiful 2 bedroom villa with private pool on the beach! Location was perfect, walkable to harbour and restaurants but nice and quiet at night for sleeping. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and pre dinner cocktails with snacks but everything was delicious, homemade and amazing quality! Happy hour on the rooftop is the best!! Can't wait to return one day 🙂

The staff were always friendly and helpful with any requests or issues we needed help with. Didek, Jo, Ainee, Dwuan? and Eris are a few of those who really helped us out and made us feel so welcome.

The villa we stayed in (Cempaka) is truly beautiful and finely balanced with furnishings and decor. The food and drinks through room service and at the restaurant were delicious and above our expectations. The beds were so comforable and cool at night with frosty air con.

Cannot speak highly enough of Kokomo resort and the staff. Spectacular accommodation in an ideal location - close to the action but far enough away to be peaceful. The villas were spotless and the pool sparkling clean. One of the best holiday locations I’ve ever been to !!!!

We stayed in the villa Mawar. One of the nicest villa we ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable with easy access to plug your electronical devices by your bed. Huge bathroom with a huge shower, so nice. Of course the private pool was a big plus. The service at this hotel is over the top. Always super friendly, everybody says hello and asks you how you are doing and if you have anything planned for your day. And the best of all, the food! Probably the best restaurant on Gili Trawangan. It is also the most expansive but each meal we ordered for our room or that we ate on the beach at night was absolutely amazing. Lastly, it is a 5 minutes walk from the center of Trawangan so perfect location, you don’t hear the noise of the bars and music, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

Customer service was top notch. If you're looking for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main party area of Gili T, then this is your place. Food was great, it was quiet, the staff went of their way to accomodate every request. Beach area was perfect for a nice tan. Really enjoyed my stay.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The staff were welcoming and accommodating, our villa was clean, and we spent most of our days lounging on the resorts private beach. Komang, the general manager, was always around to check to and make sure our stay was going well. Kokomo was above and beyond in customer service and I can't recommend it enough!

Nice Villa, well located

Nice villa just off the main noisy area but within walking distance.

Nice pool, rooms and bathrooms clean but lacked a bidet spray (only toilet in our whole stay, be it hotel, restaurant or villa) that didn't have it.

Breakfast extremely basic, my friends who paid half the price and stayed in pearl had a better variety, no yoghurt, cakes or pastries and the waiters would bring you the tiniest creamer of milk for cornflakes which you would need 3 of but by the time you had enough milk, the cornflakes were soggy.

Considering this was one of the priciest places on the strip. I didn't feel it offered the equal value for money.

Besides being in one of the best locations on the island with a gorgeous sunrise view, the facilities are of great quality and comfort, and the staff led by Ahmed are super friendly and hospitable. The banana pancakes for breakfast were so good that I didn't even try another item on the menu.

Great hotel. Staff are so nice! They'll go out their way to help you. Breakfast is great. We were worried being vegetarians, but the food at breakfast was awesome! All freshly cooked and delivered to your room. Would definitely return to Kokomo! Kokomo had upgraded us too. Our villa was amazing! We didn't want to leave!

Outstanding experience with marvelous service

Amazing and spectacular service. The staff of kokomo is just outstanding. Ahmad, the manager will make you feel at home and will go out his way to fulfill any of your needs. The villas are beautiful and comfortable, private but accesible to the beach, just 10 meters away. Kitchen and food is just superb. I will go back as soon as possible.

The restaurant staff and house keeping staff are absolutely fabulous. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and the breakfasts we had in the villa are some of the best we have ever had. The villas are lovely the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in one of the bedrooms when we first arrived we let reception know and we were moved to a different villa part way through our stay. Potential guests should be aware about the current building work next door to the property this is 7 days a week for about 14 hours a day whilst not ridiculously noisy the privacy of the villas has been compromised as it’s a tall extension being put on the hotel next door. Both villas we stayed in were over looked by the construction and the 2nd villa the semi outdoor bathroom was affected and should a work man have been stood there they would have had a clear view of the toilet and shower!

Ko-ko mo .... Not Recommended

Ko ko mo Gilli trawangan is not a proper resort. I was shocked to see that their 'reception ' area is actually a small table inside their dining area and faces their kitchen.The property is built on an extremely narrow strip of land and has no gardens or a proper swimming pool/ bar where guests can hang around during the day. It is basically a bunch of villas ( which desperately need renovation) connected by a narrow alley. The furniture is in a shocking state of disrepair. The villas & specially the bathrooms are full of mosquitoes. The TV/ lounge area is not air conditioned & full of insects & mosquitoes.I was shocked that a place could charge 4 star prices and provide such terrible facilities. Their only saving grace is a great chef and polite staff. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone..., could not wait to leave!!

The villa was not ready when we arrived and it took them almost 2 hours to get it ready, but in the end it was worth waiting. The villa was fantastic with a small but nice pool. Very spacious, comfortable beds very good staff.

Beautiful Hotel and Service

One fantastic hotel. The setting and decor is tastefully done. Love the open concept for the living area.
The service was excellent so much so, the minor hiccups that we had on arrival was completely absolved. Our gracious thanks to the hotel service and maintenance groups and the service ambassador.
Rooms, mattress, pillows and bathrooms were way above expectation.

Overall a great stay.

The service was great. From booking to check-in to departure was great. No complaints at all here.

Arranging transport from Bali and to Lombok Airport was fuss free and excellent.

The food/breakfast at the restaurant was good too.

Only issue was with the rooms/villa. It was raining a bit and there was a leak somewhere and there was water everywhere on the veranda. Also the small pool in the villa had quite a few tiles broken and had come off.

Would surely recommend this place.

I really liked the resort, it's probably the nicest resort on Gili T. There is a restaurant as part of the hotel right across the street (sand). The beach is right across the way too, and is quiet. It seems like the beach with more people are on different parts of the island, but there are either no hotels or they are not as nice. Also, the service was impeccable, the hotel set up transfer from our blue water express boat to the hotel (by carriage) then had welcome drinks waiting for us at the restaurant.

Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Private Villa with Pool

We were two couples staying in a 2 bedroom villa and it was perfect! The size and configuration of the villa is great with generous bedrooms and attached bathrooms and a lovely open air living space and refreshing plunge pool.
The beach area out front is lovely with guest loungers and a nice piece of beach to swim from.
The food was great, loved the variety on offer for breakfast.

I have only wonderful things to say about this hotel. It is at the less busy end of the main street in Gili T, a perfect location for those not into the loud party scene, but close enough to walk around town. I stayed 3 nights with my boyfriend in Villa Merah, so I can't speak for the other villas, but our one bedroom was fantastic, we had everything we needed and more importantly the staff was the most amazing I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond with everything. They were kind, friendly, and anticipated our needs before we even asked. The breakfast is delicious and HUGE, and their dinner menu is the best on the island. On our last night we asked for \"a good table\" and they set up a candlelit dinner right on the beach! I can't wait to visit them again and wish we had stayed longer.

Beautiful staff and a great location!

Lovely hotel in a great location, just on the end of the Main Street. The staff are wonderful and can't seem to do enough for their guests. Our villa had a beautiful outdoor area and I loved the bathroom style. The main bedroom was basic, with everything you need (king bed, amazing pillows, small tv with dad player, air con), the only negative about the room was a squeak in the bed. Plunge pool was a great way to cool down!
I honestly can't rave about the staff enough, they were fun to talk to and when we showed interest in seeing the village our friendly waiter offered to take us and show us around and ended up taking us up the hill which would be ideal for sunset!
I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a villa experience!

Our stay at Ko-ko-mo resort was just wonderful and special cause of the location and the kind of property. Every guest has an own vila with a pool, very private. The stuff were always helpful, sun beds directly on the beach. We enjoyed our breakfast on the beach as well! We strongly recommend this resort.

룸상태가 좋고 화장실도 넓고 좋습니다. 거실과 야외형 오픈형이라 개방감이 좋고 한국에서는 지내 볼 수 없는 구조라서 좋았습니다. 조식 위치는 빌라에 차려주거나 바다해변쪽 식당에서도 먹을 수 있게 선택 할 수 있습니다. 다만 오픈형 거실 주방이라 더위를 피할 공간이 룸 밖에 없다는것과 가끔 개구리나 거미 같은 곤충을 볼 수 있다는 것에 주의하세요.
