Everything was perfect. The breakfast is excellent and a lot of choices.
The room is very big and comfortable.
Bed was very good.
2 bad things to improve:
The water in the shower were not hot enough and there was very slow flow.
It was easy to reach the hotel reception by WhatsApp because we had only cellular data plan.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. It is modern and conveniently located if you travel though the Warsaw Chopin Airport. It offers a shuttle and is also close to the public transit (buses 175 and 188 from the airport).

This was clean and affordable. I just needed a place close to the airport to stay for an early morning flight out. It has a 24/7 shuttle to the airport, which was nice. There is really nothing in the area except blocks and blocks of apartment buildings but I did find a little grocery store to get some snacks to tide me through till morning, and I had a wonderful dinner in the Polish restaurant at the property. My only complaint is the doors. They are fire doors and slam so loud when you shut them and the person next to me must’ve gone in and out of their room four or five times letting the door slam and it was very startling every time it was like a loud bang.

We reserved room with breakfast for the price much better than Marriott Hotel was offering. Breakfast was delicious with a big choice of different dishes. Room and bathroom were clean. Two restaurants offered big choice of very good food at reasonable price. Also hotel provides shuttle to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend “Okęcie “ Hotel

Lovely big bright rooms, excellent onsite restaurants, friendly staff. Bonus: the bathroom had one of the best magnifying makeup mirrors I’ve ever used. It’s everything you could want in an airport hotel, including a shuttle every half hour. We were fortunate that they could extend our checkout all the way to 6 pm for a very reasonable 80 zloty.

I had difficulty calling the hotel to arrange the shuttle pickup before arriving to the airport, and in the airport no one knew where is the exact area for the shuttle pickup. I had to talk to an Uber driver who helped me to reach out to hotel reception.
The room had no facial tissue.

Other than that the room was clean and quiet although the hotel is near the airport, I didn’t hear any plane noise.

The room was very clean , and I am very happy I received a phone call to wake me up at 4 am. Also airport shuttle took us safely to the airport which was only 5 min away maybe. I have stayed at this hotel three times, and overall I have always had positive impressions of the cleanliness, the transfer service, and the front desk staff.
Unfortunately, during my last stay there was an unpleasant situation in the restaurant related to the behavior of a waiter, which caused discomfort.

From our side, we kindly ask the hotel to pay attention to the conduct and communication of the restaurant staff with guests.
