Nice small hotel 1 block from beach and immediately next to water park. Right in middle of shops and restaurants. Helpful staff with limited english. Very little english anywhere on sylt. Still, it is a welcoming beach town.

Hotel im nördlichsten Hochhaus am Strand von Westerland. Auf der Seeseite wunderschöner Ausblick auf das Meer. Aufmerksames Personal mit sehr guten Service. Da das Hotel wie das ganze Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen ist, wird im Winter schrittweise renoviert.

Angenehme ruhige Lage im Zentrum von Westerland
Leider kam ich zu einem sehr stürmischen Zeitpunkt an. Deswegen kam es wohl zu einem Ausfall des Fernsehempfangs am ersten Abend.
Zum anderen merkte man, dass die Balkontür nicht ganz schloss, denn der Wind pfiff mir abends noch eine schöne Melodie. Dies hörte aber mit Abnehmen des Sturms auf und der Rest des Aufenthalts war sehr angenehm.

Die Apartments des Hotels sind absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Für 120€ pro Nacht schläft man in einem Schrankbett, billigste Ikea Lampen an den Decken, abgenutzter Teppich, teilweise zerfledderte u unhygienische Lamellenschalousien an den Fenstern, diese sind nicht kippen. Einzige Möglichkeit während der Nacht: Balkontůr offen lassen, dann zieht es allerdings. Couch lädt nicht zum sitzen ein. Die Apartments befinden sich in einem Nebengebäude, sehr heruntergekommenes u veraltetes Haus. Pluspunkte: Die Lage, die Ruhe an sich im Hotel, das neu sanierte Bad. Wir können auch nicht sagen dass wir in den Betten an sich nicht gut geschlafen hätten nur stellt man sich unter 4 Sternen u für dieses Geld leider etwas anderes vor.
