Rooms & Suites Cosy luxury and state-of-the-art comfort – no less than that is what you can expect in the 38 rooms and suites of LANDHAUS STRICKER. If you feel “at home” in our property, we can give you the feeling that you don’t have to do without anything and we fully meet your holiday wishes, we have done many things right.
That’s our goal and maybe the reason for the fact that most of our guests have been returning time and again to Landhaus over the years. From the king size suite to the single room – it’s your choice.
Our property is as individual as your demands so that you feel perfectly well on Germany’s most beautiful island. Our rooms and suites in country-house style are mostly provided with a balcony or terrace and dispose of a smart TV, Blu-ray player, telephone, safe, minibar, W-LAN and – for your very private coffee breaks – a Lavazza coffee machine.
Warm colours in all rooms and suites provide the them sun and warmth even if the weather god occasionally seems to have forgotten Sylt. This happens, however, only very rarely.
By the way: Landhaus has seven single rooms, ten double rooms, four junior suites, two junior suites in maisonette style, nine Landhaus suites in maisonette style and six king size suites, partly with two bedrooms. Five of the king size suites are also designed in the maisonette style.
With a stay at Relais & Châteaux Landhaus Stricker in Sylt, you'll be connected to a rail/subway station, within a 10-minute drive of Wadden Sea and Tierpark Tinnum. This golf hotel is 1.6 mi (2.6 km) from Kirche St.
Severin and 1.8 mi (3 km) from Sylter Welle. Make yourself at home in one of the 38 guestrooms featuring minibars and flat-screen televisions.

Nice hotel, freshly renovated and exquisitely furnished rooms. Very friendly and kind staff. Delicious food for dinner. Could be a bit more refined at breakfast for a 5* superior hotel (whilst generally everything was there). The cheese was always looking a bit “sad” and two very very very tine vegan pastes only. Rather meat heavy.
Pool was a bit cold to be honest especially if you get home from a long walk through the rough winter weather). Small but nice spa, two saunas, one steam bath. I did not figure out if the steam bath was not working or if it was just not turned on. Also the big and amazing looking open fire place was unfortunately not turned on. This would have elevated the coziness a lot. Location wise a bit off the spots and the beach (but you might know this if you book it, I hadn’t really checked it).
Definitely sweet to get some tiny sweets on your room every day, as well as water and a bottle of red wine. However, and fully appreciating the gesture and the taste of the wine might be amazing, not so sure if a bottle for <5 EUR does generally meet the expectations of the guests of such an accommodation. 😎
Overall of course a nice hotel. Definitely worth a recommendation for people looking for a freshly renovated spot on Sylt and nice food for the evening.

So far the best stay in Sylt!
Before our arrival, the staff informed us clearly about the current corona-regulation in advance; also we have noticed that the hotel followed the rules very accurately, during our stay we felt secured and comfortable.
Check-in was friendly and efficient, we extremely like the reception and its proficiency, friendly and kind at the same time.
Our room is spacious, bright and spotless with an open view towards the garden, also a very short walking distance to the outdoor sauna. The room itself has everything we needed, besides the reception is always there to help.
The pool, sauna and gym - everything is well maintained and with good quality. We really enjoyed to use all the facilities.
Breakfast is surprisingly good, self-made Kombucha, wide selection of local products, delicious! We also enjoyed our dinner there too, good taste with good service. We appreciate the very fine drinks from the bar too - highly recommend.

Das Landhaus Stricker bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von einem 5*Haus auch erwarten kann. Weil das Badezimmer in unserer Junior Suite sehr klein war, bekamen wir ein Upgrade in eine sehr schöne Landhaus-Suite. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch das Abendessen im Siebzehn84 war ausgezeichnet.
Einziger negativer Punkt sind die Abstellplätze für die Fahrräder, ohne Unterstand und Lademöglichkeit für e-bikes. Dies wäre dringend zu verbessern.

Schönes Hotel in einer versteckten Parkanlage. Berühmt ist das vorgelagerte historische Gebäude, das die Gastronomie beherbergt. Die Nähe zu den Bahngleisen stört weniger, die Lage am Rand des Tinnumer Gewerbegebiets ist der einzige Schwachpunkt. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad hat man zwar einen zentralen Ausgangspunkt auf der Insel, für Spaziergänge ist die Umgebung aber unattraktiv.
