The nhow Milano is an artistic, cosmopolitan hotel centrally located in Milan's Via Tortona, only a 13 km journey from Milano Linate Airport and a 15-minute walk from Porta Genova metro station. Local attractions also within walking distance are the MUDEC Museum, the Tortona Design District, the Parco Solari, and Sant'Ambrogio Basilica.
Our 246 individually decorated rooms provide contemporary features such as free Wi-Fi and hardwood floors. Upgraded room choices offer extra beds and sitting rooms and some executive rooms have features such as double showers or open-plan jacuzzis.
A breakfast buffet is prepared and offered daily, with specially prepared hot dishes available upon request. The nhow Milano restaurant offers a sophisticated dining experience with a variety of Mediterranean and International dishes available daily, for both lunch and dinner.
Room service is also a dining option. The hotel has 12 meeting rooms equipped with temperature control devices and entertainment services for conferences and events.

Die angepriesene \"wow experience\" war da, leider aber sehr negativ.
Das an sich tolle Interior von Matteo Thun ist leider schlecht unterhalten und in die Jahre gekommen: Defekte Lüftung/Klima, Lotterie bei der Findung der Duschtemperatur, bei Ankunft leere Hoteldusch- und Shampooflaschen. Sauberkeit liess sehr zu wünschen übrig, eine Grundreinigung wäre längst fällig.
Die Bettdecken erinnern an Jugendherbergen, die Bettlaken hatten sogar Löcher.
Der Poolbereich ist sehr hip gestaltet, leider war er geschlossen, obwohl er nach Timetable geöffnet sein sollte. Bei einem Zimmerpreis für ein Triple von EUR 500 empfinden wir die Kosten für die Benützung des Schwimmbades von EUR 180 pro Tag (3Personen) als Abzocke (vor allem, da dies auf der Buchungsplattform gut versteckt wird).
Für die Abendreception würden wir Minussterne geben. Alles in Allem das Schlechteste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, welches wir in einem Hotel je erlebt haben.

The reason booked this hotel as it had a pool. We stayed 3 nights, first two days it rained so it was closed. The third day it was sunny by lunchtime and by 3.30 the pool staff had dried everything and put out towels. Our room overlooked the pool so we had watched it being prepared. We asked at reception if we could go up to the pool but were told it was closed. We showed them pictures it was ready and the sun was shining but they insisted we could not use it! Very disappointing. Your comments would be appreciated. Pictures available if required.

There wasn’t much to do nearby and we couldn’t find any family friendly restaurants so I’d probably stay more central next time. We had a nice time but it ended up being an expensive couple of days.

The hotel itself is very nice. The most upsetting part about our stay was that we specifically booked this hotel for the pool, and the pool was closed and rented out for a private party. That would have been nice to know ahead of time before booking, as we most likely would have went with another hotel.

Nhow Milano advertises a spectacular rooftop pool with a cool bar. However, it was closed for hotel customers due to a private party during our stay :(

1.plug points didn’t work apart from one near the door

I recently stayed at nhow Milan and overall had a positive experience. The hotel is tucked away in a quieter part of the city, which made for peaceful evenings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and responsive throughout the stay.
The hotel gym was functional and well-maintained, a definite plus for those who like to stay active while travelling. My first room, however, was uncomfortably hot. Unfortunately, it was late in the evening by the time I realised, so a room change wasn’t practical that night. The next morning, the staff acted quickly to resolve the issue and moved me to another room.
While the second room was still warmer than I would have preferred, it was more comfortable than the first. On the upside, it was spacious, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
In summary, nhow Milan offers stylish accommodation, friendly service, and a quiet location, though it would benefit from more effective room temperature control.

A wonderful hotel within walking distance to beautiful Navigli district - an easy cab ride also to the old town (which is over crowded). The hotel is a piece of art itself, has wonderful breakfast, great customer service and staff. Would recommend especially if you have a family - rooms are big and well set up.

Very comfortable stay! I didn't get a chance to use the amenities but would definitely stay here again when returning to Milan! Trains are walkable (10-15 mins away) and hotel is roughly 30 minutes ride from LIN airport. There is a convenient market nearby in case you need to pick up essentials. My room was clean and quiet, didn't have any issues with noises.

The photos on the website are so misleading. This property has the sexiest decorations I’ve ever seen in my life. No smart TV, only Italian channels available, weird room with ugly curtains, and weird set up. Stuff was good and room was clean, but this is one of the Biggest eye source when it comes to hotel and art.

Over priced and smelly wanna be hipster hotel
This hotels tries to be \"hipster hotel\" by all means. The worst attempt is to use everywhere in the property very distinctive and horribly strong perfume, that is really disgusting. They even spray it to the rooms so much that we had to change one of the two rooms. The rooms are spacious but very basic. The A/C does not work in the whole building properly what the reception staff also admitted. If you charge over 250 euros per room per night, the guests expect more. And t ask for 55 euros for breakfast per person is outrageous.

The hotel is worn and not very clean. Bed quite hard and only one blanket. The room we got first had a very bad air and the air-con did not work at all, and windows could not be opened. Luckily we got to change to another room with working air-con, but a leaking toilet. After noting this to the front desk the toilet got repaired though. There is an expresso machine in the room, but hotel is stingy with coffee and milk. Only two capsules of coffee and one milk, so you better share. 'Premium' room has views on the inner-yard (walls), perhaps not worth the extra cost. Very difficult also to get a service at the breakfast, milk was out on coffee machines and the staff did not fill it, so no cappuccino there either.. Overall, hotel look jazzy, but is really quite worn and tired, 'room parfume' smell quite strong in places . but I guess staff is trying their best though.

Our family stayed at hnow for a few days in the summer. The staff were amazing and generous. The hotel is unique, fun and has very good facilities.

The hotel is in a good location, with clean rooms and big comfy super king bed, however, it’s like staying in a ‘Love Island’ style hotel. Our room had hot pink curtains and glass between the bed and the bathroom, and a pink headboard with a photo printed on it which looked like bubble wrap.

This hotel is in a terrible area with bars on windows, closed businesses, and graffiti everywhere. While the booking says parking is available we were told it was full. When we went to check in at 7pm, the pool was already closed. The hotel decor is very quirky/loud/racy/dark. We literally checked in and right back out again, then drove 3 hours to our next hotel to stay in a better hotel. Definitely NOT family friendly at all.

Parking was a bit expensive, but there was no parking around the facility. Also, when you do park, it is not convenient and a bit awkward since they have security devices in each parking space that are so low you can not see them while you turn.

Property is very artsy and great for photo ops. The room was just ok. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom and we even upgraded to a bigger room once we checked in so we were confused as to why there was only 1 towel. Basically it felt like the room was not ready for a new arrival. Like maybe the room had been sitting there and no one checked to see if it was ready for occupancy. On a better note, the bartenders and bar staff were all nice at the lobby bar. The rest of the staff we interacted with was not as friendly. But then again most of the people in Milan are not a very friendly bunch, and walk around with a judgy energy, so I chop that up to being more cultural. The guy that we checked in with was very “by the book” and charged us an additional $80 for an early check in which I thought was nuts. But we paid it since we were there before 3pm which is there check in time. The breakfast was subpar but the dinner was great. Breakfast buffet had green beans and carrots…Yes, for breakfast, so that was odd, but euro nonetheless. Overall the stay was good. If my room had been cleaner and had everything ready upon arrival I would have given 4 stars.

My husband and I would definitely be staying at Nhow Milano again. It was a great hotel with a spacious room, very unique decor, friendly staff and absolutely delicious breakfast. Service was great from start to finish. Location wasn't in the city center which we thought was great. We walked around the neighborhood which had a great selection of local restaurants, convenience store and a nice walk to the Navigli canals.

The design of the hotel was unique and inspiring our visit of Milano. The breakfast was amazing. Just the roof terrace was a place where we did feel a bit out of place and had expected something else. We would definitely recommend the hotel and location and would come again.

Our stay at NHOW was amazing! The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. The hotel and rooms are clean. The rooftop pool is amazing and unique. It was a very hot day and we really enjoyed the complimentary use of the pool. Jenny was very nice, she came up to the pool and provided guests with free sunscreen packets and a water proof case for your phone. The breakfast was very good with many options. Upon leaving, Jenny also gave our children sunglasses, which they loved. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The hotel itself was nice, the room was pretty terrible for the price. Hard bed, broken window that didn't seal when closed, bashed up walls and virtually no power outlets. Combine all that with being woken up to the dulcet sounds of angle grinders and shouting from the pool being built directly outside the window, and you have what amounts to a poor experience.

The only issue is with the parking....the hotel has only 26 places and it is not central.....while they have a at least 20 more places \"reserved\" either for stylish chairs or for VIPs.....they better declare No Parking....

it was hard to find staff for the bar, it was empty a lot of the time and we had to always ask reception for someone to come.
Also the room next to me had room service on the 17th, i checked out on the 19th and the food and dirty plates were still stacked up outside my room which is really not nice, particularly as it was 37 degrees outside so it was pretty warm inside too. Housekeeping walked past it a number of times and left it.
Towels were changed every day and i didnt think this was necessary.

Stayed for two nights and was very pleased with the overall experience. The hotel and rooms are very fashionable/arty. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom is substantial. The location is good about a 15 minute walk to Navigli, and near the metro and bus stops.
Finally the staff were excellent. They were both friendly and helpful and on the last day, when a Covid test was required before travel, they phoned a nearby pharmacist to arrange this being done and also a taxi to take us there. Would definitely stay here again.
