We were very lucky to be able to check in early, and we were given a bigger room than originally booked. The place is three en-suite rooms on thr first floor of an apartment block. The beds were super comfortable. So if you want a no frills comfortable stay in the centre of Naples this is your place

The area was really central to all the great places Naples has to offer.

Overall, this property is good value for money, communication before the stay was concise and the instructions were really easy.

You have everything you need in the room, a kettle, fridge and little shower things too so you don’t need to bring shampoo etc.

One thing to note, the property does have aircon and storage facilities but this isn’t included in the price (it’s additional).

We were quoted £5 per day for the aircon, and £5 for luggage storage. There was also a cash fee for the tourist tax required (so make sure to have cash to pay this).

You could hear every noise outside the room but other than that the room was clean and everything worked. Close to main streets and stores. Easy to get in contact with property owner.

Great place to stay for a short-term in Naples. The room is very clean and the shower is nice! Bed was very comfortable as well and our room was very spacious. Only thing we didn't like about this place was the extra charges - we had to pay extra per night for AC (around 2.50 euro per night) and a water bottle (1 euro). This was the only hotel that charged us extra for AC when we travelled throughout northern and southern Italy. The staff was friendly but not always around unfortunately but thankfully she provided her WhatsApp although she had a tough time speaking english - google translate helped! Location wise we were not a fan as it is far from the station and can be a long walk to main areas in Naples (i.e. Ovo castle, Spaccanapoli etc.). I would also be careful at night - not the safest if travelling alone!

Good Points - Great Location, central to Old Town
Bad Points - Very overpriced at £80.00 per night - There are 3 rooms in total and the room we were allocated had no natural daylight and was quite small with one bedside table as no room for two and a bedside lamp which gave out absolutely no light what so ever, so you have to have the main big light on. We like to have a couple of hours rest in the afternoons when touring and had to have the lights on in order to read. Felt very claustrophobic.
Check in was interesting, we were told that we would be met at 18:00, come 18:20 we call her and are told that her husband is stuck in traffic and wont get there so check in was by whats app, we were then asked to send pictures of our passports which we were not comfortable with. Overall not a very good experience.

Not the typical hotel building you might be expecting, this place gives the charm of living like the Naples folks do. The room is spacious, modern looking and basic amenities provided. The location is excellent, very close to attractions and eateries. Our host, Maria, was especially helpful and nice. She gave recommendations for places to visit and eat at, and areas to avoid (scams, etc.).

Be aware of the location

The place is in the historic part of the city with very narrow streets and many old buildings. If you need to take a taxi make sure the driver is ready to take you there.

The \"hotel\" consists of a few rooms on the second floor of an old building. I ended up with a room facing the elevator shaft and the neighbor's living room but I believe there are other rooms that offer more of a view to the front.

If you just need a room to stay that is inexpensive then this place is for you, just don't expect a fancy hotel.

Clean room very close to the city centre

When we arrived nobody spoke English. We received a note that because of Easter the cafe where they serve breakfast for us will be closed so we will find sth to eat for breakfast on the table in the hallway. Which is fair enough but there was nothing there for 2days and after couple of days we finally used the cafe.it was nice that the owner picked us and drove us back to the airport cost €30.the owner maria was trying to be helpful through whatsapp messages but we've never met her and its not the same texting than talking in person.the room was cleaned every day at 10am but for 2days they didn't leave us a toilet roll so we bought it ourselves.in the offer it was note about bathrobe and shampoo and we didn't get that either.we found a kettle with tea and coffee but when we used it it wasn't filled up. The towels also weren't changed at all even when we left one on the floor.couple of days I couldn't sleep in the morning as the owner showed up to the reception and was cleaning the other rooms and playing music loud so not much rest.there was also a group of people staying there one night and had a loud party and playing a music at 4am.in generally it was just us for most of the nights so it felt like renting a flat but with no kitchen etc.if it comes to room and location then is good but it wasn't what i expected and some of the things was falsely advertised.

Amazing!

Owners are very friendly and helpful, hotel is close to everything and you can travel anywhere on foot. Bar Battelli has amazing pasteries and coffee in the mornings. We will stay here again for sure! Only negative thing to say is the bed was very firm and hurt my back quite a lot. But that can’t be helped. Over all it was perfect.

I referti della struttura sono disponibili tramite whatsapp a rispondere ai dubbi/richieste.Camera silenziosa, ma si potrebbe migliorare sulla pulizia in generale.A meno di 10 minuti a piedi da Via Toledo. A 3 minuti un bar, IT'S, spettacolare. Nel complesso una buona struttura, per una toccata e fuga.

Fantastische Lage! Hohe Sauberkeit!

Für süditalienischen Standard ist es eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Insgesamt ist es ein kleines Zimmer mit einem kleinen Bad. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war ständig zu erreichen. Hier würden wir wieder hinfahren, denn die Lage ist äußerst zentral und dennoch in etwas ruhigerer Umgebung. Hier würden wir wieder hinfahren.

Affittacamere in zona Stazione Metro Università raggiungibile a pochi passi, a meno di 10 minuti da via Toledo e via dei Tribunali. Zona tranquilla anche di sera.
Camera pulita, ma con alcuni dettagli da migliorare: doccia con tenda ingiallita, presenza di abbondante calcare nella zona lavandino e nella doccia, presenza di silicone staccato, materasso estremamente sottile e probabilmente usurato (lateralmente era in discesa), letto molto rumoroso e cigolante.
Aria condizionata a pagamento (5€/giorno) non comunicato al momento della prenotazione tramite portale (Expedia).
Host gentile e disponibile anche nel deposito bagagli dopo il check out. Consegna della camera al check in con circa 2 ore di anticipo rispetto al preventivato.

Punto di forza del b&b è la posizione strategica, in quanto vicina al centro e alla fermata della metro (universita). Abbiamo soggiornato 4 persone, di cui 2 bambini e anche la sera potevamo muoverci tranquillamente dal b&b al centro di Napoli (via Toledo), dove si trovano negozi e vari ristorantini. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, a prima impatto non è bellissimo in quanto entri in un androne non molto accogliente ma entrati nel corridoio del b&b devo dire molto carino. La stanza arredata con gusto, l'unica cosa che migliorerei è il bagno. Tutto sommato come qualità prezzo devo dire molto buono. La signora delle pulizie è stata sin da subito gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei.

Estuvimos la noche del 26 de junio, avisamos que llegaríamos a las 20:10 porque no encontrábamos cómo llegar con el coche y nos cobraron 32 € de penalización por hacer el checking diez minutos después de las 20.00. Esa penalización no se especificaba en ningún sitio en nuestro bono de Expedia. No te dan ningún recibo. La calle donde está ubicado el hotel es muy mala, sucia, oscura poco segura.

Det ligger på en gammal ruffig gata i gamla delen av Neapel. Däremot när du kommer in så är det nyrenoverade fräscha lägenheter. Receptionen bemannad endast vid behov. Liten frukost på bar alldeles bredvid.Bra boende till bra pris.

Das B&B ist relativ neu, das Zimmer komfortabel eingerichtet. Relativ ruhige Lage.
Da es sich im Stadtzentrum befindet, sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Frühstück, in eine Bar, ist halt typisch italienisch, Cappuccino + cornetto.

Stanza pulitissima, anche se non grande.

OBS! No iron, ironing board.

The hotel has reached it's peak, but has a great location and view. I was shocked when I called to get an iron and an ironing board in the morning, and they could not help me. They were rude and reffered to a cleaing service that started at eight and takes several hours. I travel every other week and this is the first time.

Nice, cosy, comfortable 3-4 persons room in the historic center. Room newly renewed, very clean and spacious. Fantastic bed linen. Perfect location near metro, shops and restaurants. Pietro was very welcoming, he picked us up from the airport (fee 30€) and he was very helpful. Maria is also very attentive and she gave us good plans for eating out. Breakfast served at a small bar nearby where they serve nice pastries and an excellent capuccino!

Nonostante il B&B sia molto ben tenuto la camera che ci hanno assegnato oltre ad essere piccola non vede mai la luce del sole perché affaccia su un cavedio dell'ingresso del condominio, rumoroso e fatiscente. Ci hanno comunque accolto benissimo e con cordialità. La cosa positiva era il bagno con una doccia favolosa. Purtroppo senza bidè. Attenzione che il cellulare non ha segnale all'interno. La colazione là si deve fare in un bar vicino (cappuccino e cornetto, niente di più) In conclusione non all'altezza del prezzo. La prossima volta non soggiornerò nel centro storico di Napoli tenuto malissimo.
