The rooms are clean, and the building looks modern and nice. However, the rooms seem simple, and the walls have a few scratches (I guess from luggage or carts). The street where the hotel is looks a bit dirty and sketchy, but it is well located, so I think it compensates.

On our first night at the hotel, we had an incident with room service and some customer service. We raised the complaint, and the Assistant General Manager was very understanding and made it up to us.

When traveling for business, you get the free upgrade, but when you travel with family, you get the lowest quality room until you complain. Rooms where you can barely walk around the bed and you feel every coil in the mattress. Only after you complain will you get the good room. This was certainly our experience at this hotel, which we found was not uncommon in this area. This hotel has some fantastic rooms, but it also has rooms the hotel should be ashamed of having. Hotel had plenty of vacancy

A surprise switch at the check-in

During the check-in, I was told that they only had one room left and it would be a “city” view. I told him I had a “sea” view reserved through Hotels.com. He then gave me a sea view room after that. Why should I have to do that challenge?

Property was fine but i didnt understand why they gave two single beds and pushed it together. We think it mightve had bed bugs, we had gotten many bug bites after sleeping and they were a bit frugal with the toilet paper, we had to call down twice to have more brought to us. The gym facility was excellent which is a huge deal breaker for me, and the view from the hotel room was amazing.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was a great size and everything was clean. Our only issue was we couldn’t get the air conditioner to run consistently and the room was quite warm, especially at night. Other than that, it is a great property.

Really enjoyed our stay for the final leg of our Italy honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. As a lovely surprise, they had upgraded our room, left us a thoughtful and welcoming letter in the room accompanied by a selection of cakes and pastries, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, fully equipped, very comfortable, and had a gorgeous view over the port and the city, and it will definitely be our accomodation of choice next time we stay in Naples. Two night stay. No ramp for luggage and we have lots. No staff out front to help. Of course once we got inside then staff helped. Then room was not ready. This is a large hotel and not having room ready when requested in advance is not good. Had to take sunscreen and items out in lobby and staff kind of reprimanded me to use restroom on second floor. Who knew! Overall feeling was not welcoming and besides the lobby the halls, doors need updating.

I don’t have any negative opinions about my stay at the NH Napoli Panorama. The staff made my days in Naples very special. Enza is one of the sweetest people I have met in Italy, always willing to help you with a smile. In the front desk: Rosario and Ilaria go above and beyond their job to help you with everything from how to get to places in the city to send you anything you need in your room. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best locations to get around in Naples, close to the most important spots in the city. The hotel is clean and has a good atmosphere. Above everything, the staff makes your stay the best. Rosamaria, the guest relations who greets you at breakfast always with a smile, knows her city and country like no other. She is always making sure you are comfortable and happy at the hotel.
Kudos for her! NH has a great asset on her.
You should check for yourself in your visit to Naples. I would love to return to Naples.

The staff was not helpful at all. They gave us wrong information about opening hours of restaurants and said that we shouldn’t walk there even though it was totally safe.
They also called our room at 7am with an automated voice message even though we didn't ask for it.
The staff didn’t want to help us get a taxi for our flight even though they said they would call us one the night before. They said I could check to the street and get one even though it was 6:30am and there were barely any cars passing by.

A ramp at the entrance is need - you cannot expect guests to carry their luggage up those stairs in front of the entrance door. How about carrying a wheelchair or expect doler people to walk up those stairs !!!!!

Location was great , but our room the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower, air conditioning didn’t work had to request the basic things like toilet paper, bath robe , tea and coffee and our room key kept on not working
So I probably would give it miss next time

The hotel has been decorated but its hardwares such as the bathroom taps, air conditioning etc. were not renewed. Especially the air conditioner failed to work properly and making the room very stuffy.
Also, there was no kettle, no drinking water, and no coffee and tea supplied in room.

The hotel is very centrally located, but unfortunately the street is very busy and dirty. The garbage does not seem to be collected regularly. The taxi drivers stationed at the hotel routinely overcharged for rides. The room itself was good, but the amenities of the hotel were subpar for the rate being charged.

Stayed for the night before getting the ferry across to Capri so we weren’t there for long, however check in was quick, professional and straight forward. The receptionist was really lovely and made effort to provide us with great dinner recommendations, pointing them out on the map. The room was spacious, clean and a lovely view. Excellent location, took a short walk out for pizza the night we arrived and a short walk to the port the following morning. Overall really lovely and would stay again!

Two brief days to aclimatise to the area. Via Medina is very central and a good base for visiting all the main sites. Top tip: skip the breakfast and have it at Gran Cafe Grambinus instead. An unforgettable experience.

As an American tourist, I enjoyed staying at this hotel it had much of the conveniences of home. The hotel is located in an area that is easily accessible to most of the things that we wanted to do and it felt generally safe. The only thing I found odd about the room was, the shower was on the smaller side and didn't have a door. It was hard to try to keep the water from getting all over the floor, but overall it was a nice experience. I would stay there again if I ever find myself back in Naples.

The rooms are lovely, we were on the 29th floor and over looked the port.
The rooms were also sound proof which is brilliant as it’s in a busy location.
So close to some lovely bars and restaurants, I would definitely stay again.

We came back to the hotel after being out for the entire day to find out hotel room had been left wide open. Thankfully nothing had been taken from the room but the hotel seem to think house keeping had forgotten to close the door properly after cleaning the room. Understandably this left us feeling quite shocked and disappointed. The door had been left open for 7 hours.
Also in the hotel booking I requested 3 single beds. When we arrived there was one double bed and one single. The hotel said they would change the one double bed into 2 singles but needed repeated reminders and finally they did it on our final day. Again we were disappointed by the lack of customer service with regards to this request.

My partner and I stayed at this property for 1 night for his birthday. Carmen, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful and provided us an upgrade upon finding out it was his birthday. Her customer service skills were unmatched and was very welcoming after a whole day of travel. We were very grateful for this demonstration of hospitality.

The room had an incredible view of the whole of Naples and it was truly breath-taking. The room was lovely and spacious however, I did find the previous tenants cotton bud on the floor which was unsanitary. Despite this, the room itself was amazing, if you have the money to upgrade yourself to the top floor (floor 30) do it, it will truly take your breath away.

Thank you Carmen for your kindness and definitely an asset to the team.

We stayed at the hotel as part of a travel group but extended our stay another night. The hotel computer was down the last full day of our stay and the morning we checked out, which made check-out inconvenient. Also, on our last day, another couple checked in and were given our room while we were still in it.

I liked that the hotel is within walking distance of the historic district and enjoyed the view from our room.

Stayed on the 30th floor top floor. Half measures were taken to say the least on construction / remodeling look out the window and see the old carpet /room. Disgusting smell of sewage throughout the short 2 day stay. Could hear the waste draining under the floor after each flush.defenetly worth looking at other properties for a future stay in napoli
