We were looking for comfort and convenience at the end of a busy trip. The rooms were well-appointed, the staff was very helpful, and the dining room was bright and airy with terrific views so we ended up eating there both nights, although the menu was a bit dull anbd needs improvement.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights in October 2025. The room was well appointed, clean and the staff were excellent. It’s right on the edge of via Toledo and the Spanish quarter, you’re never more than 10 minutes from great food and wine.

The room given had recently been renovated so it was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is centrally located. The only critique i have is the breakfast. The food is cold. There is not an option to do toast and the pancakes and scrambled egg cold. It would be nice to be able to order and have something warm. Even though the view is great the breakfast was a let down.

This was by far the absolute worst hotel experience i have ever had.
It reminded me more of a motel. The price was absolutely not worth it. Our room appeared as if it was under construction and not finished being repaired. The hallways are dirty and in poor condition. The view from the room looked into a slum. I was not comfortable here. The sink would also not stop leaking and I could not sleep.

Convenient for us for an overnight stay before flight
We arrived from Ischia to Naples by ferry & it was around a 10minute taxi ride, very assertive taxi driver at the Port didn’t want to out the meter on but eventually did & cost was juts under 10 euro
Hotel is in the centre of things so streets can be quite noisy ( even from the 7th floor ) but it wasn’t too troublesome
Rooms are a very tired, big holes in curtains etc but was fine for one night, bed was very comfortable & good bed linens
Was a 15 min taxi ride to Naples airport but this was at 6am so not much traffic, taxi cost 30 euro, no meter this time & I had no energy to argue with them 😊

Salvatore and Ruben at the front desk were extremely helpful. Salvatore was welcoming, patient, efficient and very customer oriented when we arrived on the first day, answering all my questions. This gave us such a comfortable feeling as we had not stayed in Naples before. The room was comfortable, everything worked and we enjoyed the breakfasts and room service menu!! The hotel has a beautiful rooftop restaurant and lounge, our bed was large and comfortable. It is also located in a good spot in Naples for exploring and feeling safe. The breakfast provided was also excellent for Italy. The hotel is a bit worn, the walls in our room were quite scuffed/roughed up, holes in the shower tiles, just some signs of wear I wouldnt expect for a 4 star property. The staff were okay, a bit frigid compared to every other previous stay in Italy over the past 2 weeks, mostly the front desk and bellhop. This is the only property weve stayed in I likely wouldn't choose again.

Front desk fantastic. AC great and WiFi fine. Needs a coffee machine and nicer bathroom toiletries. Housekeeping great.
The roof top bar is beautiful but without fans outside cannot be used in the summer as too warm. Service ok but have to chase too much.
The location of the hotel is fantastic.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were in general friendly and very helpful. There was only one thing which spoiled what would otherwise have been a perfect stay. On the third night we decided to eat in the hotel, we went to the 9th floor restaurant and sat at the bar for a pre-dinner drink. To say the barman was rude and ignorant was an understatement! However, well done to the reception staff who saved the situation by recommending a really good local restaurant. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast and the staff in reception were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel but avoid the barman on the 9th floor!!

The location was nice, the hotel staff was great. The room we had was near the elevator, it was loud and the walls were thin. We could hear the guests next to us talking, and their alarm clock. The city noice was not too loud. Overall nice hotel for the price and location.

Overall a good stay, however the air conditioning was somewhat ineffective for 35 degree heat. The usb charging points around the bed didn’t work so it was quite inconvenient to charge any devices, and some of the staff could’ve been friendlier

Modernize with great taste and with a lot of light. Ample rooms and washrooms, you will feel comfortable. The rooftop dinning room for breakfast has wonderful view of the city (also a bar) and breakfast is quite wholesome and freshly made - more than most hotels in Italy.

This hotel was incredible! Super clean, modern furnishings and decor, great size room and amazing bathrooms. Best water pressure in the shower than any hotel Ive ever stayed at. It's location was excellent, right by the main strip of Toledo wirh all the restaurants and shopping and a Metro station right outside. The rooftop patio and dining room was great, with amazing buffet breakfast and breathtaking views of Naples and the ocean. We will definitely stay there again!

I came here as a matter of emergency, because it was not safe where i was staying in my previous accommodation.

I have to say that the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make me feel safe, welcome and comfortable and the service, and comfort as well as choices, location and amenities of this hotel are excellent.

I stay in many hotels around the world very frequently and i can honestly say that this hotel is one of the best i have ever stayed in.

I wonder if its because of my specific situation or whether the service is always like this, because if it is, then its a real breath of fresh air.

Great staff, great hotel. I really did not want to leave. I will certainly look to stay here for sure when i visit naples again.

Also an incredible view of the city from the roof terrace.

Great location in Central Naples right by metro line 1. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, although the doors and walls are thin meaning lots of nosie from the corridor and adjacent rooms. The breakfast room has lovely views of city. Generally we found the service at the hotel very hit and miss, both at breakfast and at the front desk. Some people were very nice and helpful while others were borderline rude. This hotel seems to cater for alot of groups and conferences and these would appear to be the hotels priority in terms of service delivery. We would stay here again for the location alone

Great location, easy walking distance to plenty of bars restaurants shops and the metro line. Staff were professional and friendly, breakfast was fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable although the mattress was a little hard for my taste. A few small things in the room - coffee facilities and an iron would have been good, a couple of lights not working, fan in the bathroom not operational and the hairdryer was poor but did the job. These small things however did not spoil the overall stay. A special mention to the views from the roof top restaurant - stunning.

Our recent stay for three nights was a great one. Check in was quick. Friendly staff from Reception, Porter, breakfast, bar to chambermaids. Clean and quite hotel considering how central the hotel is. Short walk to shops, Metro and restaurants. Would have liked a kettle in the room for a hot drink. I would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed overnight a day so as to be in Naples for flight next day after our vacation. Check-in was quick as was check-out. Brought or bags up to our room and called us a taxi to airport. Made sure we were aware of taxi flat rates, even though I was, in order not to be overcharged.

Only complaints were no sheet on bed (from US) and while on 8th floor there was a good amount of noise from 9th floor bar chairs/tables moving around, which went to at least 11pm

Great location just off Via Toledo. Staff courteous, helpful and accommodating. Bedroom was a nice size with a comfy kingsize bed. Bathroom well equipped. Free in room safe. Breakfast was very good with big choice of hot and cold foods. Overall had a great stay. Particularly liked the 9th floor restaurant and bar with terrace overlooking the city.

Wish photos properly showed regular rooms. We booked off of the nice new updated photos on Expedia and received a room with all the old furnishings and extremely dirty and stained carpet everywhere. The bathroom amenity shelf was also dirty. Also, the booking notes the room would have soundproof windows, however this was opposite from our experience and there was loud noise from the street all night with what appeared to be loud yelling, fireworks, and drums (sounded like striking, but through the entire night). This happened on a Friday night - we checked in on Fri. Sept. 13 around 7:45 pm and left early the following morning for an early am flight. We wanted to spend some extra money for a nicer hotel than many of the cheaper ones and felt like we didn’t get our $ worth - If anything we received worse cleanliness than the basic hotel.

My cousin and I loved this hotel, and especially ALL the friendly helpful staff (the concierge actually walked us to a nice nearby restaurant (Roberto's) when we arrived after dark). Our room was clean, and the only amenity it lacked was hair conditioner - a shampoo and other products were provided. Ask for their BIG fluffy towels. Best of all was the free breakfast on the roof terrace - really really good fresh fruit, eggs, meats, cereal, yoghurt, juices and pastries. Try their BABA - delicious and a Napoli creation. The bar up top is great (watch the sun set), there's a pool table downstairs, the Metro and Port of Naples are a short walk, and tour companies will pick you up at the hotel's front door. The area felt safe, but it's not 'upscale' so most of the nearby streets were a bit dirty for my liking. I recommend this hotel - a great value at $130 + city tax dollars (hotels dot com) for a double executive room on the 7th floor.
