This guest house is located in a great location, close to everything. When booking it, I was under the impression that there was a balcony off every room but this is not accurate; there is a balcony off of the lobby area and we were open to use that at any time and we did. On our first night, we had an issue with the shower not draining and flooding the floor. We reported it immediately, which was on a Friday night. They advised that they would have someone there the next morning to look at it. I explained to them that we had a very early excursion booked for the next day and needed to use the shower before then. They promptly sent someone over to fix it that night. Their communication was excellent and the staff were amazing. The young lady working the front desk was exceptional, very sweet and helpful. We even ran into her outside the building after hours and asked her about something and she was very helpful. We asked if they had an iron and they advised they would leave it in our room the next day and they did. Our only issue was when the cleaning lady took all the wet towels out from cleaning up the flooded floor, she did not bring us new ones. Since the reception is not 24 hours, I could not ask for them and went looking for some but could not find any. I truly believe this was an oversight because everything else was so great. The room is on the smaller side (green room) but absolutely perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again.

It has a very cute balcony. Hotel is right by the Toledo metro station and shopping street which was very convenient. Walking distance to most main attractions.

Convenient stay near Beverello port

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay close to the Beverello port. The property itself felt very secure and safe, just off the Toledo metro stop and a 15-16min walk to the port. The street was very loud in the evenings until quite late at night, as there is significant pedestrian traffic. My booking included breakfast as an amenity but there was no breakfast to be found, the espresso/coffee machine didn't work and there was no one at the front desk to talk to which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, this stay was quite suitable for my needs.

Great hotel to stay at! Incredibly convenient location right next to Toledo station and the Spanish quarter with beautiful restaurants, music, bars and atmosphere. Highly recommend. We woke up to a black out one morning which wasn’t ideal but out of the hotel’s control. Staff were helpful in sorting this out quickly.

2 things I liked about the property. 1)Location is excellent, 2)Check in was easy and friendly.

Aside from that, I would not stay here again. The hotel upon entry had a very strong bad smell. Something like you might get from a serious flood/molding. Our specific unit did not smell quite as bad, but still not good.

The unit was dirty. There was heavy dust in many places. The shower was moldy. The shower head was crusted and poor and the drain was clogged and the shower would flood if turned on at max flow.

I hesitated from using any of the amenities like the coffee machine in the common area because I did not trust it to be sanitary.

Lovely and convenient spot to stay. The location is very central and within walking distance to tons of restaurants and sites. The room was very clean and bright, facilities were well maintained. Reception was very helpful, allowing us to check in early, breaking down the area, and getting us set up with a taxi to the airport. Simple amenities but everything you need if you’re going to be out and about in the city.

This place was AMAZING! We had a great view of Via Toledo and even though we were really close, we were not bothered by the sound. We were able to sleep well on their comfortable king size bed. It was great to step out of the building and be in the middle of the hustle of Via Toledo.
Staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent location, just a minute’s walk away from the train station. The property was clean and has house keeping service. It has a coffee machine and water dispenser. It was convenient to all the places we want to visit and right smack in the shopping district with restaurants nearby. The downside is during the weekends, it can be a bit noisy at night. If you can sleep through the noise, I would otherwise recommend this hotel.

It is right by the metro station, very convenient to use metro to move around, but the metro has few lines, and run in 9 min interval, The hotel check in after 8pm need pay 20 euro for a staff to stay late. Otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay in Naples.

Comfortable accommodations in historic Naples!

Located along Via Toledo (the main street in central Naples) and adjacent to the Toledo Metro stop, this hotel is in a perfect location for walking to see historic Naples sites like Galleria Umberto I, Castel Nuovo, and Palazzo Reale, and enjoying local cuisine (yes, the Napolitan pizza is quite good). This establishment is in an old building whose entrance is fairly nondescript; check in at the building's front desk and make your way up to the guest house. Romina was quite helpful in getting us checked in and acclimated to this establishment. We were in the Green Room; our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The shower was spacious and water temp easily controlled; enjoyed the soft fluffy towels! A plus is a mini-fridge in the room.

Nice and clean room in the heart of Napoli. Location is great too, very close to the public transport, many points of interest and lots of dining options around. But the room was lit with the street lights all night, it would help if there were black out curtains. The room was very clean, but the shower grout needed a good scrub and drain was not working properly, which could be fixed easily.

The property is just attached to the Toledo station. 5 minutes walking far from Spaccanapoli piazza del plebiscito and just in front of quartieri spagnoli. It was easy to comunicate with the receptionist via wahtsapp on the days before the check in and on the day of the check in. The room is spacious and very cleaned. The only con
was the shower drainage that was to small for the amount of water coming from the shower so the water was going out from the shower during every shower wetting the floor. A part for this our room was just next a flat where only one night we heard loud music and weird noises coming from there. But the rest of the days it has been a great staying and no noises coming from outside or inside the hotel were heard. Highly recommended for staying in naples. Also u get breakfaast included in the bar just next door which is a lovely place where we have been treated very politely and we had great pastries and coffees .

IstayinToledo Luxury Guest House was a decent place to visit Naples Italy. The location is central, there are plenty of little stores with food, ice cream and shopping. Many of the touristic objectives are at waking distance. The people working there were helpful, mostly Salvatore in my case, being the one who helped me.
What I didn’t like was the system of “guest house”. It was my first time trying it and is definitely not for me. I felt isolated. This guest house is located in an office building, it was nobody at the reception when I arrived in a Saturday morning and I had no way in, the building being locked. I had to wait and rely on luck for someone to open the door and let me in. After that, instead of starting visiting I had to return to the guest house to get a room and keys. The place has no kitchen, there are only 6, or 7 rooms, I was in an unknown building, with the reception covered only during the day at uneven hours.
During that time I was out visiting, so when I returned in the evening, the place seemed deserted, with nobody to ask for help directly, just on WhatsApp.
The name “luxury guest house” is also exaggerated. There is no luxury there, just a nice, clean, smallish room.
It is probably OK for couples, or locals, but for me, a female solo traveler is a no.

The place is actually a converted apartment with several room and a common area with reception and are to chill on the balcony. That being said, the place looks newly renovated, very comfortable, centrally located with Toledo and main shopping area at your doorstep. Despite being in the center of town it is very quiet in the room (had Orange room facing Main Shopping Street). Overall I would stay here again

The location was perfect - right in the heart of Naples. It was an easy walk (we are in our 70's) to the waterfront. An escalator or elevator right outside the entrance takes you to the metro. We had the purple room which was modern and clean. Although on a very busy street it was extremely quiet. The shower pressure was strong with plenty of hot water. It was 35C outside but the air-conditioning was great. We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the activity below.

Exactly as advertised. Very central right in front of the Toledo station and I the middle of all the shops/restaurants.
Room was clean and newly renovated. Front desk service was frieny and prompt. The breakfast in the cafe next to the building was a very nice touch. Also, I was able to leave my bags after check out and obtain them later. It does have a lift/elevator but you do need to carry your bags up 10 steps before getting to the elevator. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Wonderful guest house with clean, modern rooms and amenities. Fabio at the front desk was wonderfully helpful with booking tours, providing recommendations on where to eat or how to get somewhere. They were also accommodating in storing a bag for us when we went to Positano for the weekend. Location is very central beside a metro stop. 15 min to the airport by taxi, 10 min to the train station by metro or 10 min walk to the ferry terminal. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Didn’t expect the guest house is on the seond loot of a building. We need to take the luggage’s up a short stairs. Which is quite inconvenience. And the hotel gate is hard to find as no sign on the ground floor. The room temperature is high with A/C on that we couldn’t sleep at night due to the heat. But staff fix it the next night.

Beautiful, sparkling clean, modern, great views of the city, everything you need. A true luxury hotel. The room isn't massive (i.e., it doesn't have a living room or anything) but you have access to a beautiful common area and balcony. Very safe and accessible building. A small but lovely breakfast at the cafe downstairs is included. And I need to emphasize this again because I am a clean freak: this place is SPARKLING CLEAN. And to be honest, that in itself makes it super luxurious.

Location, location, location! This is the perfect location for a stay in Naples. The room was small but very well laid out, modern, and comfortable. Very clean, quiet (despite a very busy pedestrian intersection outside). Via Toledo is right there, perfect for an evening stroll. Hotel manager was very helpful with arranging taxi, providing recommendations about the sites in the vicinity, restaurants, etc.

The best thing about this property is its location. Via Toledo is a bustling shopping street and Toledo station is literally right in front of it. Even though this area is right next to the Spanish Quarters, it is extremely safe. The hotel/pension was professionally run and room was clean and modern. There was a cold spell when we were there when the night-time temperature drops to 0C but the heater still worked great. Breakfast was a coffee/tea and a pastry at the coffee bar below. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the experience. It would be helpful to let the manager know when your arrival time is since there is not always someone at the front desk (it is a small \"hotel\" with 6 rooms).

The hotel is located in the middle of Naples in a great location - right next to a public market and the main shopping strip. The rooms and bathrooms are a beautiful new and modern aesthetic and were spotless. The shower was roomy and great water pressure, no drainage issues (common issue I've had at other hotels), and endless hot water. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and rolling exterior blinds for complete darkness at night.

Fabio was wonderfully kind and helpful in getting us situated in our rooms, as well as around Naples. He even helped to accommodate us when, due to last minute planning, we needed another night at a hotel to stay in before our flight home. Fabio was one of the best parts about staying at this hotel!

This is one of the best places we've stayed in anywhere. The room is clean, spacious, and has a ton of channels for late night viewing (especially all the football ones). Above all, Fabio is a gracious and attentive host. He really does go above and beyond. When we return to Naples, this is where we will stay without any question! Highly recommend this conveniently located and smoothly run place! And for Fabio especially...Forza Milan! (He supports Napoli). :)

Super modern and clean room. Fast Wi-Fi and even youtube is available on the TV. Building entrance is literally 10 meters from the subway elevator.
