It's in the Spanish Quarters so there's noise from the city, but we loved it. It's difficult to explain, but the hotel has a home feel and it's wonderful. We did have 5 to one big room, but that was explained before booking.

Clean room but not many amenities. The facilities looks dated except for the bathroom. The shower spilled much water on the floor due to short window. Paid for a breakfast but had to leave before 8 AM when the breakfast started.

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Napoli Mia the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel were beautiful and well kept with a peaceful, quaint and welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend them for a stay in Naples and would definitely stay again if we ever go back there.

This is a great place to stay and is centrally located making it very walkable. It was clean, the staff was nice and as a bonus, a cute dog is there to greet you! The set up is more B&B than hotel and we recommend it!

The proprietor and staff at the Hotel Napoli Mia were helpful and super friendly. The accomodations were very clean and comfortable. And the local restaurants served authentic pizza napolitana.

Easily accessible to either Napoli Centrale train station and the port terminal for ferries to Capei and Sorrento

This hotel has more of a bed and breakfast feel than a hotel. The staff was so kind, and they remembered my cappuccino order every morning! The location was perfect for us, and when we booked the room incorrectly, they quickly came up with another room. They were also kind enough to do my friend’s laundry for free. There is a hotel dog named Kira that is my new friend as well!

The owners are very generous and have drinks and snacks available all the time. This is a hidden gem in Naples.
Gorgeous property in the heart of Naples.
Better signage is needed. We had a hard time finding it on our first visit. Once you know where it is; no worries.
Beautiful people own and work this place. Only place in our Italy venture where people were actually happy and smiled while at work!
Book here. Bathroom was very clean and spacious.
Beds were very comfortable
They have wine waiting for the guests in the room and a mini bar full of beverages that are complimentary!!

This is a great option for those looking to visit Naples and experience the city. The hotel is very conveniently located and easy to find. You can walk most everywhere in Naples from the hotel. It provides nice amenities and a great breakfast. It’s a low-key hotel, and a perfect place to call home while visiting Naples.

This is a boutique hotel tucked into a major shopping street, via Toledo. The staff is excellent, the breakfast spread was one of the best, and the hotel's location is centrally located to everywhere you would want to walk. Besides, the subway is about a block or so away.

The hotel is located in the center of the city! Perfect location. The hotel has no parking however as we arrived with a car, I called a head of time and we were given instructions to park in the parking structure just by the hotel. It is a 1 min walk from the hotel.
The hotel is very special!! Super clean, unique, big rooms and great service. The hotel is located an historical building and offers a very special and intimate experience. They have only 9 rooms. Ours was a very big room that could fit 5 of us. It was perfect size.
We loved the hotel and would strongly recommend it.

Small elevator and lots of stairs

The property was nice however it would have been helpful to know that there are a lot of stairs to climb if you are uncomfortable in very small old elevators. Other than that the property was nice and the breakfast was good.

Please note that this property is on a main street where people party until early in the morning and you can hear that in the room.

Boutique hotel in Naples shopping district

We were two English speakers visiting Naples for the first time. Overall we were very happy with this boutique hotel, which seems to be in a beautiful converted former private residence on a busy pedestrian shopping avenue. The hotel itself is not especially well marked and can be a bit of a challenge to find for the first time, especially at night. It fronts on a pedestrian-only street, so taxis cannot drop you directly at the hotel. Closest taxi access is about a block away. The hotel is about a half block from the Toledo metro station, which is a plus. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and communication was not a problem. The room (Plebicito) was spacious and comfortable, though the shower is a bit small in the European tradition. But all was clean, well maintained and functional. Room was spacious, comfortable, and completely quiet during sleeping hours. Plenty of restaurant choices within a 3-4 block radius. Easy access to city sights by foot, about a 15 minute walk to the port to catch ferries. Breakfast was fresh and options were plentiful. We were happy with our stay and thought we received very good value for our money.

The property is difficult to find and needs a bigger sign. The staff are really nice and being offered a welcome drink was great. There was a good selection of cakes etc which you could help yourself to and breakfast was ok.

Good but take a look on the comments if you are +2

We stayed in a room for 4 people the room was great for 2 but the other 2 slept in a super uncomfortable sofa. On top of that the shower is just a tub with uncomfortable way to take a shower standing up. My husband was not feeling well from his back so not fun. The positive is that the breakfast is awesome, the service and hospitality is great, water, snacks and attention all the time. The location is perfect. My advice is room for 2 only and ask for a different shower maybe they have is just that when we notice we were already in a rush so we just handled it.
