Absolute gem in the heart of this busy city

As soon as you step through the door you move from chaotic, noisy, crazy (but lovely!) Naples to a little oasis of calm. All white marble, it is bright, clean and airy throughout. This is a tasteful modern refurb in an old building.
We chose to let ourselves in using the keycodes, but Vincenzo was more than willing to stay for our pre-advised late check in, and as well as sending very clear instructions, messaged to follow up to ensure we were OK.
The breakfast was the most extensive I have been offered in Italy - not just pastries, but cold cuts (meat and cheese) and hot options (boiled & scrambled egg) as well as fresh fruits, yogurts and cereals. And we could leave our luggage in safety after check out for as long as we wanted.
Brilliant location, right on the edge of the vibrant Spanish Quarter (great restaurants), close to old city but on top of a metro to take you further afield. We would definitely stay again & recommend.

Tourist convenient small hotel

Location is close to major Naples destinations and metro. It is a safe, small hotel for a woman to stay in. Rooms are small but have all that is needed. Staff speaks English but be very specific with questions as I had some confusion around my changing rooms and ordering driver for airport.
The street below is very noisy but rooms are fairly quiet with windows shut.

Lovely stay and great hosts. The place was immaculate and in the center of everything. Could not have asked for more for a couple days of visit in Naples. Felt very safe at all times and you can walk absolutely anywhere. Communication was excellent and I’d go back in a heartbeat.

This place was so convenient. Right above a metro station - but soundproofed from the outside noise. Everywhere was walkable, quadro spagnoli, centro storico, chaia. Gettting the train to Pompei was so easy w the metro right outside. The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower spacious and with good pressure.

Naples (in general) was not my favorite place in Italy, but this bnb was absolutely lovely! The rooms were clean and appeared to be recently updated. The bed was AMAZING- one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. I even messaged the owner afterwards to ask what kind of mattress it was. Although it is in a busy area, when you close the door/window/blinds it’s not too loud (we also sleep with a brown noise app) You can’t drive up to the property, but it’s only a block away from the closest street where you can get a cab. The Spanish quarter was super close and easy to. The owner provided a map and recommendations nearby. Be sure to call the owner ahead of time when you arrive so they can let you in the Bnb suite. Highly recommend!

This hotel was located in the heart of the shopping district! Most things are walkable. It was a little tricky to find the place but once we found it, it was smooth daily. Staff is extremely friendly and prepare a lovely breakfast in the morning. Rooms have been updated and are comfortable.

This property was very sparkling clean. Maybe there’s no such thing as too clean, but unfortunately it smelled of disinfectant. We kept the windows open when we were there until we wanted to sleep.
The room was probably a bit small for an extended stay, but it was good for one or two nights and literally at the exit from the Toledo Metro station, so it couldn’t be more convenient for getting around the city.
The staff was polite and eager to please. Check-in is early. Unfortunately check-out is also quite early at 10:30 am, but the staff was able to hold our bags in the tiny reception area while we visited a museum all morning.
The square outside the room is a bit loud, but the windows and drapes dampened a lot of the noise. The pillows were very firm.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I’d probably book it again for a short stay as I know it would be satisfactory.

Residenza Borbonica is a great Bed and Breakfast in Naples. The room and bathroom were impecable. Breakfast is nice and with plenty of options and delicious baked sweets. It’s located in a good area for tourists with lots of stores nearby and it’s also safe. Vincenzo is a nice host and very helpful.

This is a small but very clean comfortable and I imagine recently refurbished property. The location is key in a good and bad way. Good in that it's right on Via Toledo which is a main street that runs from the harbour to the Archaelogical Museum and so is within a 25-20, walking distance of most of the big sites and on the doorstep of lots of earteries and shops. If that wasnt good enough then there's the Toledo subway station virtually outside your front door!
So far so brilliant. my only reservation as a first timer to Naples was not knowing the residence is in a pedestrian street so getting from the airport to the doorstep without speaking Italian was a bit stressful.
Having done it, its actually very easy but a bit more information - maybe a simple map explaining how easy it is at the time of booking would really help.
Otherwise a great little place and a big shout out for the lovely lady who is there to serve you a super and varied breakfast each morning.

Delightful little boutique hotel. Everything was clean and nice. The hosts were friendly. The location was good for walking around Naples. There were lots of street vendors and shopping in the plaza out front. Note breakfast is not served until 8am.

Excellent stay! The owner is lovely and welcoming. The room itself is also really nice with a very modern bathroom.

A hotel may provide more of an experience but this as an B&B is perfect. In the morning, the owner was always at breakfast and extremely nice. It is definitely apparent that he puts in a lot of effort in terms of cleanliness and being helpful to guests. He provided a map for places to go in Napoli and made several recommendations.

The area is also great, it is right in the shopping district with lots of bars and restaurants close by. I have heard that Napoli can be dangerous but definitely not this area, I was out at 3am and it was very safe with police patrolling throughout the day. The area is definitely a good one to stay in as you don’t necessarily need to travel more than walking distances.

There is nothing really that you can fault! I would definitely recommend

Beautiful B&B, brilliant location

Gorgeous room, great service and lovely staff, the location was perfect for accessing the historic centre, Spanish Quarter, Chiaia and the marina. We got lots of guidance on places to visit as well as restaurants. The only negative was that it was a bit noisy at night - we were staying over a weekend so may have been busier than usual.

Would definitely stay here again!

Location was excellent! The hotel/room was very clean and pretty spacious compared to other European hotels. Some of the facilities in the room could be improved for a much better experience - room lacks a mirror, bathroom doesn't have hooks (except in the shower stall) to hang change of clothes and the towel rack/shelf in the bathroom is hard to reach for someone who is short - almost at the ceiling above the toilet. The day bed in our room was very squeaky. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and Vincenzo was very helpful and readily available on WhatsApp. He reserved a parking spot for us and provided detailed instructions/map to get to the parking garage. He also came to get us when we were not able to find the building. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, giving us an overview of the city complete with a map, as well as a quick rundown of the room and some restaurant ideas.

The location was excellent, steps away from the Toledo stop on Line 1 with easy access to restaurants and an easy access point for taxis a few yards down the street. The main pedestrian street in Naples is right outside the entrance of the building, where you can find literally anything the city has to offer.

The room itself was extremely modern, spotlessly clean and cozy. The breakfast was average, I know the Italians do breakfast a little differently than we do in the US, but it might have been better if something about it changed every day, so there was a little more variety.

Overall, would definitely stay again and will recommend to anyone planning a visit to Naples!

From the initial booking right through to checking out was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff were amazing as was the location, pretty much 5-10 mins walk from everything.metro right outside. Breakfast was superb including meat cheese and a selection of cakes and pastries( changed daily) the room was excellent with both shutters and curtains, nice and quiet.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for for a quick overnight stay in Naples. We had a last minute change to our travel plans and hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to change the night. Room was a bit small, but was very clean and well decorated with great amenities. On a nice day, room has a lovely little balcony that you can sit on enjoying the views of the touristy area below. Overall, great experience.

Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The facility smelled fresh and clean. The breakfast was good. The location was very convenient, just a few steps away from the Toledo Metro station. Staff were helpful with directions and suggestions for dining. It is necessary to go up half a flight of stairs to get to the small elevator. Not a problem for us, but good to know if you have difficulty with stairs.

Perfecto! I will stay here everytime.

We had three days and two nights in Naples. This hotel is so beautiful and comfortable that we spent more time there than planned. The drinks in the mini bar are reasonably priced so wine on the balcony each night was in order. You can walk Via Toledo to the Palazzo Reale or head inland to the heart of classic Naples. Breakfast is included and wonderful. Water and tea are available all day. It's close to everything. Wifi is good. Transfers to the airport can be scheduled--we did and they were pleasant and prompt. You will not be disappointed.

A lovely stay in the heart of Naples

Our stay at the Residenza Borbonica was lovely. The hotel b&b is in a central location and it is clean with lovely decor. The room was comfortable and cozy, it provided everything we needed and was kept very clean. Mailee was very welcoming when we arrived, she allowed us to check in early and gave us any information we needed. The continental breakfast was also very good with plenty of options.

La location è davvero comoda e le stanze sono pulite. Purtroppo la colazione non è assolutamente in linea con il prezzo corrisposto (cornettini e sfogliatelline precotte, 2 affettati e qualche cereale e yogurt, 2 succhi di frutta,marmellatine, pane in cassetta...STOP) inoltre la nostra stanza (Maria Isabella) era silenziosa dell'esterno ma rumorosa a causa degli aspiratori della
stanza adiacente e i rumori della cucina adiacente dal lato opposto...c'è da migliorare qualcosa perchè ha davvero un ottimo potenziale. Personale cortese

Trevligt, fräscht B&B. Ligger 25 m från Via Toledo som du korsar för att komma till dom spanska kvarteren med alla sina restauranger och barer. Ingången ser anspråkslös ut, liksom trappan/ hissen upp till våningen med fräscha rum, nyrenoverade badrum och liten enkel frukostdel. Vincenzo tog emot och var mycket vänlig och gav flera bra tips om restauranger, museum mm. Dessutom kändes omgivningen trygg, men livlig som Neapel i övrigt.
