I am a frequent Expedia traveler and appreciate the upgrade from an executive room to a big apartment. The apartment is excellent for a group of 3-4. It is close to the metro and nearby shops and restaurants.
The experience would be perfect if an accessible laundry amenity were present in the building.

Customer service is available from early morning until 4 p.m. So, hopefully, there are no urgent events when you book because no one in the building can help you. The manager is accessible via WhatsApp Messenger and she is on site during the day. One example is that our safe box stopped working or glitching and it was 3am and we have to checkout early. No one was available and luckily I was able to open it with few tricks.

Breakfast is located adjacent to the location that offers pastries and coffee.

If you are traveling with group of friends, I think the Toledo loft appartments can offer you a spacious space to relax and bond.

Not my favorite apartment in all my travels, but it has a unique vibe.

The location is perfect, on the edge of the Spanish quarter, in the midst of shopping. Two or three blocks walk to the metro and walking distance to the port and various historic sights.
Tons of restaurants all around.
Felt safe, modern and clean. Valeria was a dear!

I had a very good stay. The parking is off site (and of course driving in Napoli is always a challenge.) The room was super clean and spacious. The room overlooks Via Toledo so it really feels like you’re part of the action 24/7. There’s a 24 hour concierge at the building entrance which made it feel upscale and very safe.

Toledo Loft Is Amazing

We had a wonderful stay at Toledo Loft. We as a family of five had plenty of space in this 2 bed, 2 bathroom loft. It has a modern aesthetic with bright colors. My children loved the place and its look. The owner was very accommodating for us. Our 6-year old fell ill and was hospitalized in Rome for a few days. We changed our plans and decided to stay in Naples for longer than we had originally planned. The Toledo owner had the availability and worked with us to allow us to stay there, which we were very grateful for. Toledo Loft is in the center of the all the tourist shopping and stores. And it's a 12 min - 15 min walk from Toledo Loft to the Naples port, where you can grab a ferry to Capri and Amalfi Coast, which was perfect! The only downside I can give you is that it is near all the shopping so you might hear a lot of engine revving on the streets. And the garbage pickup comes by every night at 2:30 AM which can be noisy. For the light sleeper, the Toledo owner offers ear plugs to lessen the sounds. I would highly recommend booking Toledo Loft. You won't be disappointed.

Toledo loft is in the center of activity. The property is very convenient, modern and very clean and comfortable. Close to main tourist places. The Host Valery is great.

Loved my stay! It is exactly where you want to be in the heart of Napoli. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I was worried about what the noise might be staying in via Toledo but the windows are double thick and we weren’t bothered at all. Will be back!

Very Cool Loft

Newer loft hotel on a VERY busy street. Clean. Located in a large building. No 24 hour reception but when someone was there they were very accommodating. Plenty of places to have coffee, eat and shop. The shower was nice and hot water was plentiful. There’s an electric pot to make coffee or tea, and biscuits with jam. They give you vouchers for coffee and a few select pastries at a place not far down the street. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows (the middle one can be cracked open) with blinds to let much light in. That was a slight problem for us at night because it’s very bright on the street. They also give you a set of earplugs. Why? Because it is VERY LOUD even with the window closed. There were multitudes of people walking the street til sometimes 1:30-2 am, and it’s worse on the weekends. The garbage trucks are also loud late at night and some of the vendors are dragging their carts along the cobblestone street after a long day. It’s a VERY touristy area so be aware of that. One more negative—the blow dryer works for maybe 2 minutes and shuts off. The plastic housing gets very hot. The cord is super thin so maybe that’s why. It won’t turn on again until it’s cooled off. I left it on the receptionists desk with a note saying it was broken. She put it back in the room with a note saying it was not broken. From then on we just went out with our hair wet so not to lose any vacation time in Naples. There’s no shelves in the shower for your items.

Extremely happy with our experience at this hotel!
We showed up at 3 am after a delayed flight, but security was on the premises to show us to our room (note it is 5 euros to set up late check in).
In the morning we came to realize our hotel was in an amazing location right at the entrance of the Quartieri Spagnoli, which includes many shops & restaurants. And even though we were in the middle of a busy area, we couldn’t hear any of the noise from our room.
Also, 12 min walk to the ferry which made visiting capri very easy & a 2 min walk from the Toledo station.
Our room was also very clean and modern.
I would highly recommend this hotel to any other young couples visiting Naples! 10/10

The rooms in this apt building on busy and noisy Via Toledo are spacious and the beds excellent. Good lighting and desk with functional TV and A/C. The wi-fi is intermittent, however, which can be and big issue and management is apparently aware of the problem but blase about it. You get knocked off quite frequently, losing what you have written, so not good for professional travelers. The b of B&B consists of a beverage and a pastry at a local place nearby and it might be augmented to include juice and coffee. Be aware that the the front desk is rarely manned if you have an issue. With luggage, you need to pay to use the elevator to the first floor which seems petty and annoying. Overall a bit less than a B & B.

Admittedly I booked this hotel in a rush so I didn’t research the street it was on (the busiest in Naples), but while the location is great and very central, triple glazing is 100% needed. We had to book a different hotel down the coast for a night to just get some rest. There’s a slow crawl bin lorry that grinds past at 2am every morning for about 45mins and even my husband who could sleep through an earthquake was awake. Ear plugs did nothing. While the rooms look good they’ve been constructed poorly - bad glazing and also bad interior insulation. We could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, at one point I think I was woken by someone else’s sleep talking in the middle of the night. Neither of us are light sleepers but this hotel is so noisy it stretched us to our limits of sleeplessness I’m sorry to say.

Horrible Customer Service - I pre booked 3 nights my flight was delayed and I called 9pm local time to advise no answer . I paid 70 Eruos from airport to Hotel no one there door was locked . I called tried until 3am no one to help. I paid for new room next door. I went again next day nothing called all day again. Finally last day I called someone called me back . Saying i was a no show no money back for any my stays cost me over 800 US dollars nothing from this hotel. Horrible customer service

Toledo loft is a condo space in a multi-use building, in a well located area on the famous Toledo street in Naples. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a loft-like feeling. Valeria, who manages the property was great and helpful in giving information and helping to reserve a taxi to the airport. The Toledo street is a pedestrian shopping street and therefore popular with tourists and locals. Easy to visit all attractions and convenient to metro and restaurants.

We had a tough time finding the location. This is a business inside another business. We were very disappointed to be given the small suite (with a view of a dirty rooftop). I had booked the 1 bedroom superior loft. We brought it to their attention but never received a reply. The attendant wasn't often present. Our room was very clean, however, and nicely decorated. Very suitable for one person.

Loved my stay at the Toledo Loft. It felt like staying in a stylish a modern dream apartment in the center of a beautiful and ancient city. The location couldn't be more perfect for getting around and getting to. The room was HUGE and was nicely laid out to relax, work or prepare for the day ahead. Parking was extremely convenient, only being 2 short blocks away. The manager, Valeria, was so helpful with directions, parking, reservation and advice, she helped make the stay feel more special. I would/will stay here again.

Great place with a couple caveats.

Toledo Lofts has a lot going for it...maybe most importantly a great bed. Valeria was very friendly and helpful on arrival. The location is right on the big pedestrian street so everything is handy to get to. ThAt comes with the downside of noise, but that's to be expected and we were provided ear plugs and sleep masks. It was also a big for a city location and very stylish.
But be aware the building is being renovated with all that means for noise during working hours, and the work on the facade made it difficult to find the entrance when we first arrived.

Great place for an overnight stay in Naples. It was very busy on the streets below, but my husband and I are from the city, so it didn't bother us at all. Room was very clean and had a nice and unique set up.

Close to multiple restaurants and stores for shopping. The woman who worked at the front desk was lovely. She even helped my sister, who wasn't staying with us, to get transportation to the airport.

They also scheduled our transport to the airport for us and our driver was waiting for us before our scheduled pick up. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious Modern Loft in a Great Location

We had 24 hours in Naples and Toledo Loft was the perfect property for our stay. After staying in some smaller hotel rooms in Florence, Venice and Milan, we were surprised at how spacious and modern our room was.

Also the property is very conveniently located on the main shopping strip, and is a 15 minute walk to the port and major historical sites. Valeria, who was our main contact, was very communicative and helpful. She also assisted us in booking an airport transfer which made our stay in Naples very stress free.

had room #4, on street, very noisy but they do provide unused ear plugs. Didn’t appreciate you can’t open blinds without the public able to look in plus the blinds are Ill fitting and light comes on at the sides - of which they provided USED unpackaged eye masks.
Bed was soft and uncomfortable.
There is only 1 chair.
They do give out 2 water bottles - very appreciated.
Great area - just noisy.
Tip - have taxi drop and pick you up at Renaissance Mediterranean hotel, a block away from this place as this hotel is in a pedestrian zone. Our cabbies, each way couldn’t find it, even with the Via Shelley instructions from the gal running it.

First of all, it is more like staying at an AirBNB than a hotel. It consists of several rooms in a condominium building. The reception is only staffed in the afternoon so, if you have any problems during unstaffed hours, I'm not sure that there is a solution. First the good things: The rooms are very nice and it is located close to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. Then the really bad: Valeria contacted me via Orbitz about booking transport from the airport. The driver was late and when he dropped us off, he gave us incorrect instructions (told us to walk 40 meters then turn left; hit was to the right) for how to get to the hotel. So we ended up walking around the neighborhood with our luggage for 20 minutes until we finally found it. When we finally got there, it was clear that Valeria was in a big hurry to be somewhere and she insisted on giving my friends my upgraded room. I still got the larger bill though. I needed to get to the train station very early in the morning to catch my flight. Valeria said it was very easy; I should just take the Metro which runs every 9 minutes. I asked her if it ran as often at 5am and she said it runs 24 hours. I did a dry run and bought my train ticket. It was very easy. But when I went to catch the Metro this morning, the station was closed. I was very lucky to find a cab at that hour. Bottom line; nice rooms and location, terrible service. If you do stay there, the basic room is me; the upgrade very nice.

Also, while the lofts themselves are very modern and attractive, the larger apartment building in which they’re located is old and run-down. The lofts are very centrally located, but the area is also very touristic and dirty (trash overflowing on every street corner, though this seems to be a characteristic of Naples in general).

Room is beautifully upgraded, but is located inside an old building which is not easy to access. During the day, the street is blocked to all cars, so suitcases need to carry for half a mile! Breakfast is awful and a long walk needed to get there. The place is located at the center of shopping which is great for shopping during the day, however, throughout the nights, it's too crowded and there is too much noise.

Lovely big room in the heart of the crazy shopping district Spagna. Quiet at night. Continental breakfast close by. Amazing amenities. Located in a building on the first floor (USA 2nd floor) with a small elevator. Clean huge windows allow u to see the crazy crowded street. Close to amazing places to eat. The lofts are conveniently located within walking distance of the water and a plethora of eats, drinks, shopping, and sites. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though be aware that the walls are quite thin. They're situated in sort of a dorm-like format, with a block of rooms sharing a small common area. For the price, compared to other nearby accommodations we considered, this was a great deal and I would stay again. Management and the cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is a hidden gem! A bit hard to find initially, but once we got to our room we we're absolutely floored by the modern and spacious design. The room has an excellent view of one of the most interesting streets in Naples, and the staff is so kind and considerate. Everything was so comfortable and secure, and if we ever visit Naples again we would definitely stay here.

The location on Toledo is right on the busiest street in Naples (I think!) so you have access to everything. Shops, restaurants, ice-cream and cake outlets are everywhere. The main tourist things you will want to see are a short stroll away or easy to get to by train/taxi. The room is big, clean and comfortable. You have the keys to come and go as you want.

This loft was great! Huge room based on European standards (& USA for that matter!) Bed firm & comfy, pillow options, plenty toiletries! Location was perfect with tons of action out in front on the main Toledo street. (Shopping, Food, Near cruise terminal too) floor to ceiling windows, just beautiful! Valeria was very nice & helpful at check in & check out! The property is a little hard to find, the tile is printed on the huge windows above street level. (Yellow building with big goldish gate, right by Foot Locker) very secure, 3 keys required to enter your room & bulding! I cannot wait to come back & spend more time here!! We only booked 2 nights, wish it was 5!! :)

Modern room, well designed, large and comfortable. good location in the middle of Via Toledo.
A lot of noise from the street during the night. The breakfast was 5 minutes walk down the street, serving only coffee and croissant.

Great place, modern, quiet as we faced the back of building. Once you step outside you’re right in the thick of activity on a pedestrian road. Tons of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was down the street inside a big mall galleria, and to be honest was not that interesting, espresso and croissant.
Valerie who checked us in was awesome, providing a map with instruction, tips, suggestion. A really good spot!

Fantastic and clean BnB!!

Toledo loft is a privately run BnB and finished to a high standard. The manager got in touch with us prior to our stay through email and phone call asking what time will we be coming in to enaure there's somebody at the reception. The room appears to be very clean and modern which we loved! It is really close to the must-see sites in Napoli.

Easy to find. Right on the main street in Naples. We arrived very late at night. So the staff informed us to press the bell, the doorman open the door for us and escort up to the reception area. He pass us the key and we are all set. Place is very clean and spacious. Bed is huge King and comfortable. After 11pm surrounding area there were policemen with arm guns walking around. It is safe to have late night food but you should still hang out with a friend or a group. I would recommend this place

Unique and awesome.

At first, it seemed odd to us ... less like a traditional hotel with lobby and bar, and in an older apartment building. BUT, the host was amazing, the location was awesome, the room was large and well appointed. Oh, and the WiFi was strong and fast. Had it been in a traditional hotel, it would have cost 2-3x the price.

The room surprised us with its comfort and size, as the entrance area appeared dark and old fashioned. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Located in Via Toledo adjacent the metro made escursions simple and the harbour is about a 15 minute walk past the old palace, with its expansive square. Definitely worth consideration if you want to see Pompéi, Herculaneum and the Villas.

Perfect place to base yourself in Naples

Absolutely loved this hotel. Valeria (front desk) was super helpful and nice and the rooms were extremely clean, modern and large. Location is perfect - right in the heart of a great shopping street and not too far from the port if you plan to do day trips to the islands.
Only negative was breakfast - they don't have any facilities at the hotel, you need to go to an outside café (was really hard to find) and the breakfast options were only croissants and doughnuts with terrible orange juice and sub-par coffee. I'd recommend not paying for the breakfast option. Other than that I could not fault this hotel - would stay here again in a heat beat

We loved our stay at Toledo Loft. The space is bright, clean and chic. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was convenient. In my view thate only potential draw back is that the loft is on the first floor, so sometimes you can hear the street below. This did not bother us though, and we had no difficulty sleeping.

Wow this property is a dream in Naples! So clean and modern and location is in the heart of the busiest street.
Everything is new and beautifully kept!

I love how comfortable I was. It’s extremely hot, sticky, and gross in Aug. The AC was super cold and I had a great night sleep. So many places to eat and walk to. Staff was so nice.

The building has such a kind security. He told us to be careful with our bags and showed us where to go.

My only complaint was how man times the property called me! I wish they emailed or WhatsApp. Traveling and taking international calls was a pain. We called at least 10 times lol. She kept asking when I was coming in. She was helpful and very nice and was just trying to help but those international mins aren’t free!!

I wish they would text you photos of the front of the building to help locate! It took us a bit to find it. That in a welcome text would of been nice.

But everything was amazing and I would stay here again and recommend to any of you trying to find a safe, clean, and wonderful stay in Naples!

Amazing room and location

Beautiful room: large, clean, well designed.

Great location: center of the city. Once you walk outside, there is everything you can hope for in Naples.

Friendly staff: You don't expect much from a homy town like Naples, but we sure received much more than we expected.

Fancy experience!! Save this for one of my favs!

Comfortable and stylish city-centre hotel

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our honeymoon. It was very clean and comfortable, and had a great location for exploring the surrounding city- we were able to walk to all the sites with relative ease. Service was very good, and we were able to check-in earlier than anticipated without any problem. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to explore Naples.

The hotel was modern and well situated in a busy neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shops. But special comments have to be made about Valeria at the reception who made key taxi reservations for us worry free as the hotel is situated in the section of the street which is for pedestrians only. Also, there is a coffee shop around the corner - Toraldo - which made literally the best espresso I have ever had in my life.
