This is not a hotel,but a flat converted into units to rent.Taxi can not get to the entrance due to pedestrian zone.It was clean,but had that unpleasant sewer odor coming from the plumbing.
Low quality bedding.
Location is very good,but not much more beside that.
In my opinion,definitely not a place that deserves the rating it has.

Our windows and the narrow balcony were inside Galleria Umberto. Very unique! Room was small but had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat, on Via Toledo, 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. 11 min walk to the port. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around. They gave us vouchers for a continental breakfast at a cafe in the Galleria. Area was safe. Someone was there to check us in. Make sure you let them know when you will arrive, so that person can be available. The man did not speak English, but used Google Translator. -Entrance is a little tricky. Enter next to/under Zara. Then turn left up 2 steps where there is a security guard. Elevator up, go left, then right, then left again. Entrance is on the right. Look for the signs on the wall. Small reception area. You will receive many keys! Free wifi.

Not worth it.

We knew it was difficult to find. However when we did find it, we could not contact anyone on the intercom. It was a very odd situation with no lobby, only a building door in a small interior courtyard for cars. Finally someone answered the buzzer but still no communication. When the clerk appeared we did not feel welcomed and he spoke no English. Our room was large but awkwardly appointed with bad lighting but a comfortable bed. The shower was a tiny and prefab and the plastic soap dispenser broke upon trying to use it. We were given a huge pile of keys which all went to different things- our room, the elevator, door at the lobby and the gate to the courtyard.

We loved that the hotel is in the city center, walkable to everything, 1 to 5 min walk to the the main attractions and lots of shops and restaurants near by. Also gelatos near by. The only problem we had was not being able to get in the hotel for almost an hour. :((. We were busy trying to find transportation to the hotel from Naples and the hotel called us to confirm of our arrival time during that chaotic time. So we missed his calls/messages on what’s app when we arrived to airport. Wish they could have messaged a day before to let us know instructions how to get in at check in. We arrived after 5 pm and you have to buzz in but there are many buttons so you have to know which button is the correct one. They did compensated us to a bigger room, which we were happy about bc the smaller room with the bunk beds was small, it didn’t feel like a welcoming room. Don’t purchase the small rooms. But the bigger rooms are nice and great views from the balcony in either rooms. Thank you for a kind and patient customer service. I also read in reviews it was loud at night to sleep but there were no noise at all. Slept peacefully. Overall it’s a good place to stay.

Really loved the property! Admittedly I am a bit biased as it is right in the heart of all the best shopping in Naples and I do loovvee to shop! :) The room was really great. very spacious, had a large bed, plus a couch that I believe pulls out to another bed if needed (we didn't use it as we were only there for 1 night), there was a safe in the room, free coffee/ tea & great water pressure in the shower. It's very naturally bright in the room we had as well which is one of my favorite things! My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!!

Mario was prompt and readily available if we needed him, the space was very clean and the balcony overlooks a gorgeous view of the Galleria Umberto I which was built in the late 1800s and is even a World Heritage Site (fun fact)! There's loads of dining and shopping nearby/ walking distance and the free breakfast was a nice added bonus.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here on your trip to Naples!

Amazing location, room and staff

Amazing location. Super helpful and friendly staff. Near tonnes of restaurants, clothes shopping and sites. We really got to experience the heart of Naples.
Make sure to ask taxi to be dropped off near Galleria Toledo. There is a taxi stand at 5 minute walk. I was surprised by the entrance but my friend told me that is normal for Naples and the security guard was a plus. Very safe. We will be back.

Good location(center of Toledo street), Good staff, Old heritage building. Convenient.

6 keys to memorize (key for building entrance, key for elevator halls, key for elevator, key for unit compartment, key for room, and key for safe box) <- this I can understand because this building is very old.

But, Uncomfortable bed, No amenities (no shampoo, no lotion, no other amenities that other normal hotels have), No paper tissue (Kleenex), No sleepers -> so disappointed for 200 euros per night.

Bed was firm new and amazing. Air conditioning got super cold super fast- even better than American hotels. Friendly staff. The best part was it felt like home with inner dining and kitchen and balcony. I extended my trip because of the comfort!

GEREMIA, the doorkeeper is a superb addition to Mansion Toledo. He carries the True, Warm Neapolitan Hospitality to all the Guest. Quite and affordable B&B located in an early 20th century building integrated into the Galleria Umberto, iconic landmark in the entireItalian Peninsula.
I loved my room with a view with a balcony opening up into the actually Galleria it was like sleeping in a part of the Great Neapolitan History.

Had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the place but you have to enter from outside on the street.

Cleaners walked in on us without knocking though... I think they always change towels at 10:30, so beware of that

This B&B is in the heart of the city. With lots of shopping and sightseeing.
The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Note you need to check it by 8pm. Any check in after that will cost €20 and after 11:00 €30 extra.

The property is just stunning!
All the room face to the galleries allowing a unique Naples experience.
It is very nicely furnished and very clean.
Breakfast is provided by the patisserie next door and I couldn’t have asked for more!
I will definitely come back again and I strongly recommend It!
Ps staff is also very kind and flexible, I was allowed to leave my luggage post check out time and I was given courtesy keys..

This is a neat property attached to a historic shopping mall in an exciting part of Naples. Shopping, dining, transportation, and entertainment are all nearby and provide lots of interesting things to do and see during your visit.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff were friendly and our included breakfast from the nearby restaurant was delicious.

Noise in our room, however, was a significant issue. Our bathroom was equipped with a wastewater ejector pump which cycled on and off whenever the sink, shower, or toilet were in use, and the pump noise was abrupt and LOUD. Single travelers and deep sleepers may not have any trouble, but couples are likely to be woken up by this pump noise if their partner visits the bathroom during the night.

Luxurious feel and perfect location.

The entrance off the street was a little tricky to find; there’s a gate with a buzzer next to the Zara store. Once you’re in and welcomed it’s a breeze with keys provided. The space was open, clean and felt luxurious - as is the building it’s in. Everything is provided. It can be a little noisy in the evenings with McDonald’s situated below, but that was also a benefit for us as I’m a fussy eater! The location is amazing, positioned on a Main Street with the Piazza right around the corner, the ferry port a 5 min walk away, and everything else we wanted to see within walking distance. Breakfast was provided as a voucher for a pastry store downstairs, so basically croissant and a drink. The bed was also quite firm for our preference, but still more than comfortable. Overall really happy with our stay and would choose this room again.

The hotel was had to find. It is on a pedestrian only street and when I finally found it (no sign indicating the location within the building). Then a series of locked doors and then a long hallway the front door to the lodging. No breakfast served but a voucher to a cafe in a mall next door.

The hotel which was in the centre and our ride could only drop us off in one area. So we had to drag our bags down the street. The place had know sign on the street so we had to go only by the address. We entered through a garage and took an elevator up. We were greeted very well but he couldn’t speak any English at all. Our room was beautiful and the lobby was also...we had a view of the plaza which is where we had breakfast, which consisted of a sweet roll and 1 cup of coffee...once we checked in there was know one at the front desk..they did give us numbers to call someone if you needed anything but I wished someone was there.. the room was very comfy and beautiful.

Great little hotel right in the centre of Naples

Really lovely few days staying at Maison Toldeo, fairly easy to find with the taxi driver dropping us off just at the end of the road outside. Nice big room, with a really comfortable king size bed and all the facilities that we needed. Friendly receptionist and cleaning staff made us feel very welcome with breakfast ready when we got up each day. The receptionist was on hand to give us advice and look up ferry times to the nearby islands for us as well as booking us a taxi for the return journey to the airport. Despite the room overlooking a shopping centre (containing McDonalds which was open past 12am each evening) their was very little noise in the room leading to a good nights sleep!! Excellent location, 10/15 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and 20 minutes from the port. Very close to shops, bars, restaurants and attractions - would highly recommend Maison Toldeo as a base to explore Naples.

It is located in right in the middle of the down town area, just minutes to everything. This little hotel in the historical building give us a very special experience and the staff are very friendly. Our Delux Room is very spaceious. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, you could find everything you want very easily.

Wonderful staff and room. Our luggage got lost and they allowed us to stay after we had checked so we could wait for the luggage to be delivered before we had to leave for our next destination. The staff was very accommodating! The room we had looked right out into the Galleria Umberto. Fantastic!

Very convenient location with really nice views of the galleria, you can hear the performers playing right outside your window. The noise dies down pretty late though. Walking distance to major monuments, the port, and shopping is just right at your doorstep.

Un hébergement très bien placé. À deux pas de beaucoup de points touristiques et dans un quartier vivant. La chambre est grande. Donne sur la galerie Umberto et c'est très beau. Le bruit est toutefois présent mais ne nous a paradoxalement pas dérangé. Comme le sani broyeur qui est surprenant mais on s'y fait. Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans la galerie commerciale dans un café où c'est correct pour un café et une viennoiserie. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un appartement recyclé en hébergement de 5 chambres. Des choses à revoir pour moderniser et arranger des choses mais dans l'ensemble c'est un bon point de départ pour des pérégrinations dans cette superbe ville.

Posizione ottima per girare a piedi la città. Il personale è molto gentile. Purtroppo la struttura è molto datata. I bagni sono ricavati all’interno della camera e ogni volta che si utilizza l’acqua parte una pompa molto rumorosa che può disturbare chi sta dormendo. La colazione, senza infamia e senza lode, è servita al bar dentro la galleria da personale non proprio accogliente.

excellent choice of location for visiting Naples and its surroundings. The rooms all overlook the Galleria Umberto...incredible view!❤️! The breakfast is delicious with a nice choice of pastries. Coffre, chocolaté, water always available. The staff is very nice.
Mario and Peter welcomed us with sympathy and recommended places and restaurants in Naples.
I recommend Maison Toledo 210 for visir’ting Naples.

We stayed 2 nights with my family in this small hotel. The hotel was in a good location and the host was helpful and nice. But the room had ants on the floor which was not nice, it was difficult to sleep in the hotel because of the noise coming from outside and the breakfast was bad.
